An amazing mechanic! The estimate was on point! Ejmin explained a contingency that could possibly cost more on the estimate but, luckily it didn't need it. I was impressed that he told me and even more impressed that he didn't try to install it anyway. That's integrity. And, the time estimate was more than it took. I had a valvetronic actuator replaced. I had it towed Wednesday and the estimate was ready later that day. I ok'd the work on Thursday and it was done Friday morning! I picked up the car today and drove it home. She dropped off the car a few days later, and she was picking up the car on the same day!! The price quoted in my messages to this team was exactly what she paid. Prices are reasonable, the turnaround is quick, they have been able to fit me in with fairly short notice and EJ really takes the time to explain everything.
