While my dad's car was being serviced, the manager Arabo (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong) offered to drive him home. I found that above the average treatment of a customer to be endearing, so even though I live in Van Nuys (a 30 minute drive away), I started bringing my car to him. At first, it was just a tune-up and an oil change. But two days ago, the engine mount failed in my 2010 Honda Civic. Afraid to drive it to the shop, I called AAA for a tow truck. When the tow truck arrived and the driver asked for my destination, I said Art's Auto Care, to which he replied: "They're the best auto shop in Burbank." Further proof that this business is well respected in the local community. My engine had entirely separated from the auto frame, breaking through the bolts and was hanging by a thread, but Arabo and his dad managed to put it together again in two days. Arabo's dad even took a bolt to the face as they were fixing it, but luckily he was okay. I was worried the repair cost was going to be extremely expensive, but it was a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with the service and end result. It's very rare to find a great mechanic that you can trust. If you're in the Glendale/Burbank area (or even outside it), I 100% recommend Arabo and Art's Auto Care. And not only take my recommendation, but my dad's, my neighbors, and even the AAA tow truck driver. :-)

I got one. I told him that I needed all four of my brakes changed and four rotors. After they examined my car, they told me that I only needed two breaks and rotors on the front and not the rear. The fact that they could've easily taken advantage of me and did not show us a lot about the character of this body shop. I will 100% be back and couldn't recommend it less. I have a German car and changing the brakes or doing anything on it tends to cost more than most cars, and this place was affordable and fast and efficient dropped it off at 8:30 and picked it up at three amazing! It's always intimidating as a girl to take your car somewhere new but Garage 88 is great at making it a breeze. The girl working at the counter is super pleasant and welcoming. Once your car is inspected everything is sent through a link where you can see pictures/recommendations with pictures as proof & paying can be done through their online site or in person.
