As a car enthusiast who builds Supras for fun, I know excellent bodywork when I see it. After another shop quoted me an astronomical $20k and months of waiting, I found Al. Al quoted me nearly a quarter of that price and promised a full car respray in just 2 to 3 weeks. A timeline that fast is unheard of, so I took a gamble--and he completely delivered. The results are immaculate: perfect body lines, flawless OEM color match, and absolutely no orange peel or hazing. If you value quality work, fair prices, and quick turnaround, you 100% need to give Al your business. Thank you, Al! read more

ABC Auto went above and beyond for me. They were incredibly kind and genuinely considerate of my situation from the very beginning. When I wasn't able to pick up my car, they delivered it right to me, something I've never experienced from any other shop. While they worked on my vehicle, they even lent me a car completely free of charge, which allowed me to get to work on time every day. And let's talk about prices: ABC Auto has the best rates by far. You won't find better prices or a more trustworthy auto body shop anywhere. Their honesty, professionalism, and compassion set them miles ahead of the rest. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you need work done on your car, this is the place to go. read more

Al is incredible, and so is his team. He works directly with the client, and the work is exceptional. I turned too tight and caught my right passenger door on a long boat trailer with no flags or boat on it while at the gas pump. The front passenger door had to be completely replaced, color-matched red (not an easy match), and then blended over the scratches that ran a few inches into the back door. The car looks brand new, and the cost was 30% below other bids I got. I was only without a car for 4 days. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, ABC is the only place I will go. And they detail the car!!! read more

I had a recent auto body work done by ABC Auto Body in Northridge. I am absolutely satisfied with the job and surprisingly they did something beyond asking. I had the front bumper replaced, instead replace a damaged headlight they fixed it for me to save money and they even removed a long scratch mark on the body and put a new license plate frame for me. This is an out of pocket, cosmetic job I postponed a while. I am glad I finally get it done. I had two other estimates that were both competitive but I have to say I am glad I chose ABC with my gut feeling and I am very happy with the outcome. Al is very professional and eager to help. read more

I drove an hour and a half to bring my car to this shop--and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I came in to get my fenders painted, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff here is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. You can immediately tell how passionate they are about their craft--they take real pride in their work, and it shows. Al, the owner, was especially welcoming and easy to talk to. He walked me through the process and made me feel confident my car was in good hands. The paint match? Absolutely perfect. Seamless. You'd never know it wasn't the original factory finish. What really stood out to me, though, was their attention to detail. Al noticed a blemish on my bumper--something done at a completely different shop--and without hesitation, one of their detailers jumped in and fixed it right on the spot. No upcharge, no hassle, just pure professionalism and pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop that genuinely cares and delivers flawless results, this is the place. Totally worth the drive. read more

I brought my car to Al as it got into a bad car accident. To me it look totalled which i didnt want to happen. Al said "dont worry about it i will make sure the claims adjuster does not total the car" Well a day later the claims adjuster called and said "i examined your car and we are good on what damages need to be repaired the car will not be totalled" It took Al some time to get parts and they kept me updated the entire time. I was T-boned by an Uber driver who ran stop sign.My car got badly damaged and my tow truck took it to ABC Auto collision. Al was great. He worked with my insurance company to have the repair completed in full without sacrificing in quality. He made sure my insurance company paid for parts from the manufacturer rather than nock offs. I really appreciate it his communication with me though out process. He picked up the phone every time I called and gave me updates regularly. read more

It took me awhile to post this but they definitely deserve 5 stars, but I will be brutally honest. First impression of the place is , they are super busy. I was in an accident, and went to a few other places to get an estimate, and they all said I needed to make an appointment. NOT AL. He came out, looked at my car, and gave me a few options (insurance or out of pocket), and I left with a ballpark estimate. It ended up being an insurance claim, and here is where I was super impressed. I gave the girls in the office my information, and I had to do nothing from that point forward. They dealt with my insurance, and repaired my car. I was given an time estimate of a week to 10 days initially, and I did call a few times to check the status, but they were super busy, and I could never get a fixed completion date. Luckily we had a second car and this was no issue. It took 3 weeks, to repair my car, but we are very happy with the repairs. They even cleaned my engine, and detailed my car. The damages to my car were the front bumper, the fender and my mirror was clipped. PROS: Great work, great dealing with insurance, above and beyond CONS: It took a little longer than expected, but in their defense they were busy. read more

My review is a little bit too late but about almost 3 months ago I was involved in some kind of car accident and decided to look for body shop with my husband to bring my car, we looked on Yelp and found this place, we went there early one morning and saw Luis, met and talked to him, never regret bringing my car in here, Luis is amazing!, very accomodating, honest, and answers all my questions very well, and he just makes everythings easy for me, and even gave me a loaner car to use. Right now my car is looking just perfect!, you cant go wrong with him!, highly recommended!, bring your car to him and you wont regret it! And besides even after the work is done he even told me to check and drive my car, and if something im not happy or making sound anywhere or whatever just bring it back to him and they will fix it, Wow! Great person really, Thumbs up! Lexus is 250 read more

I had more than one car fixed here and was told each time the process would be easy by Al but each time it has been a bit of a hassle. Including this last time where they keep adding charges and doing unnecessary work just to get more money out of my insurance company and a damaged piece on my car which I was told would be replaced and 7 months later I still don't have the part. I once thought this was the place to go not so much anymore. read more

First of all high quality professional repair, but beyond that the interaction with this repair shop was outstanding. When my insurance would only cover so long for a rental car they gave me a loaner. When the paint they got was contaminated, ABC repainted because it wasn't to their standard. My experience with Al at ABC Auto Body was exceptional! Al went above and beyond to tow my car from a previous body shop (who deemed my vehicle unrepairable) and take over repairs. He dealt with insurance directly and advocated for me. My car is in excellent working condition now! He even got the car detailed!
