So, I was hit in October, and I was beyond frustrated. I've worked so hard to have my dream car, and seeing it damaged was heartbreaking. I was worried it would never look the same again. I reached out to Precise Auto Body, and from the moment I took my car there, they handled everything working with my insurance, my lawyer, and making the entire process smooth. Amy was the one handling my case, and she was amazing super responsive, always positive, and just brought great energy every time we talked. Even the owner and the entire team were incredibly nice. Every time I walked in, they greeted me with smiles and were happy to answer any questions I had. When I finally got my car back, I was blown away. You would never be able to tell it was in an accident. The paint match was flawless, and every damaged part was perfectly repaired. They even went the extra mile by inspecting deeper and finding additional hidden damage, making sure everything was taken care of with both my insurance and the other party's. I hope no one has to go through the stress of an accident, but if you do, this is the place to take your car. From the mechanics to the painters to the case managers, everyone is top-notch. I have zero complaints and would recommend Precise Auto Body 10/10 times

So I was driving to work one early morning, listening to music minding my own business and from nowhere a cone ran in the middle of the street as I tried to swerve to miss it. The cone said not this time and I hit it not wanting to see the damage it caused to my car. so I drove to work, and once I made it there, i checked the car. I couldn't believe my eyes that, that cone had took out my fog lights and damage the front bumper. As I'm thinking to myself its not that bad while all of my coworkers are laughing saying that the cone got the best of me, so I took it to PRECISE auto body and talked to the manager, Tony. So he gave me a great reasonable price but my problem was I only have one car that I use desperately and take back-and-forth to work. He said no problem ordered the part (front BMW bumper) had it painted to the same color of the car and once that was done, he told me to come in, and lickity-split, like magic, that shit was done in a day! Amazing! Plus they washed it and buffed out all the small scratches. I went back to work and they couldn't believe how quick I got my car back. These guys are good. I tell you, I think some of these guys work 24 hours on cars, because they have your car ready in no time! Quick and easy. I recommend this place for anybody that want professional work done at a reasonable price. Even insurance companies love this place because of the simple paperwork that they do. And they don't cut corners. Anyway, keep up the good work Tony! I appreciate all your help. You guys are #1 in my book. -Jeff

BEWARE SCAM TOW TRUCK COMPANY AND PRECISE AUTO BODY!!! ON February 20th I was involved in an 3 car auto accident. I was really shooken up, scared, alone, my little dog was with me and it was raining outside. As I'm waiting for help I get a call from a call center letting me know that they were alerted that I had been in a car accident and asked if I was ok and proceeded to tell me that a tow truck was on their way to pick up my car and they would text me to let me know where they were taking my car Precise Auto Body is where they took it and claimed it was a Honda Certified auto body shop. After a few minutes of talking to them I thought to myself who is this, how did you get my number and how did you know I had been in an accident. They proceeded to tell me that when I bought my car I had some kind of device on my car that alerted them. The next day after I was calmed down I thought WOW THIS IS GREAT I didn't have to do a darn thing when I got into the accident. I wanted to know more about what kind of device it was I had on my car. So I proceeded to call Hondas corporate office to see if I could get more information. Mind you my car is an older model 2012 Honda accord. When talking to the Honda dealer I was informed that because my older car was older I DID NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF TRACKING DEVICE ON MY CAR NOR DID I HAVE HONDA LINK which is a device on the newer honda cars that do call out to a call center when there is a accident MY 2012 DID NOT HAVE THAT! When the tow truck company (PRO FAST TOW) got there to tow my vehicle they told me they were going to tow me to a Honda certified body shop (PRECISE AUTO BODY). THIS IS NOT A HONDA CERTIFIED BODY SHOP! I found that out also by talking to Honda's corporate office. The next morning I get a call from Ashley at the PRECISE AUTO BODY and she tells me that I need to come in and sign papers to release the car to them. I get there and my car is not there. Ashley tells me they didn't have room for my car to be parked on their lot and that my car had been moved over to another area. Where my car was moved was basically a residential area back yard where they keep their cars if they don't have room on their property or so I was told. They as well keep their totaled cars there. Now mind you this is someone's back yard, all dirt, it was muddy because it had rained the night before. And all I saw in this backyard were CARS THAT WERE TOTALLED. So it made me think that the AUTO BODY SHOP already knew my car was totaled and my insurance adjuster hadn't even showed up yet. When I talked to my insurance company they asked me if they could come and get my car and tow it to one of their yards which it wouldn't have cost anything TO BE STORED THERE. I thought to myself no just leave it at PRECISE AUTO BODY its close to home and my insurance company was going to move my car further away from me to Hollywood. ME NOT KNOWING that Precise Auto Body was GOING TO CHARGE MY INSURANCE A ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEN MY INSURANCE WOULD DEDUCT IT FROM THE MONEY THAT was owed to me for my totaled car. I WOULD HAVE HAD THEM MOVE IT OR I MYSELF WOULD HAVE HAD IT TOWED OUT OF THERE. WHICH WAS MENTIONED TO ASHLEY ABOUT ME TOWING IT OUT OF THERE. This makes me think that PRECISE AUTO BODY AND PRO FAST TOWING ARE IN THIS SCAM TOGETHER. I have posted the text from the call center. They let me know where they were taking my car. When I call PRO FAST TOWNG now NOBODY ANSWERS NOR CAN I LOOK THEM UP, YOU CAN'T FIND THAT COMPANY. I posted the absurd invoice for storage fee $1400 storage fee $200 for 7 days THATS ABSURD, a fork lift fee of $275 a forklift FOR WHAT? A clean up fee of $560.00 WTF did they have to clean up and a towing fee for $560.00. WHAT? Total charges my insurance paid to get my car out was $2485.00. ABSURD! And a big chunk of it was taken from me that was deducted from the check that was made out to me for the loss of my car. Oh yeah they gave me part of it back. But the stress of all of this and the accident. I feel like they shouldn't of got nothing!!! FURIOUS! BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. THEY GET YOU WHEN YOUR THE MOST VULNERABLE!! SAD! NOTICE ON THE TEXT ONE TEXT SAYS "HONDA CARE ASSISTANCE" AND THE OTHER TEXT SAYS "ONDA CARE SERVICE" SKETCHY

You can't even tell I was in an accident!! If you love great service, appreciate friendly customer service, would love it if a an auto body shop was reliable, fast, and has attention to detail then I believe this is the shop for you. They are different here! Trust me you won't regret it.

I was involved in a car accident for the very first time back in August, thank God we came across Precise Auto Body shop. They made everything so easy and a whole lot less stressful. Just picked up my (wife's) car! Wow! It looked like a new (actually 10 y.o.) car. I brought it in to replace a damaged bumper. They touched up a few minor spots. It really looks amazing. Tony gave us a primo job. Sure the car was washed, but they even cleaned the interior. Great job!!!!!!

They did a outstanding job of helping me get my Chevy Silverado back to me and looking like new. I had came in with some damage on the rear passenger fender and door of my Jeep, because I am a college student being able to pay for my deductible was extremely difficult due to my finances. However, the guys at Precise Autobody were lifesavers as they offered to pay for my deductible. I cannot thank them enough, not only was I extremely satisfied with the outcome of my Jeep but also the $500 I saved when they offered to pay for my deductible. I just picked my car up and I am amazed at what a GREAT job these guys did on my Honda! Ronald helped me with everything I needed- from filing the claim with my insurance to helping me get a rental while they worked on my car. Not only did they do a fantastic job - they were quick! They only had my car for less than three weeks and when I got it back it was like getting a brand new car all over again . Look for yourself and you decide.... Had a ton of dings on the car and they got my car repair done faster than I thought and for less than my deductible. They treated us like family from the start and are super responsive which is rare in this industry. I used to drop my car off at different repair shops and never hear from them until I showed up! I wanted to write about the excellent service Precise Auto Body has given me!! After being rear ended my car had a nasty bump on the trunk door that made dread driving it. I was very unhappy with the appearance of the car & having dealt with other auto bodies in the LA area I had lost hope on finding a place that will fully satisfy my car's needs! I needed a place that was timely, detailed, & professional that's when I reached out to Precise. I contacted them with my concerns & let me tell you they exceeded my expectations!! My car has been repaired by this auto body shop twice and both times have been a great experience! The job is always done thoroughly, efficiently and timely. And when I pick up my car, they always have it washed and looking beautiful. The staff is also so wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately I had another fender bender that caused some damage to my vehicle! Dealing with insurance, paperwork, and phone calls is not how I'd like to spend my time BUT when I took it into the shop, Tony and his team took care of all that for me. They provided a rental for me since it took some time to fix and kept me in the loop with everything. I will always come back to this shop for any major and minor repairs my car will need. My experience was great at precise auto body. They repaired my very damaged 2021 Dodge charger. Left side broke off and my bumper n side panels came off n tire completely came off. The shop handed all insurance process and claim. They followed up with adjuster. They kept me updated on the whole process. Front desk was super helpful any time I called with questions. My car was fixed in excellent condition. Above all expectations, so happy with the whole process. Will diffiantly be recommending the shop to everyone. Best auto shop in Valley. read more

I want to thank TONY, and the Precise Auto Body family, for taking care of my car very efficiently, stress free and faster then promised. They took the responsibility to pick up my car all the way from Orange County, which I found very favorable and convenient in my part. He also took the time to drop me off at hertz for a rental, which was cool in his part. I'm not big on leaving reviews. However, when others go above and beyond to get something done, it can not go unnoticed.... Precise auto Body took care of my car. I had a Jaguar that I was getting rid of. .. Got in a small fender bender, my bumper had some damage. I hit these guys up and they Had my car ready within days.More than reasonable price. Most importantly, super friendly staff that know what they are doing. I Would definitely come back to them if I needed to. read more

They held my car for over 2 months when it was supposed to take 1 month max, I brought a check day 1 and then my insurance had sent the 2nd check when asked but they kept saying they didn't have it, they wouldn't start on my car, kept telling me different things like that they had started or it's that it's almost done then that they haven't even got the check or parts. Then when I finally went to go pick it up they couldn't even find my car. I've only had it back for a few days and it's suddenly having starter problems and keeps scraping the floor. read more

initially had a less than steller review of this body shop... and the shop reached out to make everything right, which they did, and they definitely not have to go the extra step, esp since it went through insurance, and was over a month after the work was completed... long story short, the car is great, and the shop did a wonderful job in checking up after to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. they even offered a free future car detail for my troubles! i would go back here again. read more

Tony and the Precise Auto Body team defines what a very well established auto body should be like. Very professional, amazing service, great communication, and most importantly they make you feel comfortable that your getting top tier service for a very flexible price. I took in my Infiniti G37 that had not the best paint job and they completely brought it back to life, not to mention within 24 hours, so very quick service as well. I was in my first vehicle accident and needed to find an auto body shop fast. A friend recommended me here and swore they had the best prices and service. I called and made an appointment. As soon as I arrived I felt taken care of. They were made aware that this accident was my first ever. Amy in the front office was so nice and knowledgeable. She guided me thru the process and worked really well with my insurance for the repair. Not much long after my car was ready for pickup and it looked better than before the accident!!!! This body shop is the best ! César was polite and professional throughout the entire process. I'm not very good with cars but César helped me understand exactly what my car needed. He responded to all of my calls and questions in a timely manner! I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

The consumer needs to understand that there are situations that a body shop can't control like getting an insurance approval for hidden or additional damages. Some insurance companies are not quick to respond to a body shops requested additional inspections creating delays for the shop and the consumer. These situations are unfortunate but not the body shops fault. The body shop and the insurance company have guidelines to follow that sometimes don't align causing misunderstandings that the consumer doesn't understand. There are part delays, hidden damages, approval delays. Unrelated damages or paint concerns that a body shop needs to deal with and a consumer will not understand. The consumer at times blames the body shop for excessive cost but what they need to understand is it not cheap to repair a vehicle back to factory standards. The insurance company and the body shop do the best they can to work together. The consumer just needs to ask questions, stay informed on the repair process and allow the process to proceed. If the consumer is renting a vehicle during the repair process. They should stay within their budget or policy limits. Don't over rent then be upset that your rental coverage is expired and the repair process is still underway.

I brought my car in around 8:30 and it was finished by 4:30pm. Though I had to end up paying more than expected because they had more labor to do because of the bolts, but it was ok because once my car was complete it was very good quality and value. Once I picked up my car it look as if I had a brand new car, it was perfect! My car was shining and I was very impressed. Overall, I will def come back FOR SURE! I like how they have professionalism, class, and quaint sitting area that is clean. My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Owned by none other than Swiss Tony--yes, the man, the myth, the legend himself--you can expect a service experience that's as smooth as a freshly polished hood. I rolled in with my car looking like it had been through a wrestling match with a herd of angry goats. Swiss Tony took one look and said, "No problem, my friend! We will make it beautiful, like a Swiss chocolate fondue!" I was both confused and intrigued, but I trusted him immediately. I took my car to Precise Auto body after I got into two car accidents. I trusted that my car was in good hands and that I would receive the best quality from professionals. I have never been to this auto body shop before and I was a bit hesitant at first. That feeling was gone as soon as John and Cesar reassured me that my car would be well taken care of. They communicated with me on every aspect of what they needed to do on the car to make sure that it was good as new. I appreciated the excellent communication, I did not feel like I was guessing as to what was being repaired on my car or how much money it would take to fix the overall damages that occurred. I'm New to LA and very happy I found out about Precise auto body from a friend. I got into a small car accident a friend referred me to precise. Without any prior knowledge of knowing who referred me, the people at precise made me feel right at home from the minute I walked in and asked for an estimate. Tony is the owner and is a solid honest no frills guy. He promised me a rental while they fixed my car and it was the easiest transition from drop off to pick up. They even found extra damages inside of my car and got them all fixed and squared away at no extra charge. As long as I'm in LA I will always trust tony and his crew at precise. These guys even gave me a nice car wash once my car was ready to go. Wish I could give 6 stars for this service. Thanks guys. This is my second time taking my vehicle to Precise. This time a stupid city cone on my way to work in the middle of the night was in the freeway which was dirty enough i didnt see it right away so i ran over it causing my bumper to be pulled off from my Dodge Challenger. Right away i went to them, worked with me to ensure i was still able to drive around until the parts came in and WOW! as always, the team from the upper management to the secretary to the body workers are all on point communication is thorough to ensure an easy transition from a damaged car to feeling like your driving out the dealer all over again! Everyone there is very welcoming and the job they do to all cars are top notch! This is a customer who does the drive from DTLA to the valley. That says alot! My car was really bad. And I had had work done at a different auto body shop. The damage was to the whole front end of my 2018 Dodge Challenger. They not only did a perfect installation to the new parts BUT they matched the paint perfectly. The other auto body shop didn't match it and clearly didn't do enough coats to make it look cohesive. Precise Auto Body put numerous coats to make it uniform with the rest of the car. I was so impressed with the attention to detail and how they were able to help me get my car to the shop and even had a rental car available when I arrived. The gal at the front office was very kind and helpful in the whole process. The auto body team were very humble when I thanked them for the awesome work. Talk about discrimination! I've taken 2 cars to this shop to get fixed after some accidents, I called this morning to see if I needed an appointment to get an estimate due to it being thanksgiving week, the girl who answered the phone told me there was a charge for an estimate, I didn't even ask how much I just said ok thank you and I decided to not go back because I've never been charged for an estimate before. I told my husband and since he was in the area he decided to go in and see for himself. When he was there they tell him there's no charge for estimates. So was it because I'm a female that they wanted to charge me? I also had my brother call after all of this and he was also told there is no charge for an estimate. The receptionist there needs to be trained properly and find out if they do or don't charge for estimates because that is not ok! Never again will we be going back!!!!! read more

Best shop in the valley!!! I Highly recommend Precise auto body shop. I was given so much comfort in the process that Tony and his staff provided. I know they take great pride in the work that they do cuz I seen it first hand when I was on site at the shop! When I got my car back I couldn't believe it was the same car I was driving before. My father was in shock when the non repairable dings and dents were. I even got it cleaned up in time for my trip to San Fran. I feel like a lot of auto body shops only focus on the problem but they let me know there was so much more than just the damage at hand.. They did such a great job that they took the time to examine all those details of the car. My mother was recently involved in an accident in this area. A man named Robert approached her claiming he witnessed the accident, and there were attempts to direct her vehicle to this body shop, including what appeared to be a roadside-assistance message. What concerned me even more is that my sister was involved in an accident in this same area a while ago, and I recognized the same people and the same faces from that incident. Luckily, I arrived at the scene and took pictures of the individuals who were working the area. Unreliable and Aggressive Service - Broken Promises Review: I had my car towed to this shop after a car accident, with the understanding that my Ford warranty would cover all costs. I explicitly confirmed multiple times that I wouldn't be responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses. Despite having signed paperwork to that effect, I was charged $700 for towing and storage. When I spoke to the management, the response was not only unhelpful but also aggressive and threatening. Tony, in particular, was very confrontational and made it clear that they would charge me even more if I didn't comply. First of all, let me just say that this is not just any great shop this is THE perfect shop. My brother and I both had our cars completely and entirely fixed after they were almost totalled. I was recently involved in a accident and I ended up bringing my car into Precise auto body north Hollywood. The first thing I noticed about this place was how profesional their service was. Precise made the whole insurance process easy and they even gave me a complimentary rental even tho I didn't have rental coverage . They went above and beyond and they left my 2020 Jeep Cherokee like new . They polished and waxed my car and I'm very happy with their work. I highly recommend them for your insurance repairs . I had gotten into an accident and it was my first time so I was in so much shock and was nervous about the whole situation but once I got to the shop the girls in the front helped me through the whole process and made it so much easier for me. They guided me through the whole process on what was going to be done to my car and how long it could possibly take. They put my mind at ease right then and there. On a Saturday evening I came outside to see that my car had been hit by a hit and run driver ! I was livid and had no idea how to proceed. I called Cesar and asked if he could help. I came to precise auto body for a new pair of headlights. The Headlights for my vehicle were worn and and i told them i needed new ones. Precise Auto body recommended that i get the restored with the. I's so happy and thankful that they gave me that alternative and saved me so much money on purchasing new headlights. The restoration process required for them to clear coat and paint them. These headlight look line new, my family members couldn't believe they were the same headlights because they look brand new.
