It was a bit of a trust fall going to JEBs, since the person making the recommendation did not have good judgment, at least based on my experience. But when i came in for the quote, everyone was very understanding and accommodating- and at a reasonable price compared to other equally reputable shops. They went the extra mile acting as liaisons between myself and the other party, so she could pay and I could have my car fixed without further frustration. It came out beautifully- looking brand new. they installed loose and stripped screws. like how do you mess an easy thing up. i have a trunk cover and they broke where the cover hangs on. stripped the license plate screws holes that go into the diffuser. and installled the trunk latch loose. other than that. paint is good. read more

I personally enjoy collecting classic automobiles. I recently brought our 2002 Ford Thunderbird Convertible to Jeb's for an evaluation and quotation to have the car completely repainted since the paint had become oxidized over the years due exposure to the sunlight. I had the pleasure of working with Rene Venegas the service advisor and manager of the facility. Rene spent a considerable amount of time with me during the comprehensive inspection. Rene is extremely experienced with automobile restoration work. Furthermore, he offered me several options to stay within my budget. I accepted the quote and left the Thunderbird to have the paint process started. During the time the car was at the shop I stopped in to see the how the process was going. Rene walked me over to the car and I was shocked with how his team dismantled a majority of the metal which included all of the trim, moldings, bumpers and the front grille. I recently had a new convertible top installed which was protected each step of the way in order to prevent any potential damage. It's wonderful to work with a business that takes a lot of pride in providing superb customer service in addition to expert auto body and paint. Keep up the the great work. So my dad borrowed my car but since it sits low he wound up getting the front stuck over a parking curb. Sure enough when he backed out it broke a lot of the plastic clips holding up the front of the car. Very common occurrence with older Teslas. I took my car here to repair a front bumper that got into a collision. The driver door also stuck every time the door was opened or closed. It took a little longer due to parts availability (I wasn't in any rush, so no biggie) but Rene and his team replaced the bumper and fixed the door so it no longer sticks. They gave me a good price since I was having it repaired on our own. I'd highly recommend them. I also took another car here that had a big door ding (family member ran into it) and they gave me a very reasonable price to repair that, as well as do some touch up painting on another rear panel that had a huge scratch in it. read more
