Do not use this shop! They are completely dishonest. While GAB Collision Center has collected $37k from my insurance, they did not replace the parts that must have been replaced that they got paid for. The car malfunctioned and the dealer identified the issues were related to the botched body shop repairs. When I contacted the owner, Alex, he first said he "would take care of me", then proceeded to ghost me. Not cool. I would never use this body shop again. Look at the photos attached. This business was incredibly helpful and kind throughout a difficult process. I heard of GAB through ER Painting Services, a body shop down in Huntington Beach. I'm in the OC area and all my local Tesla Certified bodyshops were backed by at least 6 months. ER Painting Services linked me. By that time, my car was not drivable and I couldn't make it up to get the car looked at. Alex told me they don't turn away any customers and was able to get a tow truck down to my area free of charge. Given that I'm 2 hours away, I was so appreciative of this gesture. While my car was up there, Alex and I stayed in contact the entire time and was able to get my damages repaired in a few weeks. They were extremely communicative while explaining and answering any questions I had about the repairs or insurance. I can not express more how kind this business is. I had an excellent experience with this shop with my 2022 Tesla 3! Excellent customer service and everyone there was very friendly. Especially Alex, he explained the repair process very thorough and repair was completed with no issue. In case why my 2022 was in the shop, I was sideswiped by hit and run driver and I didn't want to report to my insurance due to raise in premium. Also, it was a minor damage but Tesla recommended shop wanted $4700. I thought about filing claim but decided to check out this shop. My quote was much less than that and got it fixed. Let me start by saying this is the best service ive ever received in terms of any type of car service, usually taking your car in is the biggest pain because you come prepared to deal with deceiving mechanics or annoying sellsmen but this was the complete opposite. From the very first Yelp message i sent Alex was prepared and pleased to work on my car and made every step of the way a breeze. State Farm had sent me to a random nearby body shop but as Alex quickly informed me this their common tactic for them to take the cheap,easy way out. The complete oppposite of what Alex is going to do for you. Alex meticulously worked on my car and got it done quicker than ive ever seen (and he said he couldve done it quicker if state farm didnt mess up and send the wrong parts) and the results were unbelievable.
