I'm not a big user of marijuana products so have not been to many other locations. I live out of the area but a friend referred me to them for gummies to help me sleep. The staff has always been very accommodating and helpful, especially their male staff, greeter and security guard, the female behind the counter, and from prior reviews the business knows to whom I refer, has been OK but not personable or friendly like the rest. Prices are fine, occasional discounts, etc. they tend to run low on edible sleep gummies so sometimes it's hit or miss but I always find something that works. read more

If you're looking for a frustrating customer experience, this is the place. The store manager, Danny, sets the tone--and unfortunately it shows. Disappointing, especially considering the quality of brands they carry. At least the brands they sell care about their customers because these guys sure don't. Many better options in the area. Like any other option. read more

Gave this place another chance. After taking a break for a few months it's easy to see how clear things are. Business is business green or gold. No emotions. Just business. read more

Best dispensary in town patty was the best budtender very professional and knowledgeable will be coming to this dispensary from now on five stars read more

I'll say I was pretty happy about the " first time visiting discount" ( 30% ) I got. I know most dispensaries do about 20%. But they had what I was looking for and the facility was pretty clean and presentable. The staff was nice and courteous. They also helped me out when I had an issue with my vape. This is definitely my "go to" dispensary read more

DC Collective - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Canoga Park, California

I have found these guys to have the lowest prices and always excellent service. I was shopping elsewhere for a while because of the traffic and the price of gas but it's still cheaper to drive out here Definitely recommended and I will continue to return read more

This place is like Disneyland. Most importantly is they maintain items in stock. You can pretty much rely on them having what you want. I made the mistake of trying to quit cold turkey and had a horrendous time. So I asked them for advice on tapering down. They were able to walk me through it and offer sound advice. It's also very well lit, and when you walk in they have security but they don't treat you like a felon. It's a welcoming, upscale vibe but not ridiculously trendy or bougie. Plus the artwork is always a treat on the inside and out. I'll miss them when I finally quit. Really great staff and they accept debit cards. read more

Drove 40 minutes just for them To tell me I need a California id to use my med card . I've had my med card and passport for over 4 years and have never had this problem I don't understand why it's an issue when I've been to over 150 dispensaries read more

Super cool lady upfront nice quality pens!! would come back again/ recommend! Thank you will come back again.

They are so nice and helpful to my grandma and I! We come all the time and they always make sure we get exactly what we're looking for.

I visited DC Collective recently and my budtender seemed to have been released from hell a hour ago! Natalie, never smiled, no greeting, short tempered, condescending, and very unhappy looking overall. Why would you have someone like Natalie working there? Did you train her on customer service. Maybe this is her only way of getting attention!! please train her or let her go!! Bad for your business! read more

Big selection to choose from! Really clean and open all the employees are really helpful and knowledgeable

amazing service always goood deals and promos especially if you're a first time patient.

Wandered into DC as a complete novice and left more educated thanks to Becca who assisted my bf and I with our first dispensary purchase! I purchased a Besito Mint pen (low dose, good beginner pen), Nano tranquility gummies (for chilling/relaxing ahead of sleep), cannabis infused ginger beer (seemed interesting) and Nano Sativa gummies (hoping they are fun)! Overall, it seems like a very well run establishment and I will be back to try more products!! Thanks, DC! read more

I came here from a long way. However, the 2 ladies at the entrance did not let me in. They did not accept my ID that I can enter all the blinds in California and they were very rude. I definitely do not recommend coming here because I am probably a citizen of another country. They are very rude and I think they do not know what they do. read more

One of the best shops that I ever went to. In my opinion, there's nothing they could've done better. Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection including Heavy Hitters. I would definitely recommend this as a top choice. read more

Uhhmmmm let's celebrate the legalization of recreational marijuana! DC Collective is the most sterile dispensary in the valley, or even LA. They have a well lit private parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. I love the fact that they have security guards protecting the facility, staff and customers. Their products are properly handled and regulated. Staff was generous with their time and did not rush or pressure me at any point. They spent time sharing information about products and answering all questions. 5/5 clean and organized facility 5/5 well curated selection of products 5/5 amount of options available; not too over whelming. 5/5 security and safety 4/5 convenience and flow 4/5 competitive pricing 4/5 decent return / warranty policies on certain products 5/5 knowledgeable professional well trained staff 5/5 presentation and layout 3/5 branding choice~ kind of a knee jerk masculine look 5/5 location location location Essentially it's basically almost perfect. I've been to so many other dispensaries and this one by far is the most legit not just in the valley but all of SoCal. I've seen super cute dispensaries that fall short on product and pricing, and I've seen tiny hole in the walls that have great prices but horrible quality products, I'd say DC is very reasonable. Their pricing is as such because they have bigger overhead and higher standards to maintain, but even so their prices are actually still very competitive and reasonable. They get so busy all the time and it's so clear why. Thank you for providing a reliable and consistent place for all of us! Also major props to them for being involved with the community in positive helpful ways. That is by far one thing a lot of other dispensaries do not do.. the fact that they give back is so huge. read more

Always great delivery service. And they give 20% discount when order is over $100. My "go to" dispensary.

Very clean and employees are very helpful. I usually come here to pick up some prerolls and flowers

they told me that my medical marijuana license was fake and wouldn't allow me to enter into the dispensary a few years back and I told Chris the owner that was totally ridiculous and he just put his hands up in the air He couldn't help me and said that was his rules, I just simply went over to another dispensary called STRAIN where I have been going to for many many years prior to DC Collective and I got exactly what I wanted. I got treated with respect and my license for smoking medical marijuana was accepted, I will never go back to this place due to the fact that the employees have no idea what they're doing and it's always the same old same old attitude inside, they act as if they're doing me a favor just by helping me, no thanks I took my business elsewhere and I'm totally happy where I'm at, I do not recommend this place to anybody, especially if you don't like to be treated as if you're just a number ‍ read more

Shady place. Ordered for delivery through Weedmaps. Confirmed total $54.00. Delivery driver arrived and tried explaining a mistake they made. Said they forgot to tell me but now my total was over $90. What a waste of a trip. Thanks but no thanks. Who thinks doubling the price without telling the customer is acceptable? read more

Honestly, I've been here a couple times and it's kind of hit or miss. The employees on most occasions have horrible attitudes and in general are just not in the helping mood from my person experiences. Considering there are plenty of dispensaries in and near the valley, I'd suggest just going else where for better service and better attitudes. Thanks for everything but no thanks! read more

I dont know who is in charge of their pricing, but it seems way overpriced. They lure you in with the "all day happy hour" prices of 20% off....but have stuff priced WAY higher than other shops. Shops that also offer happy hours will have an Item priced at 40 pre pax, pre discount. DC will have that same product still more expensive after the discount. ALso OLD product, and package dates. I've only been in a few times, and every time, the staff look MISERABLE. To me, that's the working of poor management and ownership. If youre not taking care of your staff, it makes sense why the service is meh. Also one of the cashier managers (Patricia?) doesnt seem to know anything about product. I understand if you don't personally use it, but if your work in a dispensary...wouldn't you feel like you have to educate yourselves about the product? I use medicinally, and need access to consistent terpenes. Much is the case in ost shops, but it's hard to find things consistently. No one has any knowledge of when products will be back in stock or if they will get the strain again. While I imagine they are not in control of that, what is a disappointment is when I ask for strain with certain terpenes and the budtenders have no knowledge whatsoever. No education. DC seems to tout itself as a place for patients, but it seems like one of those cash grab dispensaries. Like the mural seems like performative activism to draw in more customers. They price their items for a discount, not for us to safe any money. Fresher flower cheaper literally ALL over SFV. read more

Honestly didn't want to write this review, but the customer service i experienced yesterday was insane. I entered the store, and the security guard, as well as the man who helped me, were very nice and kind; accommodating my questions and all. As my first time purchase, and one of my first dispensary experiences, I was happy about this, they even offered me my 30% discount. However, my problem was the incredibly rude customer service I had with my cashier, her name was Natalie Gordon. As I approached the desk, I noticed a box with multiples of the same pods labeled 30% off, being curious, I asked what's the difference, between the pods in the basket, as compared to the pods I was buying (I was buying two stiizy pods, one that was the same as the ones in the box). I assumed they were pods they were trying to get rid of as there were multiples of the same pod in the basket. I tried asking her the difference, and she clearly was not interested in anything I was saying, barely responding, and when I repeated myself, elaborating if the discount would stack if I bought the one from the container rather than the one from the back, she responded snarkily saying "you already got your 30% discount, we can't give half off on product", which she proceeded to roll her eyes. That was not what I was asking at all, and early my 30% discount was for different reasons as compared to the discounts on the pods in the box, iso I'm sure she was giving me wrong information. With that being said, I bought my pods (at a crazy price because this store taxes so much the discount didn't really make a difference). While I was waiting for my brother, however, I noticed a leave a review get a free pre roll, and I did it. When I approached Natalie, who was the only one free at the desk at the time, I told her, and she just looked at me, and back at her computer. To me, it seemed as if she was ignoring me, to give her the benefit of the doubt, unsure if she knew I was talking to her, I told her again, and showed her my phone, to which she looked up, and snapped at me saying "I get it! I have to pull up your information again". I was taken aback, who lets their employees snap at customers, especially first time customers, and makes their first experience at this specific dispensary so negative?? I don't know if she was high and had a hard time communicating, or if she's just genuinely rude, but from some other negative reviews, I see that customer service at the counter isn't really taken seriously at this store. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this dispensary despite the incredibly nice security guard, I just believe the customer service, and the taxing was incredibly outrageous, especially if it's my first time and you're, in assuming, wishing I'll be a full time customer at this establishment. read more

The best place to pick up. Everyone is always super nice and they always have everything I need.
