So, I was hit in October, and I was beyond frustrated. I've worked so hard to have my dream car, and seeing it damaged was heartbreaking. I was worried it would never look the same again. I reached out to Precise Auto Body, and from the moment I took my car there, they handled everything working with my insurance, my lawyer, and making the entire process smooth. Amy was the one handling my case, and she was amazing super responsive, always positive, and just brought great energy every time we talked. Even the owner and the entire team were incredibly nice. Every time I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and were happy to answer any questions I had. When I finally got my car back, I was blown away. You would never be able to tell it was in an accident. The paint match was flawless, and every damaged part was perfectly repaired. They even went the extra mile by inspecting deeper and finding additional hidden damage, making sure everything was taken care of with both my insurance and the other party's. I hope no one has to go through the stress of an accident, but if you do, this is the place to take your car. From the mechanics to the painters to the case managers, everyone is top-notch. I have zero complaints and would recommend Precise Auto Body 10/10 times

So I was driving to work one early morning, listening to music minding my own business and from nowhere a cone ran in the middle of the street as I tried to swerve to miss it. The cone said not this time and I hit it not wanting to see the damage it caused to my car. so I drove to work, and once I made it there, i checked the car. I couldn't believe my eyes that, that cone had took out my fog lights and damage the front bumper. As I'm thinking to myself its not that bad while all of my coworkers are laughing saying that the cone got the best of me, so I took it to PRECISE auto body and talked to the manager, Tony. So he gave me a great reasonable price but my problem was I only have one car that I use desperately and take back-and-forth to work. He said no problem ordered the part (front BMW bumper) had it painted to the same color of the car and once that was done, he told me to come in, and lickity-split, like magic, that shit was done in a day! Amazing! Plus they washed it and buffed out all the small scratches. I went back to work and they couldn't believe how quick I got my car back. These guys are good. I tell you, I think some of these guys work 24 hours on cars, because they have your car ready in no time! Quick and easy. I recommend this place for anybody that want professional work done at a reasonable price. Even insurance companies love this place because of the simple paperwork that they do. And they don't cut corners. Anyway, keep up the good work Tony! I appreciate all your help. You guys are #1 in my book. -Jeff

BEWARE SCAM TOW TRUCK COMPANY AND PRECISE AUTO BODY!!! ON February 20th I was involved in an 3 car auto accident. I was really shooken up, scared, alone, my little dog was with me and it was raining outside. As I'm waiting for help I get a call from a call center letting me know that they were alerted that I had been in a car accident and asked if I was ok and proceeded to tell me that a tow truck was on their way to pick up my car and they would text me to let me know where they were taking my car Precise Auto Body is where they took it and claimed it was a Honda Certified auto body shop. After a few minutes of talking to them I thought to myself who is this, how did you get my number and how did you know I had been in an accident. They proceeded to tell me that when I bought my car I had some kind of device on my car that alerted them. The next day after I was calmed down I thought WOW THIS IS GREAT I didn't have to do a darn thing when I got into the accident. I wanted to know more about what kind of device it was I had on my car. So I proceeded to call Hondas corporate office to see if I could get more information. Mind you my car is an older model 2012 Honda accord. When talking to the Honda dealer I was informed that because my older car was older I DID NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF TRACKING DEVICE ON MY CAR NOR DID I HAVE HONDA LINK which is a device on the newer honda cars that do call out to a call center when there is a accident MY 2012 DID NOT HAVE THAT! When the tow truck company (PRO FAST TOW) got there to tow my vehicle they told me they were going to tow me to a Honda certified body shop (PRECISE AUTO BODY). THIS IS NOT A HONDA CERTIFIED BODY SHOP! I found that out also by talking to Honda's corporate office. The next morning I get a call from Ashley at the PRECISE AUTO BODY and she tells me that I need to come in and sign papers to release the car to them. I get there and my car is not there. Ashley tells me they didn't have room for my car to be parked on their lot and that my car had been moved over to another area. Where my car was moved was basically a residential area back yard where they keep their cars if they don't have room on their property or so I was told. They as well keep their totaled cars there. Now mind you this is someone's back yard, all dirt, it was muddy because it had rained the night before. And all I saw in this backyard were CARS THAT WERE TOTALLED. So it made me think that the AUTO BODY SHOP already knew my car was totaled and my insurance adjuster hadn't even showed up yet. When I talked to my insurance company they asked me if they could come and get my car and tow it to one of their yards which it wouldn't have cost anything TO BE STORED THERE. I thought to myself no just leave it at PRECISE AUTO BODY its close to home and my insurance company was going to move my car further away from me to Hollywood. ME NOT KNOWING that Precise Auto Body was GOING TO CHARGE MY INSURANCE A ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEN MY INSURANCE WOULD DEDUCT IT FROM THE MONEY THAT was owed to me for my totaled car. I WOULD HAVE HAD THEM MOVE IT OR I MYSELF WOULD HAVE HAD IT TOWED OUT OF THERE. WHICH WAS MENTIONED TO ASHLEY ABOUT ME TOWING IT OUT OF THERE. This makes me think that PRECISE AUTO BODY AND PRO FAST TOWING ARE IN THIS SCAM TOGETHER. I have posted the text from the call center. They let me know where they were taking my car. When I call PRO FAST TOWNG now NOBODY ANSWERS NOR CAN I LOOK THEM UP, YOU CAN'T FIND THAT COMPANY. I posted the absurd invoice for storage fee $1400 storage fee $200 for 7 days THATS ABSURD, a fork lift fee of $275 a forklift FOR WHAT? A clean up fee of $560.00 WTF did they have to clean up and a towing fee for $560.00. WHAT? Total charges my insurance paid to get my car out was $2485.00. ABSURD! And a big chunk of it was taken from me that was deducted from the check that was made out to me for the loss of my car. Oh yeah they gave me part of it back. But the stress of all of this and the accident. I feel like they shouldn't of got nothing!!! FURIOUS! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. THEY GET YOU WHEN YOUR THE MOST VULNERABLE!! SAD! NOTICE ON THE TEXT ONE TEXT SAYS "HONDA CARE ASSISTANCE" AND THE OTHER TEXT SAYS "ONDA CARE SERVICE" SKETCHY

You can't even tell I was in an accident!! If you love great service, appreciate friendly customer service, would love it if a an auto body shop was reliable, fast, and has attention to detail then I believe this is the shop for you. They are different here! Trust me you won't regret it.

I was involved in a car accident for the very first time back in August, thank God we came across Precise Auto Body shop. They made everything so easy and a whole lot less stressful. They communicated with me the entire time that my car was in the shop and when I finally got my car back, she looked good as new! A huge thank you to Alex!! Car fraudulently got towed there. They held onto it for a week by giving insurance the run around. They posed to be calling from roadside assistance and the car is taken to your insurances "approved repair facility", which was not the case. I would've left my car there if they were transparent and weren't fraudulent. Makes sense why their business license is currently revoked but the state of California makes 0 sense so they are allowed to keep working on your cars. read more

I'm not exaggerating when I say my family LOVES our 2021 Sienna minivan. We were devastated when a guy (who turned out to be uninsured) drove right into us at an intersection. Toyota contacted me after the accident and sent a tow to take us to a Toyota repair shop, which turned out to be Precise. We are thrilled with the service we received at Precise Auto Body. They dealt with our insurance, waived our deductible, repaired some previous scratches to a door no charge, and best of all -- did an absolutely beautiful job on the almost $30k in repairs. Our car was returned to us beautifully detailed not once, but twice, because we had to wait on a non-essential backordered part. We just cannot recommend Precise enough. Turned a bad situation into a positive. Thank you, Alex, Tony and the team. The front office is tidy and organized, everyone was so nice, and they did A+ work. 8 thumbs up! read more

I have been going to Precise for many years now. First time i was in a car accident this team helped me from the very beginning. They helped me with a tow truck to take to the shop, once at the shop they called me to let me know the car was with them. They kept me updated me with everything they did with my car and provided me with any information concerning my car. Daily messages and also let me know to message them if I had any concerns. Once I received my car, I was happy to see the work that was done and knew I would go to them again. I have referred many of my friends and family and each time Tony and his team have been helpful. I recently went for a paint job and was completed within 2 days. Very fast turnaround time and again extremely happy with the outcome. My car was in an accident recently and since it was non injury auto accident the LAPD didn't show up to write a police report even though the other driver didn't have insurance or drivers' license. Since my car wasn't drivable therefore I called Precise Auto Body shop, the closet auto body shop, to tow away my car. A towing truck showed up in minutes. This wasn't the first time I have used this body shop. I always have great experience with this auto body shop..they are always on time, the staff is very courteous and they deliver as promise with excellent service. It is highly recommended. read more

I got hit by a distracted driver as I was waiting to make a left turn at a traffic light on my new Lexus GS,completely destroyed my bumper and rear lights. This is not the first time I had deal with an auto accident, the last time I had my car at a repair shop it took over 1 month to get it back and when I got it back the paint didn't even match! After this bad experience I knew finding the right Auto body repair shop was my top priority! Precise Auto body in North Hollywood was highly recommend by my coworkers. After doing some research I knew they were fully equipped to get my new Lexus back to factory specs. I was completely Amazed by the great customer service. They go above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past, they even set my up with an awesome rental. I was happily surprised how fast I got my car back ,within just a few days my Lexus was restored to factory specs, like nothing ever happened!! I wanted to start off by saying this has to be the best in the valley, VERY PROFESSIONAL, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and AMAZING QUALITY WORK. Thank you for leaving my car like new!!! My car was involved in a hit and run, after contacting my insurance company they provided me some recommendations of shops, the reviews for those shops were not too convincing. I wanted to make sure my car was going to be in the best hands. After doing some research I got in contact with Precise, they made it so easy to work with, they even offered a rental car since my insurance did not cover it. I got my car back in less than the time expected, Tony and his team really go out of there way to make sure they do not waste time. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! read more

First and foremost I'd like To start with the fact that though my original experience was a nightmare, the owner did take the time to correct his employees mistakes. I had just bought a 2013 Volvo in great condition form the dealer, right before I can even make my first payment I was T-boned. They had my car for 3 months. When I got it back the car was Undrivable. Took it to Volvo where I was told the car was dangerous and I should not drive it in the condition this body shop left it. I call this place to tell them how unsafe the left the car in and the receptionist who has the mental ability of a 6 year old said " well you didn't even want the car anyway." The insurance had to pay additional to fix everything. Later the shop did take care of the Enterprise bill and I was on the clear. This was all wrong, but at least I can say that the owner did apologize and made things right which I am thankful for, I would definitely give them another shot just because they did make an effort to correct their mistakes. read more

Quick. Easy. & Good communication!! These are the things you're looking for when going through the process of having work done on a vehicle. After having my car broken into and the airbag stolen, Tony, and the Precise Autobody family, helped me ease back into my car in less time than quoted!! Tony from Precise not only kept consistent conversation updates about the progress of the car, but also went above and beyond offering additional support and help along the way. The entire process felt classy easy and smooth. Tony took me to and from my rental pick up and drop off, which they completely arranged and set up for me. Went through my insurance company for the entire process, and Precise took care of rest!! Got my car back shiny clean as well!! What a treat! Thank you Tony and everyone at Precise! Well this is my second time using this body shop first time the took care of my parents car. It was a hit and run the literally made it so my parents didnt have to stress or deal with insurance back and forth. They also left their car in like brand new condition!!!! So when i was in an accident brought my 2022 silverado to them they helped menout with the rental and submitting my vlaim and pretty much took care of everything! I honestly havent heard great thing about bodyshops but this bodyshop is not like the others would definitely recommend to fmily and friends from customer service to the body work no complaints. These people did the most amazing job repairing my car after it was rear ended Amy was So amazing and helpful and made it easy for me to have this job done. My car is my baby and they guarantee a life warranty on the job they did. Which is extremely important to me as I was concerned about the paint job and that orange peel effect happening in time on them paint. They assured me It was not going to happen and again saying it is a lifetime warranty on the job they did made me happy. My daughter had her car fixed at this body shop, after looking at the wonderful job they did on car, i decided to take my Lexus there to repair some damage I had on the front and the back of the car. Customer service was great the moment I drove into the parking lot. I left my car there for a few days, meanwhile communication was great throughout. I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

The consumer needs to understand that there are situations that a body shop can't control like getting an insurance approval for hidden or additional damages. Some insurance companies are not quick to respond to a body shops requested additional inspections creating delays for the shop and the consumer. These situations are unfortunate but not the body shops fault. The body shop and the insurance company have guidelines to follow that sometimes don't align causing misunderstandings that the consumer doesn't understand. There are part delays, hidden damages, approval delays. Unrelated damages or paint concerns that a body shop needs to deal with and a consumer will not understand. The consumer at times blames the body shop for excessive cost but what they need to understand is it not cheap to repair a vehicle back to factory standards. The insurance company and the body shop do the best they can to work together. The consumer just needs to ask questions, stay informed on the repair process and allow the process to proceed. If the consumer is renting a vehicle during the repair process. They should stay within their budget or policy limits. Don't over rent then be upset that your rental coverage is expired and the repair process is still underway.

My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I took my car to Precise Auto body after I got into two car accidents. I trusted that my car was in good hands and that I would receive the best quality from professionals. I have never been to this auto body shop before and I was a bit hesitant at first. That feeling was gone as soon as John and Cesar reassured me that my car would be well taken care of. I'm New to LA and very happy I found out about Precise auto body from a friend. I got into a small car accident a friend referred me to precise. Without any prior knowledge of knowing who referred me, the people at precise made me feel right at home from the minute I walked in and asked for an estimate. Tony is the owner and is a solid honest no frills guy. He promised me a rental while they fixed my car and it was the easiest transition from drop off to pick up. They even found extra damages inside of my car and got them all fixed and squared away at no extra charge. As long as I'm in LA I will always trust tony and his crew at precise. This is my second time taking my vehicle to Precise. This time a stupid city cone on my way to work in the middle of the night was in the freeway which was dirty enough i didnt see it right away so i ran over it causing my bumper to be pulled off from my Dodge Challenger. Right away i went to them, worked with me to ensure i was still able to drive around until the parts came in and WOW! as always, the team from the upper management to the secretary to the body workers are all on point communication is thorough to ensure an easy transition from a damaged car to feeling like your driving out the dealer all over again! My car was really bad. And I had had work done at a different auto body shop. The damage was to the whole front end of my 2018 Dodge Challenger. They not only did a perfect installation to the new parts BUT they matched the paint perfectly. The other auto body shop didn't match it and clearly didn't do enough coats to make it look cohesive. Precise Auto Body put numerous coats to make it uniform with the rest of the car. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and how they were able to help me get my car to the shop and even had a rental car available when I arrived. The gal at the front office was very kind and helpful in the whole process. The auto body team were very humble when I thanked them for the awesome work. Talk about discrimination! I've taken 2 cars to this shop to get fixed after some accidents, I called this morning to see if I needed an appointment to get an estimate due to it being thanksgiving week, the girl who answered the phone told me there was a charge for an estimate, I didn't even ask how much I just said ok thank you and I decided to not go back because I've never been charged for an estimate before. I told my husband and since he was in the area he decided to go in and see for himself. When he was there they tell him there's no charge for estimates. So was it because I'm a female that they wanted to charge me? I also had my brother call after all of this and he was also told there is no charge for an estimate. The receptionist there needs to be trained properly and find out if they do or don't charge for estimates because that is not ok! Never again will we be going back!!!!! read more

Best shop in the valley!!! I Highly recommend Precise auto body shop. I was given so much comfort in the process that Tony and his staff provided. I know they take great pride in the work that they do cuz I seen it first hand when I was on site at the shop! When I got my car back I couldn't believe it was the same car I was driving before. My father was in shock when the non repairable dings and dents were. I even got it cleaned up in time for my trip to San Fran. I feel like a lot of auto body shops only focus on the problem but they let me know there was so much more than just the damage at hand.. They did such a great job that they took the time to examine all those details of the car. My mother was recently involved in an accident in this area. A man named Robert approached her claiming he witnessed the accident, and there were attempts to direct her vehicle to this body shop, including what appeared to be a roadside-assistance message. What concerned me even more is that my sister was involved in an accident in this same area a while ago, and I recognized the same people and the same faces from that incident. Unreliable and Aggressive Service - Broken Promises Review: I had my car towed to this shop after a car accident, with the understanding that my Ford warranty would cover all costs. I explicitly confirmed multiple times that I wouldn't be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses. Despite having signed paperwork to that effect, I was charged $700 for towing and storage. I brought my Scion FR-S for repairs to precise auto body. I was in a freeway accident and got rear ended. Precise auto body was able to deal with my insurance repairs which made my life easier because dealing with the insurance is such a hassle. They are very professional and educated me on the long process the insurance has in order to get a vehicle properly repaired. Tony from Precise was very helpful and got me into a rental which was complimentary form the body shop. I have sent many friends to this body shop and everyone agrees that they go above and beyond in their customer service . First of all, let me just say that this is not just any great shop this is THE perfect shop. My brother and I both had our cars completely and entirely fixed after they were almost totalled. They're amazing with people, they work with you and they're very patient. Both, my brother and I are very satisfied with them fixing and even improving our cars. I was recently involved in a accident and I ended up bringing my car into Precise auto body north Hollywood. The first thing I noticed about this place was how profesional their service was. Precise made the whole insurance process easy and they even gave me a complimentary rental even tho I didn't have rental coverage . They went above and beyond and they left my 2020 Jeep Cherokee like new . They polished and waxed my car and I'm very happy with their work. I highly recommend them for your insurance repairs . I had gotten into an accident and it was my first time so I was in so much shock and was nervous about the whole situation but once I got to the shop the girls in the front helped me through the whole process and made it so much easier for me. They guided me through the whole process on what was going to be done to my car and how long it could possibly take. They put my mind at ease right then and there. I came to precise auto body for a new pair of headlights. The Headlights for my vehicle were worn and and i told them i needed new ones. Precise Auto body recommended that i get the restored with the. I's so happy and thankful that they gave me that alternative and saved me so much money on purchasing new headlights. The restoration process required for them to clear coat and paint them. These headlight look line new, my family members couldn't believe they were the same headlights because they look brand new.
