I should preclude this review by admitting that I have unusually bad luck with my cars. I would say that at least once a year I find myself with a reason to be visiting a body shop; whether it's because someone bashed in my windshield on the street or whether someone hit me while driving, I am always looking for a collision center that doesn't make the car fixing process even more miserable than it already is. Do you hate dealing with your insurance? Have you ever had to call a car rental company and spend days crying and ripping out your hair trying to deal with them for days to get a rental car while your car is being repaired? Well if you have - then you very well know how frustrating and anxious-filled this process can be. This is where reseda international collision comes into play. Although not necessarily close to where I live, this is the only body shop I will be going to moving forward. I dropped off my car, I explained to the very pleasant employees what had happened to my car, and then they took it from there. I didn't have to say a word. Other body shops told me "parts were back ordered at least two months" and "there's no way you'll get your car back because there's a major parts shortage". Not here. 3 weeks and boom - my car looks better than it did when I drove it off the dealers lot. The best part being, I didn't deal with insurance, I didn't deal with car rental companies, I didn't deal with anything. They take out all the hard work and make the repair process as easy and peaceful as possible. Great people, great quality work. My family has been using this location for years. The manager Eddie is friendly and easy to work with. They have repaired several of our cars, and we have always been happy with the service. I just got my Mustang fixed after being heavily scratched and a little dented in a parking lot. They had to repaint almost the entire quarter panel. After a scary, but surprisingly fairly minor, accident on the 405, Mercury Insurance referred me to one of their approved shops, Reseda International Collision Center. It was very easy to work with them. Eddie took a quick look at my car and once my adjuster assigned the work to Reseda International, they got right to work. The parts took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked, but we're still in a pandemic and that's the way things are now. In any case, after the work was done, Eddie did final QC on it and told me he didn't like the way something looked and they were going to re-do it. A few days later, he still didn't like it and told me he didn't want to give me my car if it wasn't perfect. My rental car coverage was coming up on its limit and Eddie said not only were they going to order a new door skin and put it on (instead of repairing the one they were working on) at their cost, but if it took longer than my rental car limit, they would pay for the additional rental charges. It turned out they finished on my last day of rental car coverage, so it worked out for all of us. The car looks great and the people at Reseda International were a pleasure to work with. Reseda International is a top-notch body shop that pays extra attention to detail for their client's needs. First off, the location is great, very accessible right on Reseda Blvd. and there's an enterprise rent-a car right next door, making it easy to get a rental. I discovered them a month ago when I lived nearby and had a vehicle strike my BMW 650i while it was parked, they were local so I went to get a quote and their pricing was extremely reasonable and competitively beat any other quote I got. They took my car in, and we're very easy to communicate with, giving me updates regularly as my extensive repair went on. Sara, the girl at the front was very friendly and helpful, throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable about insurance and rental car policies. Eddie was my service rep and went above and beyond with my car. It looks good as new, and they cleaned it nicely for me. It got done in a very timely manner as well, and they even rotated my tires, filled my wiper fluid, and took care of general maintenance needs for my car at no extra charge. Under no circumstances would I recommend Reseda International Collision Center. I was hit by a teenage driver who ran a stop sign, causing front end damage to my car. My insurance company encouraged me to use body shop from their list, which I regret everyday!!! I went to this body shop, got estimate along with estimate to do some additional work while my car would be with them for repair. I had other estimates and asked manager if he would meet price. He said yes, I asked for revised estimate on this additional work, manager got very defensive, asking me why I needed it, I kindly said, for peace of mind & to make sure we are all on same page. Finally was sent, was not same scope of work, I questioned him again, he again was very defensive, came up with reasons that made absolutely no sense. Finally got us estimate with correct scope of work. Fast forward dropped car off on a Friday & was very clear need car back by Tuesday, 11 days later. No problem was the response. I called toward end of first week they had car & manager not available & no one could give me update & they were very rude & unprofessional. Finally, someone called back & said parts not in (had car almost a week & had only ordered parts few days before. Needless to say, car was not completed on time and took an additional week. In addition, manager refused to complete non insurance claim work they agreed to do. Nasty, unprofessional, rude & arrogant are just a few words to describe this body shop. My insurance company would not back me up since it was not part of the accident claim. Day after I finally got my car back, headlight they replaced was not working, they sent someone to my home to fix next day, was broken & had to replace and did not have the part, could not drive my car at night for a week. Then a few weeks later fender they replaced popped out and had to be fixed. Clearly this body shop provides poor workmanship, are unprofessional, nasty, arrogant, condescending, dishonest people, not anyone you want to do business with. read more

I am so disappointed. I really appreciate quality shops. I don't want to go to a dealership; I would MUCH rather give my money to a respectable small business! So, when I needed to arrange some repairs to a bumper after my kid caused an accident by rear-ending someone, I was so ready to give Reseda Collision Center my business, given their amazing reviews. I spoke at length to Benjamin on Thursday at 5pm, for a full five minutes, about when the other driver and I could come in for an estimate. I made it clear that this was a cash job, no insurance. We made an agreement that the other driver and I would come in Saturday at 2pm for the estimate. We both showed up today, Saturday, at precisely 2pm, and... nobody was there. The office door was wide open and... nobody was there! The neighbor in the shop next door said they were closed. Neighbor knows Benjamin, so he called him. Neighbor told us that Benjamin said to take some pictures and give them to the Neighbor, and Neighbor will give them to Benjamin, and I'd get an estimate Monday. Huh? Are you kidding me? If I wanted to take pictures and text them around, I would have done that! I am here in person, because I was told to be here in person, by Benjamin, who told me that if I showed up in person at 2pm, I would get an estimate, in person. I made an appointment for today, not Monday. I called the office number, and the outgoing message said they close at 1pm on Saturdays. Wait, what? I left a voicemail... nothing. It's now 6pm on Saturday, still nothing. Both the other driver and I wasted time on a Saturday for... nothing. Wow. read more

This place was referred to me by my insurance company and I couldn't be happier. They made things super easy and did a great job. I had a tiny bit of damage to the front end of my 2015 Lexus SUV. I took my car here because the insurance sent me to this body shop. My car stayed for a week when I picked it up and was ready to leave the shop. I noticed there was a crack on the wind shield. I asked to see the pictures from the inspection to which there was no crack no mark no nothing. I had called the shop multiple times before to see the status of the car and they did say they noticed some engine problem with my car but never mentions the wind shield. These guys are the best. Don't even bother going anywhere else. Not only is their work exceptional and their prices fair, they are the nicest people to deal with that you will ever encounter anywhere in this or any other business. I first came here last Fall when my old car was hit and badly damaged. They looked it over and said it was totaled. I immediately burst into tears, whereupon they talked to me, comforted me and brought me Kleenex and coffee. They then spent their lunch hour checking everywhere they could to confirm that the damage exceeded the value of the car. There wasn't a penny in it for them, but they did it anyway. Recently, my new car was hit and moderately damaged. I took it in and they jumped right on it. They were skilled, efficient and perfectionists about every little thing on the car. When I got it back - in WAY less time than I had expected - it looked better than it could have when it rolled off the factory floor. As if that weren't enough, I ordered after market side moldings, which they cheerfully installed with the same detailed perfectionism, and then refused to let me pay them a nickel for doing it. Rarely have I dealt with such a capable, honest and customer-friendly company in ANY line of business, let alone automobile repair - not exactly known for being a pleasant experience. Lorena has her finger on every single thing that's going on, never forgets anything and is so sweet while being so efficient that it's kind of hard to believe.
