I had a flat at 3:30pm on a Thursday on the 405. My tires are run flats so I could still drive 50mph, but I didn't want to push my luck as I had 90 miles to reach home so searched for the nearest tire shop. That was Acapulco Tires. My tire wasn't fixable, and they didn't have any run flat tires, but they did have a used tire that looked next to new in my size for $80 installed and balanced. There were 5 other customers in the shop at the time and the staff there handled everyone efficiently and quickly. I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking for tires or, like me, with a flat and I now have to look for a new run flat which runs around $350, so I think I'll push my luck and keep my $80 bargain beauty on the car for a while. Five Stars for the guys and Acapulco. In case you're looking for tires or a flat repair. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my tire changed here about a week ago, and they installed a faulty tire. Because of their mistake, I had to spend a lot of money having my car towed. They eventually replaced the tire, but just one day later I discovered that the replacement tire was also faulty. I went back to have the issue fixed, and instead of taking responsibility for their work, they charged me another $40 to correct the problem. After two faulty tires and being charged to fix an issue they caused, I have completely lost confidence in this shop. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never return. read more

I never do this but I felt the need to express how good of a service I got here . Not only did they change my oil , they also replaced all my 4 tires at a solid price . I will be coming back here with the rest of my vehicles. Cesar , the owner, is a cool dude . Offered me cold water and a Gatorade while I waited . read more

My car needed breaks, called them agreed for $70 price over the phone. When I arrived at the store the price changed to $70 labor only + extra $45 breaks price. Then Have been told by him can't drive with those old tires - needs replacement. New condition tires for $50 each.. ends up installing very old used bad tires. Total Cost now is $240 - I should expect a good driving car. No - results are: 1-Breaks not as powerful as before 2-Car makes clicking sound 3-missing white knight When I return to fix these issues, they declined everything and refused to assist. Very bad service, I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I was shopping around town for a tire shop that would upgrade my 37 inch tires to 40 inch tires for my jeep wrangler...few shops turned me down saying that my tires were too big! And few shops could do it for a ridiculous price. Boy, I was so glad to run into this Acapulco shop who made a lifetime customer and a friend to Caesar out of me. He gave me the best and honest service. He even let me play with the tools. I highly recommend this tire shop and I would gladly send anyone I know to Ceasar. Need wheels installed on new rims. Installed sensors mounted and balanced them fit a great price.

Had a different issue for a different rim that I owned that I use. 225/35 on a 19 inch rim so that leaked along the bead. Cesar was able to dismount and reseal it, doesn't leak! He stands by his work, support this local small business. Open Sundays as well read more

Cesar saved my butt big time. Left my home base to take my kid to gymnastics class and must've run over something because I was losing air fast and it was after 5. Firestone had my tire and quoted me 4x what Cesar did for me and Firestone wanted me to bring it by on Friday (it's Wednesday when this happened). I called Cesar and drove the 5 minutes it took from where I was. With 20 minutes total I was back on the road. Amazing service. read more

Wow! Great service! I went with the expectation I would have to wait an hour or get sold the most expensive tire. (Mind you, only had one nail in one tire and all my tires were in decent shape) I'm a working college student so unplanned events are not really in my budget. Cesar is the best! Waited only 20 MINUTES and he recommended me his HONEST opinion. Never going back to fire stone or Toyota. Love his small business! Definitely a returning customer. read more

This is the best tire shop ever with the best customer service! This is my go to spot, I was recommended by a friend and have been coming here since. The first time I ever stopped by was to check my tire pressure, and Cesar was exceptional! The second time I came in to get two new tires, the price was right, and they were quick and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place especially as a woman it is hard to find a good trustworthy shop that isn't going to take advantage of your lack of car knowledge. The work alone speaks for itself but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Thank you Cesar and the rest of the team! read more

Showed up with a damaged front right tire and it was no longer holding air. Angel immediately approached me and helped me out. Got my tire replaced and he ensured all other 3 tires all had enough air. All fixed in about 20 minutes. Thank you Angel for your excellent customer service and patience. You've got my loyalty & business. Much appreciated! read more

Checked out the other nearby tire places, but this one was the best. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a tire and gave me an honest opinion. He even pointed out other places that I could buy a tire for the ones he didn't have the in stock. Really respectable guy. I can't say the same about the other guys. read more

Thank you Cesar!!! My dad sent me to Cesar because he's been going to him for years. I drive a jeep so my spare tire is the same size as my other tires... I had gone to a different shop where they told me I had to get a new tire and they were charging me so much for it . Luckily I called my dad to ask him if the prices sounded right & he told me they were crazy and to go to Cesar . Cesar is not only super nice but he is also very honest! He took out the tire that he was going to sell to me and then looked at my spare tire. He told me that my tire could be fixed. He would've got more out of selling me the tire and wouldn't have had to do as much to sell the tire but instead he was honest and fixed my tire . Being a girl at a tire shop can be intimidating but Cesar made me feel extremely comfortable. At the end he charged my card and I wanted to leave a tip but he said the best tip is to know that I leave happy & safe. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, nice, professional tire shop Acapulco Tires is your place!! Thanks again Cesar! read more
