I had a wonderful first-time experience with this shop, Auto Trinity. I went there for a second opinion because I was fraudulently told that I needed new struts. The owner, Ed verified that I did not. He fixed two of my tires that had nails in them and sent me on my merry way without charging me a cent for his services. I have to say Ed exemplifies the words of kindness, honesty, and trustworthiness. My first impression is that he is a man of integrity when it comes to his business practices. I would've gotten conned out of $900 for unnecessary work from another shop, but with his careful analysis of my car those repairs weren't needed. I came to this shop after I was quoted over 4k in repairs at a different mechanic. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. Ed the owner said let's look at the car together. He spend more than 45 min going over the whole car and telling me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Some of the things were different from the other shop and the price he gave me was literally half of what the other mechanic said. After everything was done my car was brand new. I found out about this business thanks to Yelp, so I wanted to add my two cents as well. I noticed that my battery was starting to take a while to turn over when I started my car, and I figured it was about that time to have it replaced. I took it into Auto Trinity after calling earlier in the day to make sure they had my battery in stock. After a confirmation, I took it in during my lunch hour a couple of hours later. As soon as Ed came into the waiting room, he quoted me the price. Within moments, the battery was replaced and I was ready to go. Fast, efficient and friendly service seems to be the normal way of business here. I also asked for a quote for another service, and it appears that they prices they are giving are comparable or slightly better than other similar auto shops and far less than most dealerships.
