TL;DR: Family-run auto shop in Burbank that communicates well, is honest, and prices fairly! I've taken my car at least 2 times for oil changes, and they've also tuned up my car 1 time. They are good at communicating about any issues they find, and they treat my family and me with care. They even diagnosed a problem with my brakes that I had been noticing lately without me telling them about it, and they told me how to fix it-- BUT they did not pressure me to do it immediately!
