CHECK YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY. It's been a month since I took my car to get painted. I took a while deciding where to take it because of cost and time. I brought it into Chase and all conversations went well. A month later I noticed that my driver side windshield nozzle wasn't working. I checked it and it was broken and glued back together. There was also an unpainted chip underneath and hidden by the nozzle. This made me look at the rest of the car where specially I had the car painted. I noticed there was overspray on both side mirrors. I am disappointed by not surprised. read more

A recent trip to beautiful Monterey, California unfortunately ended with my car being scratched by another vehicle on a very narrow street. The rear passenger-side door and wheel well were damaged, and I chose not to file an insurance claim to avoid higher premiums. I am SO GLAD to have discovered Chase Auto Body! I potentially could have lost a lot of money and gotten worse service, going somewhere else. Hello Yelp, I wanted to take some time to appreciate the assistance I recently received from Chase Auto in North Hills. After taking my 2010 Tacoma to the dealership for a 150k mile service, I was undoubtedly given some recommendations. Due to my truck's age, I expected there would be some things needing addressed. The suspension in particular needed some extra TLC. Toyota quoted me an exorbitant amount of money to replace my front lower control arms. I immediately started looking for an alternative solution. After reaching out via Yelp, I was contacted by a few different auto shops. Chase Auto offered the best price so I took my truck down there to have them take a look. Sam was able to order the parts, which arrived in a few days, and after leaving my truck with them for one more day to do the installation, I was out the door for a fraction of the cost Toyota quoted me for.
