Cy and his crew did a great job repainting my 15 year old Honda Pilot. Top to bottom, bumper to bumper, and even under the hood. It looks brand new. A few minor issues came up afterwards with a door latch and some trim, but Cy and Mona were amazing and took care of it right away. read more

Most recently took my Acura that got hit with leaking pipe water that I let sit on the paint for too long thus damaging it. Couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. The work they did was top-notch, it looks brand new again. You can tell they really know what they're doing and actually care about the end result. I've been going to Sy and Mona for years. They've done flawless work on two of my cars now. It's been an absolute pleasure every time since they've always treated me like family! I needed some touch up paint for my old BMW. Elite Detail Shop suggested I try Reseda Saticoy Auto Body. Am delighted that I did. Sy is such a friendly professional and did his best to match the several shades of white on my car. Then he also did the touch up work so I did not have to bother, all for a reasonable price. Hats off to Reseda Saticoy Auto Body and to Sy! read more

First off I called over 10 local body shops to get my FJ cruiser's hood and side panels fixed. I was getting the run around from 95% of them. They take pride in their work and they did a flat out FANTASTIC job on my prized FJ! They were soooo nice and kept me up to date on all the developments as they did the work. Sy and Mona along with all their staff are wonderful people. I was referred to this body shop so that was already a great relief knowing they had done a great job fixing and doing a great paint job on my friends car. They have great communication and are on top of things. What I love best about it is how they treat you like family and I felt very welcomed. My car looked great both of my bumpers were broken and upon picking it up it looked amazing. read more

Sy and Mona were unbelievable from the getgo. They went above and beyond to get my sons car back on the road looking like new. They kept us updated and we're always sweet and honest. It's not always easy dealing with the insurance company - they did all the leg work with a smile. Would highly recommend for body work- thank you so much, you are amazing! read more

I was driving along Reseda and noticed a huge sign that said Reseda Best Autobody and Paint. As I turned in I noticed a sign underneath stating FREE ESTIMATE. So I parked my car and came inside. Hi, I need estimate on my car please. The receptionist said "okay hold on let me call Jessica." As I turned around, in comes Jessica walking all fast and tells me have a seat. Then she looks at me again and said "what do you need?" I replied an estimate on my car. She then said "okay sit down and wait." Then she takes 2 steps turn back and said "I will charge you $50 for estimate and you will see it on your receipt when we service your car." Im like what?!?!?!? Excuse me? There's a huge sign that says FREE ESTIMATE. She walks away. Im sorry but all those 5 stars are obviously FAKE and I mean FAKE yelpers. Your body language and attitude was so unprofessional. You guys scam people to turn into your shop when its falsely advertised FREE ESTIMATE. CASH only? I went to 4 autobody shop today to get an estimate and not even ONE person tried to charge me to look at my car. People like her is exactly the reason why I dont trust machanics and have to throughly make sure I'm getting the right price for honest and good quality labor. read more

Outstanding. From the first phone call on the weekend off hours to completion of service. So often in LA you cant even find a mechanic that works on Saturday, let alone Sunday. The hard to find part I needed was sourced and secured for repair after sending in some pictures and my vehicle was ready the next day after I dropped it off. They actually value their clients and listen to solve every issue. This a full body and auto shop I completely trust. And they have the most unique lobby of mini autos and cycles. This is your home for all repairs! read more

I have had my car for 10 years and try my best to take care of it. Accidents suck but they happen. I was worried about where to go especially with the aging, matching paint, bodywork etc. I asked my step-father who he trusts to take care of my car. I originally got this car from him and he works at a bodyshop in San Clemente. He told me about this shop, said he learned the business with the owner and the bodymen who work there. Anyways when I got my car back I was pleased to see the love and care they put into my car. Below are a few before and after photos. Hope this helps. :) read more

Sorry I don't have pics available. I had an incident of vandalism on a brand new car. I priced it at 4 other shops and twice the price at all 4. The owner here said that's insane and showed me pics of his work and asked I read some of his reviews. I decided after the reviews that he is genuine and more than professional. He didn't make me wait long at all and my car looks better than it ever did! All I can say is if you want "fair", if you want professional and you want that old school value of having someone who cares about his craft then go to Sy at Saticoy and Reseda. If your stupid and like to be ripped off by people who do a bad job and avoid your phone call then go somewhere else. I couldn't endorse this mom and pop shop enough! read more

Reseda Saticoy Auto Body - Right after my accident! - Body Shops Near Me - Reseda, California

Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc., is the best body shop you will ever experience - bar none! They are the best in every way and I have interacted with many body shops during the course of my life. I love my BMW and take care of it religiously. So when somebody backed up and hit my car at the supermarket and damaged the front bumper cover, crimped the hood, and crushed the left front quarter panel, I thought my car would never be the same. They never are when are involved in a fender bender. But not only did Reseda Saticoy Auto Body repair my car so much better than I expected, but I got the car back in BETTER CONDITION THAN BEFORE MY HIT AND RUN! THE ENTIRE CAR LOOKED BETTER THAN IT HAD EVER LOOKED! I wasn't excited about any of the many recommended body shops I visited. But when I noticed Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc., while waiting at an intersection, I noticed they looked clean and squared away, but not so huge that they would forget who you are. I stopped by and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. The minute I pulled in, I was approached by Mona. She was extremely friendly and told me everything I needed to know about her, her brother and their company. Mona explained that theirs is a family-owned and operated shop that takes immense pride in their work. Mona conveyed to me that I am a customer for life and I can always bring my car back for any reason. They provided Customer Service that was second to none! My calls were always answered by Mona or returned within a few minutes. Mona handles the business end, her brother is in charge of repairing the cars and he takes great pride in his work. When I went to pick up my completed car, I was completely shocked because the car looked better than it used to! I was shocked! They not only took care of the damaged areas, but the car as a whole so that it looked brand new all over. I was ecstatic! THEY HAD EVEN FIXED A DOOR HANDLE ON THE INSIDE that a previous mechanic broke and one that I kept meaning to fix myself. They fixed that door handle secure as a rock and it had nothing to do with the hit-and-run; nor had I pointed it out to anybody at Reseda Saticoy Auto Body and Paint. They didn't even mention it, they just fixed it and I never even told them about it. And they didn't charge me a cent. Mona told me that she considered me a customer for life and that if I ever have ANY PROBLEMS, just bring the car in. I did just that when I hit a curb and my lower panels that run the length of the car came loose. Although they had nothing to do with this incident and it was completely my fault,I brought it in and Reseda Saticoy Auto Body fixed it within minutes and charged me nothing, even though I offered to pay! I had zero stress during my entire encounter with Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc., Because they take care of every detail. They dealt with my insurance company. They dealt with the car rental company -- even though there were several problems with them. I did try call the car rental company to deal with one of the more significant issues. I managed to come to a resolution that I found satisfactory, but Mona from Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc spoke with them after me and somehow managed to completely solve the problem. They even invited me to drop by to get my car washed anytime I liked. Although I didn't take them up on this offer, I found it surprising that they would continue to provide me with this service at no cost to me. Like I mentioned earlier, this is a family-run company where everybody knows you and your car. You don't merely become "just another number." And if you are even the slightest bit dissatisfied with anything - and I do mean anything - they will make sure you are satisfied. I can say in all honesty that this is the best body shop I have ever worked with and their work on my car was the best I have ever experienced in my life. read more

Well what can I say, a FIVE STAR rating is not enough for this shop! I would give 10 Stars if I could. SY & Mona are the epitome of how an Excellent Customer Service is. No need for me to go into details on how they treated me & serviced my 2014 Honda PILOT. As everybody's reviews are already saying it. In a brief, they the passenger front end damage into a brand new look & as an extra bunos fixed my tinted headlights which is not included on the damage. Buff my car, wash it, clean & vacuum inside like the most expensive service on car wash. Their employees showed the reflection of their excellent customer service, from technician & drivers who dropped me off & pick me up when car is ready. Already starting to recommend this shop to a cousin & a co-worker for their great service. Summarizing their operation: Smooth, Professional, Passionate, and Went Above & Beyond! read more

There was a significant scrape on the side of my front bumper when I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in. The folks at the office were very kind and professional throughout the process. I was quite saddened by the state of my vehicle and asked the lady there, "How well can it look after being repaired?". She told me, "it would look as if it never happened." To my very pleasant surprise a few days later when I came to pick up my car, I discovered that she was right. I took my mom's car after it was hit by the neighbor when it was parked and they did such an amazing job of fixing it. They even touched up all of the scratches that had nothing to do with the dent that was caused by the neighbor. Then unfortunately my daughter's car was parked at a friend's house and a truck hit it and the damage was extensive. I called the shop and they took care of everything, Mona had the car towed and I came in the next day they had already been in touch with my insurance and started the process of getting my car worked on. Sy and Mona both made the process so easy, they kept in touch with me and made sure I knew what was happening throughout the whole time. Over the years I have had more experience than I care to admit with autobody shops. I have never even considered going back to one which I had used previously until now. I was referred to Sy and Mona at Reseda Saticoy Autobody and Paint by a friend of my sons'. The service, cost and workmanship were incredible. The estimate Sy gave me was considerably lower than the competition and included more work. They went the extra mile to make sure the arrangements were convenient, and everything fit my schedule. Professional, kind, very easy to talk to, listened to what I had to say and I think went above any auto body shop I've ever been to or have heard about.
