Truly outstanding service. I am so grateful that I brought my car to VJ. I have a 2009 Dodge Challenger and had been struggling for weeks with various issues (check engine light, screeching sounds from under the hood, trouble starting the car). I'd taken it to two different shops around town and neither had a clue what was going on. One mechanic even suggested I simply drive my car until "it broke down" -- because then the problem would be easier to figure out. After my car failed its smog test, the technician recommended I take it to J's Auto Clinic. Within a couple hours, VJ had diagnosed the problem and had a plan of action. They will not overcharge you they are fair they will not tell you something is wrong with your car that is not like most dealerships and other mechanics will do . and ladies I know it's scary for you if you don't have a man or a son or a significant other that you can go to the mechanic with you , CAN BE SO HARD TO TRUST !!! You don't have to worry about that with these men you can trust them they would never think about doing you wrong. I highly recommend them . my car would not shift into gear I was stuck I googled, Google told me it was gone cost eight $900 to fix I needed sell you know it was celluloid or something was wrong with the metal and all I did was spill some juice in my middle console that I didn't know it had anything to do with anything that would lock my car into a park where I cannot move it was so upsetting .I was stuck at the grocery store . Once it magically got unstuck after a frustrating crying 39 minutes. I had to put my car in neutral and then put on the emergency brake and leave it running. I forgot and got stuck several more times and I said let me take it to J's I never told him I spilled cranberry juice in the car because I didn't think that had anything to do with it they asked me on their own did you spilled anything I said some cranberry juice they said it's just sticky they did something very simple and my car was fixed and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes !!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! So my daughter had my car serviced by a friend after this guy had changed my 02 sensors and I was advised one of the sensors was marked from a junk yard. So the last time I went here for brakes I was told by Jack I needed 4 new rotors. I went for a second opinion and was told all four rotors were good and the fronts could be turned two more times.
