Nothing is worse than getting rear ended...especially when you are at a stop sign. The good news is that shops like this are here to make our cars look brand new. After reporting the incident to my auto insurance I called them up and spoke to Jenny. She was very friendly, helpful and scheduled my car to be assessed right away. The morning I dropped it off, Selena helped me at the front counter with paper work, etc. Again, very friendly and helpful. Michael, the owner, came out to introduce himself as well. Never before have I been treated in such a manor. They made this tedious experience so much easier. My insurance checked the damage right after I left. Auto Aid then provided an estimate to my insurance and was able to start the repairs pretty quickly. *It took a few weeks due to certain parts not being available. However, once it was done, my Kia Niro looked amazing! Better than new. *FYI they actually fixed it at a lower price than originally quoted. *The inside of the office is very clean and spacious. *You can park on the street or in the front lot if there is room. Instead of supposedly replacing my strut/ Rubber they used a zip tie to hold it. They also could not fix my alarm sound and my mechanic found that it was unplugged. I mean seriously!? No one wants to experience an auto collision! Well I recently did but the fine folks at AutoAid helped turn an unhappy day into a day of making that experience palatable. Within an hour they towed my undriveable BMW to their shop in Van Nuys. I was able to complete my film shoot in North Hollywood and not hold up the schedule on the set. 10 star customer service! My car was side swiped while parked on the street with extensive damage to the entire driver side. Zack and Michael at Auto Aid towed it to their shop free of charge almost immediately after reaching out to them. It did take about a month for repairs but that's due to a delay in shipment of parts as a result of Covid-19. Zack was very personable and easy to communicate with and always kept me in the loop on the progress. When I initially picked up my car, there was a small scuff on the bumper that was missed but, with no rebuttals, they took my car back, drove me to Enterprise, paid for a rental car while they fixed everything good as new (only took another 24 hrs). I even got a discount as a result! Not only did they take care of the rental car return but they DETAILED my car! I also got to enjoy a delicious homemade cold drink while there and got to take some for the road. :-] If that's not enough, they guarantee their work and if any issues show up later, they will take care of it free of charge.
