Fast and good service. I've gone to them for a few years now for oil changes or other maintenance, I should have left a review earlier but it always did slip my mind cause I got busy. Called in for an oil change and only had to wait around 45 minutes to an hour to get serviced. Given it didn't look too busy. I seldom give reviews but I had to make this EXCEPTION. I reconnected with Donald after years. I went to him to have our 2012 Altima serviced. He serviced this same vehicle when it was fairly new. AWESOME!!! He hasn't has changed!!! Extremely attentive, great attention to detail and most of his clients are repeat customers (me) and referrals. Once you come here and experience his service, you'll want him to service all your cars. He also serviced our 2018 Toyota Sienna (on the same day) and we plan on having him look at our 2018 Prius, as well. He works on TOYOTAS!!! Great place, great service, great people. Long over due review. Gotta give these guys some props. Alan and Donald are the best. I first took my car to these guys a few years ago with an overheating issue. Other mechanics could not find the cause of the problem. I also tried taking it to the dealer, just threw my money away there on the BS diagnosis fee. Finally took the car to CARZONE, they inspected the car for about a day or so, they found out the radiator had a pinhole leak. I then had another issue with my AC system, they inspected and turned out to be a relay or something it was. Have been taking my car to Alan and Donald since. They told me they don't know what the sound was but other things needed to be fix. I understand that but every time you bring the car in for an issue they charge to fix it. Came in to get an oil change after they told me there was no wait time. I told the guy to let as much old oil drain out before putting in the new oil and he said "nah I don't wanna do it, I don't have time". If they see that you understand anything about cars they start getting freaked out because they rush everything. All I was asking is 5 extra minutes and for a BMW M3 I think taking your time is a reasonable request. Terrible customer service. I found CarZone on yelp I liked the scenery, the reviews I read and it was only 20min away. When I pulled in the lot I seen 30 Teslas I almost turned around because I knew this was going to be $100 oil change. I was instructed to keep driving towards the garages in the back for CarZone. When I got out the car the hospitality was great, he asked how can he help me. I asked for a oil change and mentioned something under the car was hitting the ground, he said I can take care of that for you immediately! Took me inside to write down all my personal information for future visits. By the time I came out the office my car was being worked on. Friendly staff, noticed my New Jersey plates and started a conversation. Great price for the oil change and the skid plate was fixed. I just left from having my car looked at, just looked at because it had started over heating. It was already 4:15 so I was not expecting anything but a quick look to hopefully find the issue.
