She dropped off the car a few days later, and she was picking up the car on the same day!! The price quoted in my messages to this team was exactly what she paid. Although this isn't always case since other issues may pop up, it was nice to pay what we were quoted. This is the first time in her life she went to an independent shop. I couldn't be there with her to drop off the car due to work obligations, but she told me they were kind, respectful, and she felt very comfortable leaving her precious BMW with them. Wonderful service for my 4 series BMW. My check engine light was on and I needed to get a diagnostic check + repair. They were able to take a look at my car immediately and were very responsive. They didn't treat me any differently because I'm a woman or because I'm clueless about cars - which I really appreciate! They explained the process to me and made it easy to understand. They told me that they'd contact me 2 hours later and by then, they had called me to let me know what the repairs were and the cost, as well as when it would be done by. I had a last minute question about another issue with my car and they diagnosed it immediately (very, very knowledgeable about the issues with BMWs and the fixes needed) and did not push me for any services that I didn't need. My car was ready by the time they initially quoted me and the cost was what they quoted me too. They also let me know that I will likely need a new battery soon, but again, did not try to price gouge me or pressure me into anything. In fact, they charged the battery for me.
