Two friends recommended the shop to me. They took the time to go through my car and found a few issues that the dealership had not caught 3 weeks prior, one of which they absolutely should have. They had to replace a critical part in my car. It took them about a week to get the part as Fiat parts are hard to come by, but were able to schedule me the next business day after the part arrived and repaired it in one day. The estimate was almost correct on replacement of the part & labor, but they found something damaged by the original issue and replaced it, and they had called me to tell me they did it (I authorized any cleanup of parts). They never tried to sell me on extra services, and showed photo proof of every issue the car had had in their inspection report. They were courteous, kind, and answered all of my questions about my car. Thank you Future Auto for treating my car well!

I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. What's also great is there are a lot of pretty decent spots to eat and even a few nice bakeries too while you wait for your car to get serviced. Highly recommend giving them your business!
