    This is the scratch they caused, picture day of me picking the car up.

    This is hands down the WORST body shop you can take your car to. I received my car back from these con men with a deep scratch along my door, which they refused to repair. Originally Omid agreed to fix the damage they caused, but when I arrived to drop off the car again, he changed their mind. Avoid this shop at all costs, not only do they do sub par work overall, you will receive your car back with more damage than it had to start with. I'm attaching photos of before the car was towed to the shop, and the day they released it. I literally have to take these con artists to court, ANY other shop would be better than these con men.

    Last month, my parked Mercedes was hit by a drunk driver who crashed into a truck, which was pushed back into my car and did considerable damage to the front end. Auto Stiegler was one of the shops that my insurance recommended and after reading reviews and learning that they were Mercedes certified, I felt great about bringing my car there. I was immediately greeted by Max, who was so friendly and nice, as was Omid, who would be my contact. A day or two after I dropped off the car, I got a call from Omid -- he told me the damage would involve many parts and that he recommended the car be designated a total loss to the insurance. He wanted to know what the car meant to me. At that moment, I simply broke down in tears. I was so upset -- the car had been my father's and I got it after he passed away in April. He had wanted me to have it. It meant a great deal to me -- it was more than a car, it was a piece of my dad. I imagined him riding shotgun every time I drove it. Omid listened and was very understanding, saying he would talk to the insurance adjuster and do whatever he could to fix the car. I was on pins and needles waiting for the final answer and was delighted beyond words when he told me they were going to fix it! The initial estimate was a month in repair, given the number of parts the job required. I had no problem with that, I was just so grateful it would be fixed! During that time, I got constant status updates from the team at Steigler (Max, Omid, and Maria). They were extremely communicative, professional, kind and thoughtful. They were even able to fix my car two weeks ahead of schedule, which just blew me away. My car is better than brand new now -- it looks and drives like a dream. When Omid called me to tell me my car was ready, I thanked him and expressed my gratitude many times. His humble response was, "This hit me" (referring to the fact that it was my late father's car and it meant so much to me). I can't thank the team at Auto Stiegler enough -- especially Omid -- for the incredible job they did, not to mention their kindness and compassion.

    I had just gifted myself a new Mercedes in July and had someone hit it in a parking lot in September while I took my daughter to an appointment. We came out, and I was, of course, annoyed, but I said: "That's what I pay insurance for." I was referred to Auto Stiegler by the dealer I purchased my car from. Omid, Max, and Maria, as well as the owner, were all AMAZING! They kept us well-informed and were always very professional. I am sending everyone I know to this body shop. Thank you Auto Stiegler.     This body shop has been terrific from my 1st point of contact until I retrieved my car exactly 2 weeks later as they promised. Maria and Omid were ultra professional, efficient and professional as ever. After being sideswiped by a dummy who jumped on the freeway after hitting me, Auto Steigler was thw breath of fresh air I so desperately needed. My beautiful Mercedes looks like new again, (returned to me washed and vacuumed) and I am a super satisfied customer. Shout out to my claims adjuster Ms. Ana Saavedra at AAA Auto Insurance for being the angel she is! I recommend Omid, Maria and all the staff at Auto Steigler to handle your auto body needs.

Advocate for yourself and make your insurance company aware of your expectations so they can work with your shop of choice. The consumer needs to understand that there are situations that a body shop can't control like getting an insurance approval for hidden or additional damages. Some insurance companies are not quick to respond to a body shops requested additional inspections creating delays for the shop and the consumer. These situations are unfortunate but not the body shops fault. The body shop and the insurance company have guidelines to follow that sometimes don't align causing misunderstandings that the consumer doesn't understand. There are part delays, hidden damages, approval delays. Unrelated damages or paint concerns that a body shop needs to deal with and a consumer will not understand. The consumer at times blames the body shop for excessive cost but what they need to understand is it not cheap to repair a vehicle back to factory standards. The insurance company and the body shop do the best they can to work together. The consumer just needs to ask questions, stay informed on the repair process and allow the process to proceed. If the consumer is renting a vehicle during the repair process. They should stay within their budget or policy limits. Don't over rent then be upset that your rental coverage is expired and the repair process is still underway.

In Los Angeles, the driving capital of the world, there isn't a shortage of mechanics and body shops but not all are created equally. JoJo's Auto Body is top notch! My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee. There is clear management signage about their policies and pricing No one ever wants to deal with body work but if you have to, please do yourself a favor and go to JoJo's Auto Body! I requested a brake inspection, which was really quick, turned out I had to get my rear brakes changed. They offered to do it the same day for a very reasonable price and less than 3 hours later, my car was ready. Joe has worked on my car for small items like brakes and oil changes all the way up to getting some check engine light issues fixed. Pricing is always great. Brought my car here for a diagnostic thinking the issue was one thing only to find out "no, you don't need that," and saved me a bunch of money I would have likely spent elsewhere. He didn't push me to fix anything that didn't need fixing and pointed out a few things that were old that I might want replaced so I just took all his suggestions because it's a very old car and it needed some extra care. I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
