A while back, I had a flat tire with a nail in it and just dropped into a shop on the Westside where they threw a quick plug in it. Fast forward about 8 months later, and that same tire started slowly losing air. I would fill it up, and it would be low again after a week or so. I knew it had to be related to that old repair or figured there was another nail, but no one could ever find the issue. Other places would just fill it with air and send me on my way. When it got low again, I stopped by Vic's shop. He was busy (which is totally fair since I just dropped in!), but he told me if I came back in 30 minutes, he could check it out. When I returned, Vic was super thorough. He could not see anything on the surface, so he actually took the tire off to do a deeper check. He suggested the original plug might be leaking and explained why he much prefers a full patch. Together, we decided to patch where the plug was originally to see if that helps. I even told Vic that if the tire needed to be replaced, I was totally okay with that. He easily could have told me I needed a new tire just to make a buck, but instead, he said, "Let's try the patch first since your tires are fairly new and in great condition." It has been a few weeks now and my tire pressure has held completely normal! Vic is a stand-up guy with real integrity. I will definitely be coming back to him for all my car needs!!!

Vic, the owner, is truly a rare find; he balances deep technical knowledge with a genuine friendliness that makes every visit stress-free. It is hard to find a business today that is so consistently straightforward and expedient with vehicle servicing. I make it a point to bring my car in every 3,000 miles for an oil change, and Vic always provides what feels like five-star treatment. Beyond routine maintenance, he has shown real care when I've been in a bind. For instance, when I had a flat tire last month due to normal wear, Vic prioritized the repair the very next morning, ensuring I was back on the road and ready for work by 10:00 AM. His dedication to his customers is evident, and I truly appreciate the peace of mind he provides.
