I had a recent auto body work done by ABC Auto Body in Northridge. I am absolutely satisfied with the job and surprisingly they did something beyond asking. I had the front bumper replaced, instead replace a damaged headlight they fixed it for me to save money and they even removed a long scratch mark on the body and put a new license plate frame for me. This is an out of pocket, cosmetic job I postponed a while. I am glad I finally get it done. I had two other estimates that were both competitive but I have to say I am glad I chose ABC with my gut feeling and I am very happy with the outcome. I brought my car to Al as it got into a bad car accident. To me it look totalled which i didnt want to happen. Al said "dont worry about it i will make sure the claims adjuster does not total the car" Well a day later the claims adjuster called and said "i examined your car and we are good on what damages need to be repaired the car will not be totalled" It took Al some time to get parts and they kept me updated the entire time. It took me awhile to post this but they definitely deserve 5 stars, but I will be brutally honest. First impression of the place is , they are super busy. I was in an accident, and went to a few other places to get an estimate, and they all said I needed to make an appointment. NOT AL. He came out, looked at my car, and gave me a few options (insurance or out of pocket), and I left with a ballpark estimate. It ended up being an insurance claim, and here is where I was super impressed. I gave the girls in the office my information, and I had to do nothing from that point forward.They dealt with my insurance, and repaired my car. I was given an time estimate of a week to 10 days initially, and I did call a few times to check the status, but they were super busy, and I could never get a fixed completion date. Luckily we had a second car and this was no issue. It took 3 weeks, to repair my car, but we are very happy with the repairs. They even cleaned my engine, and detailed my car. The damages to my car were the front bumper, the fender and my mirror was clipped. PROS: Great work, great dealing with insurance, above and beyond CONS: It took a little longer than expected, but in their defense they were busy. read more

On October 10, 2023, a woman made an illegal left-hand turn when I was in the intersection and caused extensive damage to my 2007 Prius regarding the left front fender, and left part of the bumper, destroyed my left headlight, and caused the hood to be out of alignment. Once my insurance company saw my car and settled with ABC Auto Body, I thought no way, would my Prius ever look the same again. I take pride in keeping my car in top shape. A week later Al, owner of ABC Auto Body, called and said my car is ready. When I saw the car, I could not believe my eyes. It looked brand new and even looked better than prior to the accident. Without me asking, he thoroughly cleaned the interior, cleaned the engine compartment, and did an excellent job painting the areas that were damaged and repaired to match the rest of the paint on my car. The bottom line, ABC Auto Body went way beyond what I thought the repaired damaged car would look like. I would give them 1,000 stars if that was available.
