This place is the very definition of outstanding, over-and-above service, and plain human kindness. Our daughter was in a minor accident more than 6 months ago, where the front left side and bumper sustained some damage. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We did business here years ago and it was great, so we brought this car here and they handled everything for us - quickly, efficiently, politely and with clear communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The car was delivered on time, fixed perfectly and we were very happy. But that's not why I'm writing this review. Fast forward to July - and the car's AC stops blowing cold air, and the temperature gauge is not showing any numbers, just "- - -". This car is only 18 months old, so I took it to the dealer, thinking it's an AC issue, under warranty, so I ask for an AC diagnosis, which is $395. After waiting more than four hours, the dealer tells me it's a wiring harness issue - one that would cost up to $5000 (unless I wanted their help submitting an insurance claim) and would take the better part of two days...after they ordered the part and received it. They had asked me if the car had been in accident, which I confirmed - and they suggested the auto-body shop had done a terrible job putting the front end back together and that the wiring was not replaced and was mangled. They sent me a murky photo of what looked like crushed wiring. I left and we immediately contacted Auto Stiegler with the story, and spoke to Omid, who was the gentleman who had helped us months ago. He pulled our information and asked if we could come in right away. He reviewed the case, determined that they had indeed replaced the wiring in question on the original date of repair...he suggested I leave the car and within 30 minutes, they determined the issue was from rodents chewing on the wires - confirmed with a very clear photo. His team repaired the wiring in minutes for us, even though this had NOTHING to do with anything related to our accident months ago. They just jumped in and helped us out in a huge way, alleviating the anxiety of a potentially expensive and time-consuming repair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]AND - did I mention we showed up at Auto Stiegler at 3:45 on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, and they closed at 5:00![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Omid and his team at Auto Stiegler went way above and beyond, not just doing their usual fine job, but this was a situation where they could chosen not to engage, charged us a big fee, sent us home...but they just didn't. It was a showing of kindness you don't often see in vehicle related matters. They will always have our business, should we ever need auto-body work, and we cannot highly recommend you bring yours and that of anyone you know over to them. read more

This is hands down the WORST body shop you can take your car to. I received my car back from these con men with a deep scratch along my door, which they refused to repair. Originally Omid agreed to fix the damage they caused, but when I arrived to drop off the car again, he changed their mind. Avoid this shop at all costs, not only do they do sub par work overall, you will receive your car back with more damage than it had to start with. Last month, my parked Mercedes was hit by a drunk driver who crashed into a truck, which was pushed back into my car and did considerable damage to the front end. Auto Stiegler was one of the shops that my insurance recommended and after reading reviews and learning that they were Mercedes certified, I felt great about bringing my car there. I was immediately greeted by Max, who was so friendly and nice, as was Omid, who would be my contact. A day or two after I dropped off the car, I got a call from Omid -- he told me the damage would involve many parts and that he recommended the car be designated a total loss to the insurance. He wanted to know what the car meant to me. At that moment, I simply broke down in tears. I was so upset -- the car had been my father's and I got it after he passed away in April. He had wanted me to have it. It meant a great deal to me -- it was more than a car, it was a piece of my dad. I imagined him riding shotgun every time I drove it. Omid listened and was very understanding, saying he would talk to the insurance adjuster and do whatever he could to fix the car. I was on pins and needles waiting for the final answer and was delighted beyond words when he told me they were going to fix it! The initial estimate was a month in repair, given the number of parts the job required. I had no problem with that, I was just so grateful it would be fixed! During that time, I got constant status updates from the team at Steigler (Max, Omid, and Maria). They were extremely communicative, professional, kind and thoughtful. They were even able to fix my car two weeks ahead of schedule, which just blew me away. My car is better than brand new now -- it looks and drives like a dream. When Omid called me to tell me my car was ready, I thanked him and expressed my gratitude many times. His humble response was, "This hit me" (referring to the fact that it was my late father's car and it meant so much to me). I can't thank the team at Auto Stiegler enough -- especially Omid -- for the incredible job they did, not to mention their kindness and compassion. read more

I've been in quite the number of mishaps in the past two years with my current beloved baby, Camaro 2SS and every time my insurance files a claim for me and sets me up with this specific Auto Steiger, the team is prompt, friendly, and immensely helpful. I find them to be really honest and easy to work with which is something everyone loves and prefers when dealing with inconveniences such as car repairs and the like. Maria, Coco, Omid, the whole team--all kind, understanding, patient and, again, helpful. As far as prices go, I can't really provide a factual, well-researched statement on it but I'm a firm believer in quality vs inexpensive parts and services with the more than likely probability that it may not last as well. Terrible! Had an appointment and yet was still kept waiting long time even though no other customers in shop. Got estimate but they wouldn't commit to painting bumper instead saying they will see If it will buff out. Told insurance company I want the bumper painted. Got a call from Auto Stielger saying no problem we will paint the bumper. Great . Ten minutes later someone else from Auto Steigler calls and says no they won't guarantee that the bumper will be painted. So why did I just get a call saying it would?? My wife took her RAV4 here after high winds blew a piece of wood across the freeway and into the hood and side of her causing dents and scratches all over. They gave her a clear estimate and didn't talk down to her. They treated her with respect and answered her questions. The work was done on time and on budget. And it was flawless. A week later I took my new truck to them for an estimate. Someone had poured something on the hood and it wouldn't come off. Omid looked at it and offered to try to get it out. It took his guy 5 minutes to make the paint look new again. Another shop had told me it wouldn't come off and I'd have to repaint the hood. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They kept me informed all week of the progress- and had it ready, on time, as promised. No extra fees or surprises- and it was freshly washed. The employees are all friendly and helpful- and the Enterprise rental location is literally right across the street for maximum convenience. My car's AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. ;/ I was visiting my mom in the area after an initial estimate somewhere else closer to where I live. This other place told me (after "inspecting" my car for less than 5 minutes) that I needed repairs totaling $3,000! My gut feeling told me something wasn't right, so I looked at Yelp reviews and thought I'd give Auto Stiegler a try. Thank goodness I ran into Mike and the team!! I was treated with respect upon entry, and I immediately noticed the shop follows very strict Covid-19 preventive measures. This was a welcoming sight; as the previous place I went to out in the I.E. could care less. I was told the inspection would be thorough, and after an hour or so Mike told me what I actually needed to get fixed and that the other place was trying to lure me into repairs because my car is older. I am very pleased with the work done by Auto Stiegler and the customer service that they provided. I was recently rear-ended and brought my vehicle to another auto repair company to be fixed based on the recommendation of my insurance company. Unfortunately, the work done by the first company was shoddy and careless. The insurance company encouraged me to go to Auto Stiegler (they had actually offered it as an option at the beginning, but I had opted to go to the other company because it's closer to my home). Omid gave me several options, was clear in his pricing and paperwork, and very pleasant to work with (as were all the front office staff). First he told me it might take close to a week. We didn't have time to do it at the time so I said we'd bring the car back in at a later date. Fast forward to present day, I remembered I needed that one thing taken care of. When I called auto Steiger, the employee who had made me the promise no longer worked there. I spoke to Max, explained the situation to him, and he worked with me to get my issue taken care of and honored the promise. He is a man of integrity and a man of his word, rare these days!
