Although I hope I never have to come back here, I won't be going to any other body shop should I need it . A deer jumped in front of my car the night before I went to Cook's, and I was very flustered on how to get everything fixed (this was my first real car accident as an adult ). Alfred and his team were so wonderful, and they made the process easier than most trips to Costco on a Sunday afternoon. They walked me through how the claims process works, answered all of my questions with patience, got me set up with my rental car, gave me a very accurate time estimate of how long it would take to finish everything, and fixed my car up in perfect condition. Great fast service and they will go the extra mile for you! They kept me posted every step of the way of the repair, were honest, did a great job in a timely manner. They have been in business for decades. Our insurance company said for the quickest and best service go to Cooks corner, and I'd be a priority as their customer, and they were right. I showed up for an initial estimate without an appointment and within 20 min it was done. Then they contacted my insurance, we set up a convenient date to drop off the car, they got to work, and I was all set. They took care of all the insurance aspects of the repair. They also offered to drive me to and from the Enterprise rental car location near them, but I had already rented a car from the Enterprise location closer to our home. But you may want to keep that time saving, extra customer service of car rental in mind when choosing a body shop. read more

Got connected to Cook's through our insurance company. Drove in on a Monday for them to review the damage and provide an estimate. They had time to take the car in right then and there. They helped get the car rental set up, get me picked up and communicated throughout the repair process. They were able to get everything done in the timeframe they provided and delivered a meticulously clean car back to me once the repairs were completed. read more

Cook's Corner couldn't have done a better job for me. I heartily recommend them. My car was returned in great shape; no one would know there had been a repair done. In addition, they washed and polished it! Just as important for me, they treated me very well at an anxious time. They advised me on how to report the accident to the insurance company, arranged the car rental for me, and generally helped me navigate an unfamiliar process. I could not have asked for more. read more

The owners of this body shop are very kind, accommodating, and personable. They've been in business for many years. I moved into the area a little over a year ago, and even though I didn't need an auto body shop at the time, I did the research, just in case I'd ever need one. This shop had excellent ratings, and I got a good vibe from their website, so I put their information in my telephone address book for future reference. My girlfriend recently had a "fender bender," so I referred her to this shop. True to my expectations, they did an excellent job on repairing her car. The car came back in pristine condition. I highly recommend this shop. read more

This is the 2nd time I've used Cook's for some work on my car. I have never had a shop go so far above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Yesterday my car's automatic window stopped working. So I called Cooks and told them the situation. I spoke with Vic over the phone and he told me I needed a new regulator based on what I was seeing. He told me to bring the car over. By the time I brought the car in, he had already ordered not 1 but 2 regulators because he wasn't sure which one my car needed. It was the end of the day so we agreed I'd come back 1st thing the next morning and he'd have the parts and fix the car asap. So I come back the next morning and drop my car off. Less then 3 hours later I get a call that the car is fixed! Which is pretty amazing. They went above and beyond...by getting a back up regulator that they'll have to physically return themselves later...and fitting my car in immediately. Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received in the world of Auto repair!!! read more

After getting my car hit in my parking garage, what I thought was a minor accident, Cook's Garage took great care of my vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they found a lot of internal damage that they were able to tackle in a very reasonable amount of time. They were in network with my Amica insurance, and many more. They took amazing care of my 10 year old Honda, she looks and drives new! I highly recommend Alfred and his team at Cooks. read more

I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know who is in need of body and paint repairs to their vehicle. Their work is top notch. They matched my existing paint perfectly. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They went above and beyond to repair another shop's lousy work, and touched some areas that weren't even part of the original scope of work. I will be taking all my of my vehicles into their shop when in need of a body and paint repair, or just a new paint job on my older vehicles. read more

Should be called Crooks Corner! I dropped off my car to be looked at by my insurance company and they held my car hostage! They charged $250 per day for storage and they delayed the storage by pretending they sent in photos to my Insurance when they did not: my insurance company offered to pay $1925 for 11 days and they refused to accept the money so they kept my car instead. My car was a total loss and since they knew they were not going to fix, they decided to keep my Toyota Camry as they did not let my insurance pick up so I lost they value of the salvage vehicle to CROOKS CORNER . I was working with Alfred. I think he's the owner. Don't trust this shop as you will lose your car to them read more

I had a very scary incident where a person threw a rock at me while I was parking in my garage. The rock missed my window by a few inches and did a surprising amount of damage to my car (it was a big rock!). Jack was so compassionate and understanding. They were able to fit my car in quickly and took great care of both my car and me. It looks brand new now you would never know something had happened. I've worked with Cook's Corner several times before with a few different cars and each time I'm been so happy with their work. Their customer service is amazing. They are compassionate and very good at what they do. read more

Jack, Alfred and their team are the real deal. If you are looking for a place to fix your car and make it look like it just rolled out of the factory itself, you want to go with these guys. After seeing their yelp reviews, I had one foot in the door and after meeting them for the initial consultation, I was sold. They have wonderful energy. You can tell they are not just excellent at their jobs but they also enjoy what they do. My car had sustained prior damages in other accidents and this is by far the best bodywork my car has had since I have owned it. They went above and beyond my expectations and I really couldn't be happier. You will definitely get more than your monies worth and that is usually a result of a body shop who loves their craft! Hope I never need body work :) but if I do, these guys are my guys!!! Really grateful for the top notch quality service. read more

I had a positive experience with Cook's Corner Auto Body. Somebody side swiped my GLS450 in a parking lot and dented the rear. I needed it to be repaired and repainted as the car was going to be sold soon. Jack and his team did a great job, communication was good and the price was fair. It's difficult to see on the photos as the car is black, but the dent and paint damage was extensive. I highly recommend this body shop. read more

Very impressed with Cook's. They carefully and candidly reviewed the damage with me and the costs of various fixes. Very open and honest. They got the parts quickly and promptly repaired the damage. Hopefully I'll never again have the need for auto body service but if I do, I'll go back. read more

Knowledgeable and communicative. The folks at Cook's Corner took care of me from estimation to completion. Alfred in particular assisted me with navigating insurance and never kept me waiting for a status update. They're one of the pricier locations in the Valley, but worth it. The side of my car had a run-in with the side of a building via a tiny 1930's driveway in downtown L.A., so I took it to Cook's Corner which we consider to be our family auto repair facility. Unbeknownst to us, they were sold a bit ago but we quickly learned from Jack, one of the Managers there, that they still had the same employees with the same quality, reasonable prices and on-time work with amazing Customer Service, so we left my "baby", my Toyota RAV4 ("RAVI") for repair/ paint of the side door. Well, Cook's Corner did not disappoint! Not only did Jack communicate well throughout the process (something that is SUPER important for me, especially being a "communicator" myself!) and he delivered my car ON TIME as processed! In addition, when I picked it up, there was one thing this new regime did even better than the former owner: they washed my car INSIDE as well as outside!!! I had planned to have that done after picking the car up but it was such a nice surprise to have it already completed! That saved me an additional $20!! (I think this should be required after putting any vehicle in for any service or repair, don't you?!?!) Anyways, I will definitely continue to recommend Cook's Corner Auto Body to anyone who desires a quality repair that comes in at a reasonable price as well as on time! The Customer Service is AMAZING and they take care of you like you are family!! So happy to have gotten "RAVI" back!! read more

This has to be one of the best body shops that I have ever been to. My first interaction with this company was when another shop destroyed my front bumper by "body matching" the color. My car was pearl white and my bumper was yellow after the previous body shop attempted to color match it two times. I arrived at Cook's Corner and Jack came outside immediately to help me out. I explained the situation to him and he told me they would be able to match it to the exact designo pearl white that was original on my Mercedes. I went back a few days later and it was exactly as described. Since then I have taken a few cars there and they have all been the same quality of work. I currently have a custom project being worked on by them and Jack has followed up with me throughout every step of the way. The rest of the staff is amazing as well, from the shop workers, office staff and the owner as well. Get it done right the first time with Cook's Corner read more

After our 2013 Honda CRV was hit and suffered considerable front-end damage, our insurer had the car repaired by Cooks. They got the job done pretty quickly, and the car looked brand new when we got it back. Great shop and honest guys! I brought my truck in to get the sunroof frame replaced after getting really high pricing from the dealership (no surprise there). Even after ordering the parts, they spend a considerate amount of time looking for a used one to try to save me money. In the end they couldn't find one and we stayed with the new part. They also coordinated with an electrician to calibrate the system and got it rushed because I was on a time crunch. Highly recommend! read more

They did a great job on 3 cars for our family. Friendly service. Good work. Recommend!

My teenage son lost a fight with the wall of our garage and tore off his side mirror and door handle, and left a crater in the middle of his passenger side door. Val and his team were great. They found a replacement door that matched the color of his car and had the car fixed in one day. In addition to the great service, I appreciated that Val involved my son in the discussion about how best to approach repairing the car. It was a good learning experience for him, and the was fixed quickly and well. Thanks Cook's Corner! read more

A recent, happy experience reminded me that I had not left a review several months ago when they repaired damage from a rear-end collision. The repairs were done in just a few days and the work was superb, with excellent fit and finish. I had been concerned that the trunk might not open and close properly, but it works perfectly. Yes, there are other shops that do good work, but the thing that sets Cook's Corner apart is the service. Many businesses are staffed with folks who do their jobs mechanically, with little customer engagement. Here, the office staff are happy, welcoming and they work well together. From estimating to working with the insurance carrier to getting the car back on the road, they are responsive, proficient, and friendly. The reminder happened when somebody swiped the front end of the car in a parking lot and the bumper was knocked loose. I went for an estimate and, instead, they kindly put it back in place with a new fastener while I waited. That shows a concern for customer satisfaction that is increasingly rare in our busy world. Thanks, guys, for another job well done! read more

I was referred to Cook's Corner by a good neighbor to repair my Audi. My neighbor said, "You have to take your car to Cook's because they will restore it in brand new condition. They are professional, friendly and honest! I have been going to Cook's for years and matter of fact I need some repair done now. Please check them out!" My reaction was, WOW! They must be good. I googled and of course checked Yelp - thumbs up on the reviews. I called, made an appointment to drop off my car with Kendall (the owner's son) and they arranged for Enterprise Rental to pick me up. Kendall is da BOMB! There were some issue with the other party's insurance company who was responsible but Kendall stood his ground when the insurance company tried to low-ball the estimate. Kendall, said don't worry about having your car repaired properly because we will not touch it until the insurance company improved the full amount. I told Kendall to handle his bizness and however long it takes - it takes. I was cool riding around in a 2018 MB GLC 300 with 31 Miles -- sure take your time approving the claim. Long story short - 5 weeks later I get my baby back!!! Kendall and crew did an amazing job! My car looks brand new like it's never been hit. Beautiful work! I see why neighbor insisted I take my car to Cook's hands down!! Kendall is the man and his dad is the nicest person! If you ever have a need for any Auto Body work you know Cook's is the place -- don't even contemplate! Thank you sooo much! Happy Yelping #SYOY read more
