My landlords recommended Greg's Tune-Up after I had the worse experience with Olive Automotive (which I do not recommend ever on account of them price gouging and botched repairs). Tino, Beatriz, Nicole, and other staff members have helped me greatly with my 2018 Ford Fiesta. As of recent, I had issues with my transmission which led to Tino taking it into a transmission specialist to inspect the car. Sure enough, the transmission is on its finally leg. Tino gave me advice on how I can get some longevity out of the transmission along with options. I'm grateful for that! TL;DR: Family-run auto shop in Burbank that communicates well, is honest, and prices fairly! I've taken my car at least 2 times for oil changes, and they've also tuned up my car 1 time. They are good at communicating about any issues they find, and they treat my family and me with care. They even diagnosed a problem with my brakes that I had been noticing lately without me telling them about it, and they told me how to fix it-- BUT they did not pressure me to do it immediately! It doesn't feel like they're trying to sell me anything extra or rip me off. I've actually taken my car to another place before where I paid a lot to get a tune up, and then Greg explained to me what they found this time, so it seems like the other place didn't take care of the things they said they did.
