amazing work. fast and very communicative! professional work environment. will highly recommend this shop

They robbed my Freon. I took my work truck to them and I told them ac is not working. I pulled up and told them I took it too a different shop the other shop told me they refilled it but still was blowing hot air and I wanted another opinion, they starting checking it out used a uv light to look around and then connected a ac gauge tool told us too wait cuz he was checking for "leaks " had us wait 15 min I told drive car studio I'll be back the next day because they said they found a leak and I was willing to do that but I had a gut feeling they were lying too me (I know a little about cars but basics I guess) and I was right ...be careful with the white ginger looking guy with a beard and tattoos and some other guy he was talking too in his language super sketchy shop...somebody else fixed that issue compressor needed oil, a cleaning, and of course Freon smh.... read more

I got a quote for approximately $1600 at the dealership for a repair needed on my BMW X3 so I decided to do some shopping and found Drive Car Studio. I paid a fraction of what the dealer was asking for with repair made with genuine OEM BMW parts, they also answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and the customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Highly Recommended. Thank you Drive Car Studio!!! read more

Had them check my engine out, kept the car there a little past what I had said as well. They gave me a review on what's wrong and quoted me a great price for an engine swap. In my case it didn't end up happening because it just wasn't worth it on my particular car model/year, but these guys are absolute professionals and I trust they'll get you what you need. read more

My check engine light was on. I needed have car smogged to renew my registration . I called and got an appointment the same day . They diagnosed the situation and explained it to me and my options to complete the repair . The estimate was very reasonable and completed work the same day . I am very happy with the courteous service and professional repair work. They are very honest and reliable . I will continue to have any necessary repairs done here in the future . read more

I took my car here for a second opinion after having it repaired elsewhere and still dealing with a check engine light, and I'm so glad I did. From the start, they were incredibly helpful and honest, which is exactly what I was looking for. The shop is only about 10-15 minutes from my home. Parking is a little tight, but they were able to squeeze me into their schedule, which I really appreciated. They ran a full diagnostic and gave me an estimate within an hour or less. Everything was explained clearly, and they were upfront about the timeline for repairs, which made the whole process stress-free. There's a small waiting area with coffee, water, and tea, and the staff was friendly and welcoming the entire time. I drive a Nissan Versa, and I felt confident leaving my car in their hands. The pricing was very reasonable and well within my budget. Most importantly, I truly trust this place--they don't try to upsell or pressure you into unnecessary repairs. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car issues. So happy I found this shop! read more

Great autobody shop that was able to add running boards to my Lexus quickly and for an affordable price! I appreciate the quick response and turnaround time of them getting the job done. read more

When I had an issue and no one wanted to help the boys at Drive Car Studio stepped up and hooked me up. I bought an older Mitsubishi at an auction only to be screwed later since it had a bad trans. I've called over 20 shops trying to get quotes and half didn't know how to replace it and the other half wanted more money than the car was worth. I don't remember from who but someone told me to try these guys. I called and they said they will call me back. They took some time and found me a used trans, bought it, replaced it and did a great job. I was a bit skeptical but they assured me it was going to work. I recommend these guys because they did a great job. read more

Efficient and fairly priced. very happy with the service received. also was able to get an appointment quickly.

Im happy that I've found a new car repair shop! In recent years, I've been taking my scion to the dealership just because it's easier and haven't needed much work done, other than basic maintenance. Recently, as I've gone up in miles, I've started to need the much needed be dreaded replacement of parts that are just worn out. Toyota had quoted me a high price to replace my rear bear assembly and valve gasket. So I decided it was time to reach out to different shops to get a quote. I decided to reach out to different shops through yelp, and drive car studio was quick to respond! I knew what i needed to get fixed, so looking for a shop that could give me a quote without the extra "drop by the shop for a quote" or waiting days to respond to me. With a quick send of my VIN, drive car studio gave me a quote much lower than Toyota and I was able to bring it in within a few days. They were able to fix it in less than 2 hours and I'm thankful that I've found a dependable spot to take my scion to. Another plus is you can pay with zelle! I will definitely be back! read more

Was looking for a new mechanic in our area and found these guys on Yelp. They were quick to respond, and the most competitively priced when I was comparison shopping for the job. I came in and they gave me a quick diagnostic, let me see (and hear) the problem, and were good about explaining it. I really appreciated that. They texted me a video of another issue they found when fixing the first and I was happy they did so I could see that as well! Both issues were fixed by end of the next day and car was driving and sounding much better! I like this shop and will get quotes from them first for all my work in the future. Definitely recommend this shop. read more

They were wonderful! Did everything so fast! And so nice! Would totally recommend them!!

took my car here to fix my A/C and it stopped working again shortly after. Months later my battery died, and AutoZone confirmed the battery in my car was not theirs, it was a Walmart-exclusive battery, and was the wrong size for my vehicle. I bought the battery at autozone so I know they swapped it for another The only place I ever took my car was to this shop. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not trust going here. It really sucks being scammed and I just been having so much car problems after taking my car here read more

Excellent place, highly recommended. I brought my GTI Mk6 for some parts installation and a Stage 2 tuning, and the work was absolutely amazing. The team at Drive Car Studio not only did a flawless job, but they also inspected my entire engine, which I truly appreciate. Now my GTI is faster and has an incredibly aggressive sound. Definitely a shop you can trust and one I'll be coming back to for future upgrades. read more

Good service, professional work. Almost prompt reaction on WhatsApp. Very polite and thoughtful Ivan, manager.

If you want honest mechanics who will not try to upsell you, go here. They were upfront from the beginning, explained what was truly necessary and what was optional, and saved me a significant amount of money by being honest about not needing an alignment immediately. Their pricing was great, communication was clear, and they even issued a discount for a delayed part without me having to ask. Great service, great value, and most importantly, real integrity. Hard to find these days. Thank you Alex and his team! read more

Quick & easy oil change and tire rotation. Nice people. No wait when I came (late Saturday afternoon). Would go again.

They were great. Good upfront price, friendly and communicative. I will use them again.

Great shop, and great prices will definitely come back again will beat anyone's price out there thanks guys

I recommend this spot to get car work done. Tbh I don't know a lot about cars and they have helped me 2 times and fixed the problem with good prices. Thank you once again. read more

Had my oil changed twice. Great guys, do their job high quality and quick. Definitely would bring my car again here for maintenance!

5 stars. If I could give ten stars I would. What's invaluable, beyond the basic bar of knowing what they are doing, is that THIS IS A SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN. I cannot stress enough that as a single female, going to an auto shop can be tough- it can be intimidating or sometimes you can be confronted with aggression, sexism, or shady business practices. None of that here! I can't tell you how many times I've been the bamboozled by fast talking mechanics with nothing but snake oil to sell me. Drive Car Studio is the diametric opposite!! They are HONEST, very knowledgeable, efficient, they even let me watch my repairs and learn about my car. I can't thank you enough. They do their best to keep the cost down, especially on my expensive mini/bmw parts. They give you options, they tell you pricing up front once they've done an inspection so your estimate is CLEAR and you can make informed decisions. And they stay in touch with you if you reach out with questions or requests. A+ This is the ONLY place I will bring my Mini Cooper from now on. Thank you Alex and Stan-- especially! for your dedicated work and hospitality. read more

I have to write great things about this shop. I bought a 2011 Yukon Denali with 130,000 miles in as-is condition a few months ago from a dealer. I hate car dealers more than anything else on the planet. Hate. Did I say I hate dealers? I do. Anyway, I had it inspected by my own mobile mechanic, and he gave it the green light. The engine "blew up" on me a few months later. Not literally, but it started tapping loudly and knocking severely. Two shops told me it needs a new engine, and maybe it did, but I really wanted to know what was wrong with it so I knew my options - what does it really need? Alex was willing to give me options - not just to diagnose it completely, but once the engine was opened, he gave me more options so I could make an educated choice. He really worked with me every step of the way and provided pictures and written price estimates so I knew what was going on. I appreciated knowing what my dollar spend was going to be before they touched anything so I could approve it. We did a couple what-if scenarios as well so I knew what I was getting into. He ended up discovering that we could not do a repair without an engine rebuild or replacement. So I chose a used engine to be installed. The day after I picked it up I took it on a 450-mile trip and it has been running perfectly. It has been a game changer and I actually like the car now. It appears the mpg may be better than I was getting. And just like his claim on Yelp, he did it at a lower price than another shop I visited. I'm pleased with the thoroughness, the competence, professionalism, personalized attention, and quality of the work. If you aren't happy with any of the mechanics you have used in the past or you need to find a shop that will treat you well (walk you through their process), try this shop. My experience was great. read more

I can't say enough good things about Drive Car Studio... they were the fastest to respond to my request for quotes. I love how they provided actual PDF quotes of the work I needed done. All of the other places I asked for a quote from could barely give me a ballpark figure. Drive Car Studio got me in, and got my car fixed. So responsive. So professional. They didn't even take that long to get all of the work done. I feel like for the same work, I would have been at the dealership for 6 hours, and I was at Drive Car Studio for under 2. They were so nice in person too! Just overall a great experience, and I will now be coming here for all of my car needs. I even already referred one of my friends to get her brake work done here. read more

Alex and Eric were helpful, as were the rest of his team. Originally I took my car for the one engine mount, and it was brought to my attention that the right side engine mount was also in need of replacing, as well my tire rod. I got a fair quote for all 3 repairs, and they returned my Dodge Charger to me same day. Quick, affordable, and efficient. My car drives much better now. Gracias Drive Car Studio! read more

Incredible! So helpful and explained everything simply. Ivan was a saint. I will be back!

I lost both of key fobs for my Prius, which meant I literally could not start the vehicle. It's a terrible situation which requires purchasing a new fob and having the fob "reseeded." It requires expertise and a computer device. I tried all the dealerships and they were going to charge me around $900, plus I would have to get my car towed there. Drive Car Studio saved the day big time. They sent someone out to my house, and he supplied me with a new fob, and programmed it to work with my car. This guy was one of those people who are incredibly good at what they do. Very glad I found these guys. read more

Very professional. Came here for installation of my PCM and keys. They were fast and did a good job

Great so far. Installation of broken part tomorrow, 7/22. This small shop is reliable, kind, and reasonably priced.

I had transmission failure. Great communication. Competitive pricing. Appears to be very honest with little effort to up sell to fix "additional" problems from the trans problem, but when pointed-out, the additional parts and labor made sense financially and for future reliability. Started work right away, consulted by phone and text throughout, and finished in a reasonable period of time. read more

Drive Car Studio - Trans in 2002 Ford Ranger - Auto Repair Near Me - Sun Valley, California

After requesting quotes in my area for a catalytic converter shield installation, Alex from Drive Car Studio reached out to me and offered a fair price on labor for my install. I went in at our agreed upon time and they began working on my car very promptly. While they worked on my car I sat in their waiting room/office area. (On what I must say was a pretty comfortable couch!) After installation I wanted to pay with my debit card but Alex suggested for me to pay by Zelle and avoid a 3% transaction fee which was very nice of him! He gave me my invoice for the job and that was that. I highly recommend this shop for any auto body or mechanical work as they have a fairly large shop and a lot of employees. read more
