A Class by itself in Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional-ism! I was Vahe's customer for many years, the service was excellent, unfortunately Vahe retired few years back, my first visit after Vahe's retirement didn't go well, but I decided to give the new team another try, an oil change cannot be that difficult. They had an opening the day after at 11.00am, so I made an appointment for oil change and made it clear that I needed to pickup my wife from the hospital at 12.15, I was told "Don't worry", there is a plenty of time". On the appointment day, I arrived at 10.50am, to my surprised, I was told they running late can start the oil change earliest at 12.30pm! Obviously, I left, they damage the Vahe's good reputation. read more

A bit of background: after the original owner of this shop passed away, the next owner told me they would contact me once parts arrived--but I never heard back. Joseph is a great guy - brought in my vehicle after it had been stalling with no appointment, just a 15 minute call ahead of time close to when they were closing. Would have been reasonable for them to not take me in but they did anyway. They found out the issue right away, saw my 325i needed a replacement hose, got the parts ordered & installed, and performed other diagnostic tests finding other issues right away. They sent me videos of the issues which was great, and they were incredibly helpful the whole way through. Truly was an easy process and a completely reasonable price for the car, repair, and labor. Have been taking our cars here for a few years now (non-BMW's) going back to when VAHE owned it. Great customer service, fair pricing and honesty will keep us there now that it's owned by Jose. Recently brought our daughters car there after being told by the dealer that it was a $15,000 job. Jose and his team found the issue and repaired it for around $400 !!. They went out of their way to find and place rodent deterrent tape on all wires to help prevent future issues. Time will tell if this is the ultimate fix but can't believe the dealer tried to rob us like that. Will keep coming back to VAHE BMW and highly recommend as well. read more

I am so grateful to Yelp for helping me find this place! I had a check engine light on, and I wouldn't have been able to pass my smog test unless that light was turned off. I really didn't want to buy a new car and take on car payments. The new owner, Luigi, is incredibly honest. I contacted the dealer, and they informed me that the diagnostic test alone would cost $390, and replacing the sensor would total between $800 and $1,000. I also reached out to another repair shop that quoted $190 just for the diagnostic. However, when I called Luigi, he diagnosed the problem for free and provided me with a quote the same day. When I dropped off my vehicle, Luigi mentioned that when he switched the part, the light didn't turn off, so he returned that expensive part, changed a different one, and ultimately, the repairs cost less than half of what everyone else and he initially quoted me. If that's not honest, I don't know what is! The check engine light was reset, and he even gave me a ride to and from work since I work very close to his shop. Thank you so much, Luigi!
