I've been there for tire purchases, balancing and alignment maybe 4, 5? times on my precious VINTAGE (not "old", VINTAGE) (okay........it hasn't been restored to collector status so it's "old") Mercedes 240D, 400,000 miles, stick manual, Euro import (w/the Bentley/Rolls Royce/Mercedes Euro headlights) .....love that car. Rebuilt front end on it has new tires making it feel like a million dollars. Love the SPEED and straight forwardness here of the same guy behind counter many times.....I happily tipped the worker guy $5, giving him my tire pressures that I wanted (33 rear, 27 front) and that was good. Typically I'd double check when arriving home (3 hours away). My referral guy long ago said "always pay in cash" ... NOT required but it's like tipping waitresses--'love to do that where reasonably possible. read more

It's the @light_skin_dragon. You know when I'm not flying around I have to be driving around and this is my go to spot every time for a tire repair or buying new tires. I will always recommend this establishment because they are good. Used tires depending on size usually 40 or 50 for new-used tires. And new ones depending on brand 80 or more. My ladies tire had flats due to nails or just being worn out so I brought her here and got her tires replace. I have to see what else they do because I know them for tires but I'm sure they have different service that could be requested. We've been coming here for years and it's always the best price and best service. The vibe in this place is cool, no one gives you an attitude, they are always straightforward with the prices, fast service, friendly. If they don't happen to have your tire they order for next day most of the time. They also do oil changes and a few ither things. Best price. There are always a lot of people working so wait time is usually low unless they are extremely packed. Once you buy a tire from them, you can come get a flat tire fixed at no cost for ever. This review is long overdue. It's chaos at this "tire shop" I call it a rip and zip joint. They yank tires off and slam new ones on. I needed brakes. They clearly dont have enough service bays. I got some vague answers from them when it came to my car. I'll stick to the big guys like Firestone. It's all men at this shop. It's macho time all the time. Not a woman in sight. Sigh! They did my tires and an alignment for half the price of the dealer. They sold me all weather tires instead of summer tires. The wear is twice on the all weather tires. Fast and efficient I think is the only way to describe Ram Tire! Recently discovered a nail in one is my tires while I was getting my car serviced at the Mini . I was quoted an arm and a leg to replace the tire at the dealership so I quickly jumped on Yelp and discovered Ram Tire. When I pulled in there was someone waiting for me immediately to ask what service I needed. Before I could even finish describing the nail the technician had my car in the air and examining the tire. 25 mins and $20 dollars later my tire was patched and I was off on my way. Great place to get your next set of tires! Really happy with the installation of my new set of Pirellis that I received here along with the great price. Called in on Wednesday to see if they had the tires that I wanted and was told they would need to be ordered and that they would be there next day! Since I couldn't go in Thursday, I went in Friday morning and sure enough Ernie had my tires ready to go and promptly took care of me. I was informed of the whole installation process from start to finish and it went by a lot quicker than I thought. They deserve their 5 star average! I called in because I referred to them by another tire dealer who did not have the trailer tire I needed. When I called, it was 12 noon and I found out they closed at 2pm. My truck had also developed a slow leak, but went suddenly flat overnight. I asked if they could put the trailer tire on a rim and fix the leak of my truck tire today, since I knew they were closed at 2pm. To my surprise they not only said yes but said I could come in anytime as long as it was before 2pm and they would handle it for me! When I got there I quickly saw why they could make such unheard of promises. It was like a bees hive, very busy yet very organized. Customers were being serviced with a rapidity I have never seen in a tire shop.It was a pleasure to watch. Though they were very busy, I was addressed even as I was pulling in to their parking lot, and within 10 minutes they were done with the work I needed at a crazy, reasonable price. The tire was priced and, unlike other places I have purchased tires over the years, it was not plus mounting and balancing but rather all inclusive for what was a competitive price for just the tire. I've come multiple times for various car concerns, most recently being a nail in my tire, and they've consistently provided timely/quick service. What I appreciate the most is their reliability - if my car doesn't have an issue that requires replacement/repair, they'll say just that and send me on my way. If it does, they'll let me know, and I know that I can trust them to do what needs to be done. They're also super fast-paced in there, both in terms of talking to customers and service. When I had the nail in my tire, I just brought my car over, and they took care of my tire in maybe 40 minutes on a Tuesday morning. Seriously, I love knowing that I have a car repair place I can trust and comfortably recommend. I called prior of going to this shop to see if I needed an appointment. They said I didn't need one and that they had time to do the service to my car. I arrived at the shop 4:02pm and they had me waiting for an hour. It was 5pm and my car just sat where they had parked it. Absolutely unacceptable. They didn't have consideration of people's time. They could have told me they had a long waiting time so I knew to go some other day. I would recommend this to anyone unless you have all the time in the world. read more

Disappointed, I came in for a wheel alignment. I know it was busy so I have more patience during times like these, you could feel the stress and tension walking in. I've been coming here for close to 13 years. William used to be such a nice guy. I loved going there, but the last few times I went, it has been very disappointing. It was a few years ago, the mechanic did not know that my hybrid car does not make any noise when you turn the car on. So he kept trying to turn on until he hears the noise (I had to stop him!), which could hurt the engine. So I told William that maybe he needs to train him about it since to me, it's a common knowledge. He instead said, "ok I'll tell him and I'll fire him". Omg, that's not the kind of response I was expecting. All I told him was to teach him about it before he hurts more cars. So his reaction to handling this kind of issues was very inappropriate and disappointing. But I still came for oil change or car maintenance because it was such a good price.... Until now. It's not $67. And they charged credit card fee, which they did not even ask me before I gave them my card. I only noticed after I came home. This kind of things should have been communicated before charging the customers. 4% service charge for credit card is very high. And the maintenance only comes with oil change and tire services. Nothing else. Therefore this will be my last time using Ram tire. read more
