I've been here a couple times and never had an issue with their service but man today was just not the day. The young female who assisted us prepped an esquite for me. After I requested she add more mayo & butter she literally barely drizzled any. Literally it was all corn with "some" flavor. Now I've had an esquite from here several times before and they have always been bomb, all the time! Not this time... I also ordered a crepe with an ice scream scoop and requested extra Nutella which I said I could pay for, again she didn't even bother. When i told her the flavor I wanted she looked at me and said "it's in the back" like im suppose to know what that means. lol I thought she would go grab it but no again she just looked at me and I heard "what flavor" like with a little attitude. The one thing that amazes me is how fresh all the fruit looks. I go there for my biónico cravings every once in a while and the fruit is always so pretty looking. You can tell it's freshly cut. I've tried their aguas frescas, paletas, smoothies, and esquites and It's always delicious! The paleta de plátano dipped in chocolate is my favorite. So glad this spot is close to my house. I've ordered from this place mainly because they have peppinos locos and many of these places don't usually carry them and not to mention how deliciously mouth watering they are with just a glance. My sister and I also ordered the Mangoneada which were exquisite along with two agua frescas (lemonade with chia and horchata) both drinks were also delightful. They have a variety of ice cream flavors you won't find else where, we had the pleasure of trying out the Abuelita and Ferrero Rocher ice cream and they were fantastic! The only reason I gave this place a 4 star is because they are definitely on the pricey side compared to other locations but definitely carry more than your typical locations, other than that this place gladly fulfilled my cravings. read more

this place is heaven. staff is very helpful and take special attention to details. it gets busy sometimes and may take a while to get served but its worth the wait since staff does not rush you and they take the time to make sure your order is perfect. they have so many options for eveything it gets a little overwhelming but the options are what keeps me coming back to try something new each time. read more

Yummy snickers milkshake and fresas con crema. I've gone to other Michoacána locations where strawberries are old and soggy. This was not the case. They have quality whipped cream, too. Best of all, service was great. Not like other locations where they rush you and tell you there is a limit on ice cream samples.
