So, I was hit in October, and I was beyond frustrated. I've worked so hard to have my dream car, and seeing it damaged was heartbreaking. I was worried it would never look the same again. I reached out to Precise Auto Body, and from the moment I took my car there, they handled everything working with my insurance, my lawyer, and making the entire process smooth. Amy was the one handling my case, and she was amazing super responsive, always positive, and just brought great energy every time we talked. Even the owner and the entire team were incredibly nice. Every time I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and were happy to answer any questions I had. When I finally got my car back, I was blown away. You would never be able to tell it was in an accident. The paint match was flawless, and every damaged part was perfectly repaired. They even went the extra mile by inspecting deeper and finding additional hidden damage, making sure everything was taken care of with both my insurance and the other party's. I hope no one has to go through the stress of an accident, but if you do, this is the place to take your car. From the mechanics to the painters to the case managers, everyone is top-notch. I have zero complaints and would recommend Precise Auto Body 10/10 times
So I was driving to work one early morning, listening to music minding my own business and from nowhere a cone ran in the middle of the street as I tried to swerve to miss it. The cone said not this time and I hit it not wanting to see the damage it caused to my car. so I drove to work, and once I made it there, i checked the car. I couldn't believe my eyes that, that cone had took out my fog lights and damage the front bumper. As I'm thinking to myself its not that bad while all of my coworkers are laughing saying that the cone got the best of me, so I took it to PRECISE auto body and talked to the manager, Tony. So he gave me a great reasonable price but my problem was I only have one car that I use desperately and take back-and-forth to work. He said no problem ordered the part (front BMW bumper) had it painted to the same color of the car and once that was done, he told me to come in, and lickity-split, like magic, that shit was done in a day! Amazing! Plus they washed it and buffed out all the small scratches. I went back to work and they couldn't believe how quick I got my car back. These guys are good. I tell you, I think some of these guys work 24 hours on cars, because they have your car ready in no time! Quick and easy. I recommend this place for anybody that want professional work done at a reasonable price. Even insurance companies love this place because of the simple paperwork that they do. And they don't cut corners. Anyway, keep up the good work Tony! I appreciate all your help. You guys are #1 in my book. -Jeff
BEWARE SCAM TOW TRUCK COMPANY AND PRECISE AUTO BODY!!! ON February 20th I was involved in an 3 car auto accident. I was really shooken up, scared, alone, my little dog was with me and it was raining outside. As I'm waiting for help I get a call from a call center letting me know that they were alerted that I had been in a car accident and asked if I was ok and proceeded to tell me that a tow truck was on their way to pick up my car and they would text me to let me know where they were taking my car Precise Auto Body is where they took it and claimed it was a Honda Certified auto body shop. After a few minutes of talking to them I thought to myself who is this, how did you get my number and how did you know I had been in an accident. They proceeded to tell me that when I bought my car I had some kind of device on my car that alerted them. The next day after I was calmed down I thought WOW THIS IS GREAT I didn't have to do a darn thing when I got into the accident. I wanted to know more about what kind of device it was I had on my car. So I proceeded to call Hondas corporate office to see if I could get more information. Mind you my car is an older model 2012 Honda accord. When talking to the Honda dealer I was informed that because my older car was older I DID NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF TRACKING DEVICE ON MY CAR NOR DID I HAVE HONDA LINK which is a device on the newer honda cars that do call out to a call center when there is a accident MY 2012 DID NOT HAVE THAT! When the tow truck company (PRO FAST TOW) got there to tow my vehicle they told me they were going to tow me to a Honda certified body shop (PRECISE AUTO BODY). THIS IS NOT A HONDA CERTIFIED BODY SHOP! I found that out also by talking to Honda's corporate office. The next morning I get a call from Ashley at the PRECISE AUTO BODY and she tells me that I need to come in and sign papers to release the car to them. I get there and my car is not there. Ashley tells me they didn't have room for my car to be parked on their lot and that my car had been moved over to another area. Where my car was moved was basically a residential area back yard where they keep their cars if they don't have room on their property or so I was told. They as well keep their totaled cars there. Now mind you this is someone's back yard, all dirt, it was muddy because it had rained the night before. And all I saw in this backyard were CARS THAT WERE TOTALLED. So it made me think that the AUTO BODY SHOP already knew my car was totaled and my insurance adjuster hadn't even showed up yet. When I talked to my insurance company they asked me if they could come and get my car and tow it to one of their yards which it wouldn't have cost anything TO BE STORED THERE. I thought to myself no just leave it at PRECISE AUTO BODY its close to home and my insurance company was going to move my car further away from me to Hollywood. ME NOT KNOWING that Precise Auto Body was GOING TO CHARGE MY INSURANCE A ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEN MY INSURANCE WOULD DEDUCT IT FROM THE MONEY THAT was owed to me for my totaled car. I WOULD HAVE HAD THEM MOVE IT OR I MYSELF WOULD HAVE HAD IT TOWED OUT OF THERE. WHICH WAS MENTIONED TO ASHLEY ABOUT ME TOWING IT OUT OF THERE. This makes me think that PRECISE AUTO BODY AND PRO FAST TOWING ARE IN THIS SCAM TOGETHER. I have posted the text from the call center. They let me know where they were taking my car. When I call PRO FAST TOWNG now NOBODY ANSWERS NOR CAN I LOOK THEM UP, YOU CAN'T FIND THAT COMPANY. I posted the absurd invoice for storage fee $1400 storage fee $200 for 7 days THATS ABSURD, a fork lift fee of $275 a forklift FOR WHAT? A clean up fee of $560.00 WTF did they have to clean up and a towing fee for $560.00. WHAT? Total charges my insurance paid to get my car out was $2485.00. ABSURD! And a big chunk of it was taken from me that was deducted from the check that was made out to me for the loss of my car. Oh yeah they gave me part of it back. But the stress of all of this and the accident. I feel like they shouldn't of got nothing!!! FURIOUS! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. THEY GET YOU WHEN YOUR THE MOST VULNERABLE!! SAD! NOTICE ON THE TEXT ONE TEXT SAYS "HONDA CARE ASSISTANCE" AND THE OTHER TEXT SAYS "ONDA CARE SERVICE" SKETCHY
You can't even tell I was in an accident!! If you love great service, appreciate friendly customer service, would love it if a an auto body shop was reliable, fast, and has attention to detail then I believe this is the shop for you. They are different here! Trust me you won't regret it.
I was involved in a car accident for the very first time back in August, thank God we came across Precise Auto Body shop. They made everything so easy and a whole lot less stressful. They communicated with me the entire time that my car was in the shop and when I finally got my car back, she looked good as new! A huge thank you to Alex!! He was amazing and although I pray I never get into another accident again, I will definitely know where to go and who to trust with my cars.
I came to Precise after searching for a place that would touch up the paint on my 7 year old Toyota Corolla. The roof and rear had significant sun damage and I wanted to get the car fixed. I called many places that were charging an arm and a leg. I heard so many great things about this place and the quality of work and service speaks for itself. Tony and his team are absolute professionals and left my car looking brand new.
I would like to thank Tony, Cristian , Amy and Oscar for the terrific team work to get my rear bumper fixed in an exceptional fashion. They stay on top of the project by communicating on time via text & call, the service is super clean and efficient. Bumper is brand new like nothing happened; moreover, they do throw quality care service by adding complimentary auto-wash and tire shine! Those little things just shows that Precise auto body really cares by delivering outstanding service that sets them apart from other body shops. If you are looking for great value and top notch service , look no further than Precise Auto-Body , will be coming back for the other projects. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

All the cars in my apartment building caught fire, including mine. My insurance company picked up my vehicle and issued a payout of $1,290 after subtracting my $1,000 deductible, I received a check for $290. Feeling overwhelmed, I started looking for auto body shops and came across Precise Auto Body. From the moment I spoke with them, they reassured me not to worry and promised to work directly with my adjuster. They went above and beyond throughout the process, and now my car looks even better than it did before the fire. If you're searching for a body shop, look no further Precise Auto Body is the place to go! read more

This shop treated me like family from the time the tow truck dropped off my wrecked truck till the day I picked It up. Kept me informed did all the heavy lifting with the insurance getting everything approved. Very professional clean organized shop. Used all brand new manufacture parts went above and beyond. My truck was better than new when I got It back. Super detailed clean fresh smelling. Couldn't be happier. From the girls at the front office to the production manager to the estimator everythkng was smooth and convenient My truck was a wreck inside from all the airbags going off etc it's as if I drove away in a new truck. It's actually cleaner and nicer than the day I drove off the dealer lot new definitly trust your car in their capable hands. I'm very picky and I'm very satisfied with this shop. read more
