My wife and I stopped by here yesterday after we ate at a burger spot in the same plaza. My wife was craving ice cream and I told her that there this ice cream place nearby so we went inside to check it out. We been to other LA Michoacana location before so we know what to expect. When we walked inside, they were not busy at all. My wife look at their selection and wanted a ice cream popsicle. She went with the Paletas De Leche which is the French Vanilla flavor. The price was reasonable and the worker also give me a sample of the Oreo ice cream. My wife loved her ice cream and I thought the sample Oreo ice cream was good too. I believe they charge a fee for using credit card so be aware of this. Before we left, my wife wanted their aqua fresca smoothie so I got that for her. The customer service here was amazing when we came and I found parking easily in the plaza this place is in. read more

Beautiful Ambiance definitely recommend coming here! Diana is so helpful ! The ice cream is great !

When you walk in this place stinks like rotten milk or something dairy related that has gone bad. The service is terrible because you can't order in English because the staff only speak Spanish. I ordered a small cup and they only allow one flavor when before they used to allow two. Then when I asked for it to go they didn't have a lid for my cup lol what a joke. The store is disgusting and they can't even give you a lid after charging $20+ dollars for two ice cream cups. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Wanted an after dinner treat and checked this place out. I've seen these stores around but this was the first time. At first we were overwhelmed with the options but the r staff helped us select. There are pictures of all the food you can get from ice creams, sundae desserts, nachos, churros, corn, agua frescas, and more. Be sure to check out the Yelp check in offer. When I went I spoke a little Spanish but the staff did describe everything in English to help, and the items are similar to stuff I've bought from fairs and street vendors like elote with Cheetos, ruedas, and fruits con crema. Parking is ample in the El Super complex. Plenty of indoor seating, and they package well for take out too. read more

Came here Sunday evening and ordered a banana split. I had no idea it was big enough feed 3-4 people. $13. Worth it in my opinion since most likely you would share. They offer variety of toppings. Nuts, sprinkles, coconut shavings, Nutella, fruit.... you name it! I prefer mine pretty traditional. Whipped cream, chocolate syrup and nuts. The girl who helped me was really sweet. I didn't catch her name, but she had a cute puffy high bun And glasses. They also offer a ln extensive menu of other snacks and desserts. Definitely gotta come back and try some of those! The inside is nice and colorful. Very cute and clean. Fresh with Lots of photo ops for your social media posts. 10/10 recommend read more

Not sure what the "Plus" means, but doesn't matter to me because La Michoacana is a fav of mine. Everything is so good and probably a million calories, but who cares when you're enjoying esquite topped with hot Cheetos or a bubble gum flavored ice drink (I forgot it's name). I definitely splurge every time because I just can't help myself! The store was kept up very well. The staff was friendly. I really appreciate that they were all wearing gloves while handling food. read more

I went today with my husband to get ice cream and it was great when we first got there but then a Worker went to the back and bumped up the music so loud all of the customers and ourselves needed to yell loud the get our order taken The Workers couldn't even hear us at all i thought it was just me but Workers were saying "what?" to get the order repeated i knew it wasnt just me i wear hearing aids because im death and i even put my volume down and my order was given wrong as well when i clearly stated no candies and she poured candies on my order this needs to be addressed this is not ok especially for someone with hearing aids like me this is very rude read more

This is my favorite Michoacana ice cream parlor. The selection of flavors here is always great and original. The esquite is pretty good, not fantastic, but satifying enough to hit the craving for it. The place is brighr, fresh, and pretty clean. The only reason I won't gibe it a 5 star rating is because at times the service can be really slow, even when there aren't many customers there. Overall though, i really like this location, the flavors, and the variety of snacks available. read more

Line out the door with only one employee. Messed up! I give the employee 5 stars but this business gets 1 the way they treat they're people. Athe girl had a smile on her face while taking care of the customers. Reward this employee but rethink your business strategy of taking care of the people that work for you. She did not complain and did all her work. I witnessed 7 people leave at $10 each you lost $70 in 30 mins. You could of paid another employee. That's what I witnessed. Think about it how much you lose. But who am I. read more

disgusting absolutely Nasty horrible service, managers are clearly not doing there job at this location. Honestly the owner should be ashamed to even own this establishment it is always dirty and nasty and the employees are always rude and nasty. Idk if they just play stupid or if they're even an actual michoacana but they don't have loyalty reward points like all the other ones????? Then you wanna buy stuff from the chamoy stand they have and make you wait soooo long to pay for it , like it takes a second to charge me right after the person that has just payed . The dike looking one barely acknowledges you , then looks all stupid when you tell her you really just want to pay for the stupid candy stand they have in there. Hate this michoacana. read more

Creativity? Yes. More options that Baskin Robbins? That's a definite....I have to say this is one of the most creative snack shacks I've been to. The snacks are great, the corn is amazing as well as the churros. The employees are amazing here and are extremely patient, which is a bonus since you have so many options an you need time to order. i have to say though sadly, I was a bit disappointed in the mangos...it wasn't what I was expecting. I absolutely liked this place and will be coming back. I'm coming back to try the nachos soon!! read more
