Living in LA means dealing with all the dings, hit and runs, potholes, crazy drivers, etc. which means your car is prone to being damaged over the years. I found this place thanks to my brother who knows a lot about cars and is pretty active in a BMW forum. They're great with luxury cars and give you very reasonable quotes!! My dad's Mercedes had his car broken into and we've gotten the windows replaced here. My brother has also gotten multiple damages on his BMW's fixed here as well. Someone drove into my 2013 Hyndai Elantra and totaled the passenger side rear door along with significant damage to the side panel. David and his team did a fantastic job, especially considering it was determined that I wouldn't have to replace the side panel. The quality of the repair is top notch, all the more so considering they were able to make the very damaged side panel look brand new without actually replacing it (as was unavoidable with the door). A deer jumped in front of my car the night before I went to Cook's, and I was very flustered on how to get everything fixed (this was my first real car accident as an adult ). Alfred and his team were so wonderful, and they made the process easier than most trips to Costco on a Sunday afternoon. They walked me through how the claims process works, answered all of my questions with patience, got me set up with my rental car, gave me a very accurate time estimate of how long it would take to finish everything, and fixed my car up in perfect condition. I showed up for an initial estimate without an appointment and within 20 min it was done. Then they contacted my insurance, we set up a convenient date to drop off the car, they got to work, and I was all set. They took care of all the insurance aspects of the repair. They also offered to drive me to and from the Enterprise rental car location near them, but I had already rented a car from the Enterprise location closer to our home. But you may want to keep that time saving, extra customer service of car rental in mind when choosing a body shop.

Auto Aid then provided an estimate to my insurance and was able to start the repairs pretty quickly. *It took a few weeks due to certain parts not being available. However, once it was done, my Kia Niro looked amazing! Better than new. *FYI they actually fixed it at a lower price than originally quoted. *The inside of the office is very clean and spacious. *You can park on the street or in the front lot if there is room.
