ANN Collision Center I highly recommend ANN Collision Center! I have brought my car to them after two different car accidents and both times my experience was absolutely excellent. A very special thank you to Sam the owner, who personally guided and helped me through the entire process from beginning to end. Anyone who has been in a car accident knows how stressful and overwhelming the situation can be, but Sam made the whole process so much easier for me. He was always professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain everything, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident that my car was in the right hands. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the quality of the work. Both times my car was repaired beautifully. The workmanship was excellent and you could truly see the care and pride that went into making sure everything was done properly and to the highest standard. After an accident having someone you can trust makes such a difference. After two separate accidents and two excellent experiences I can confidently say that Sam and ANN Collision Center have completely earned my trust. After an accident I took my car here and it was fixed beautifully. There were even additional issues that arose but he took the time to fix it correctly and I'm thankful for that. Everything was paid for and taken care of through the insurance, so that made it easier but all in all I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for help. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Ann Collision Center and Sam deserves one. Over the last few years, I've had my headlights "restored" several times by different car wash guys, but they were never truly clear and always turned yellow again after a short time. One day, while driving through the Winnetka and Canoga Park area looking for a shop I could trust, I stopped by a few places that either overcharged or didn't seem to care. Then I pulled into Ann Collision Center. From the moment I arrived, Sam and his team greeted me warmly, offered refreshments, and actually took time to listen to what I needed. That alone made me feel comfortable. As a woman, I often feel uneasy walking into auto shops alone, but Sam and his staff made me feel completely safe, respected, and at ease. There was no pressure or attitude, just genuine professionalism and kindness. Sam explained his process, the quality of his work, and even told me a bit about his customers and how much pride he takes in his craft. He also offered to fix my two rearview mirrors that had come loose, something other shops didn't even bother to look at. His quote was fair, and his energy felt genuine. Because of my busy schedule, it took a couple of weeks before I could return, but Sam was flexible and worked around my availability. When I dropped my car off, he made sure everything started right on time, and when I came back to pick it up, I was honestly speechless. My headlights looked brand new, crystal clear like I had just replaced them, and my mirrors were perfectly secured. Then came the part that really touched me. When it was time to pay, Sam told me he wasn't going to charge me. He said he just wanted me to be happy with the results. He had no idea what kind of financial struggles I was facing at the time, but that small act of kindness meant more to me than he could ever know. I wasn't going to share this part, but it's very important. Sam is not only talented at what he does, but he's also a kind and honest human being. If you're looking for a place that values both quality and integrity, I can't recommend Ann Collision Center enough. I'll be a lifelong customer and will tell everyone I know about them. read more

I chose to work with Sam because he was available on weekends, maintains a clean shop, and was extra professional and responsive. Also, when I came for an estimate, there were a number of other nice cars in pristine condition. Wow, I'm so glad I chose this shop. Sam handled the other person's insurance company so I barely had to do anything at all. I dropped off my car, picked up my rental car 1 block away, and a week later my car looked brand new. He detailed it inside and out and the body work was so pristine that my engineer father in law could not locate the area where the work was done. I hope I don't need his services again any time soon, but iI would absolutely recommend ANN Collision to anyone. read more

SAM IS THE MAN! My car was rear-ended while parked in Beverly Hills. I was walking a dog at the time (my business) and returned to find my car damaged with no note or witnesses. My detailer highly recommended Sam with Ann Collision, and as soon as I got everything figured out with my insurance, I dropped off my car with Sam and he took over from there. Handling everything with my insurance in terms of requesting supplements, and even extending my rental. It was weird at first since this had never happened to me before and I wasn't sure what to expect. It took 2 weeks for my car to be fully repaired, but Sam was only a text or phone call away. It only took that long because he replaced everything that was damaged. At pick up, it was as if I picked up a brand new car. He said he and his team cleaned the engine/gave my car a full detail. The inside even had the 'new car' smell. Sam is incredibly kind, he even dropped me off where I needed to go after initially leaving my car. Whenever you're waiting in his office, he always offers amazing snacks, coffee and water. Such a nice guy, truly. I cannot thank and recommend Sam enough! read more

This is the best body shop in the valley! Sam is the owner and he is the one you will deal with. He literally treats you like family. I unfortunately drove my brand new car over fresh white paint and he completely took care of it. You could never tell that I even did that. (See before and after photos). He's the only body shop that answered my after- hours call (at 8 PM) and told me that I could bring it right then and there to see what can be done. He had my car for about 3 weeks and was very easy to keep in touch with while I waited for my car to get fixed. He always answers his phone which is very important to me when it comes to customer service. After a car clipped my passenger front wheel (the driver was passing me on the right at a speed significantly faster than me) the wheel well was significantly damaged, the pinion snapped, and the mirror was completely sheared off. There was also significant damage to the passenger door and cosmetic damage to the front and rear side panels. Despite the extensive damage, ANN Collision was able to restore my car to like new. Sam is also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you walk into his office, he will sit with you to explain everything that needs to be done, and he delivers on everything he promises at a reasonable price. Sam also communicates status of the repair frequently and clearly so there are no surprises. Excellent shop I highly recommend whether it is restoration from a serious accident or if you simply need a cosmetic paint job or repair. read more

ANN Collision Center was a body shop a dear friend recommended, and I am lucky that he did. Sam, the proprietor, was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and provided a more than fair estimate for the repair work as compared to Canoga Auto Body's exorbitant bid. Sam's shop was able to do the work in a shorter amount of time than anticipated. Everyone I dealt with was very service-oriented. I have no qualms about returning to ANN Collision Center if ever the need arises. I highly recommend this business. read more

Sam is the man! I've brought two vehicles to Sam with very challenging paint match requirements and he absolutely nailed both of them. You can tell this shop cares deeply about their work and product. The facility itself is very well kept and they offer a very advanced paint booth.
