Dismissive, poor communication, biased treatment, and my issue still wasn't resolved.

I thought I'd give this place a shot because of how positive all the reviews are, especially seeing the review about being a woman that they don't try to upsell or be condescending. I felt very comfortable because of how friendly and helpful everyone was. The prices are very reasonable. They got the job done fast as well. This is definitely my go to shop from now on! read more

Took my 97 4Runner to this shop and he was very honest and dependable with his work. Had another shop near me rip me off so I brought it here and I'm glad I did. God bless his business, I'm grateful there are mechanics out there still that don't just scam you. read more

The positive reviews speak for themselves but here's my take. Shop is very humble seems like a bunch of brothers work there and I like the way they do work. Was my first time but not my last. Coming back this week I could trust these guys with my bmw and that's hard to say for others. read more

Amazing auto repair experience. I've been to so many mechanics & never had such a good experience time & time again. I'm very thankful to have found a place that's reasonable & doesn't take advantage of its customers. I was able to get my car issues solved in a decent amount of time for a fair price & all in all had a great experience with the staff being very friendly & professional. I was helped with intelligent, knowlegable advice, honest dealing, and consideration. And my car isan't even German! When I had a different problem, that required a specialist, I was given a good referral. read more

Been taking our Z4 to George's for years now. Highly recommend Karen the owner. He always takes the car in for service with little notice, the prices are fair and he gets the car back to us quickly. The car is now almost 10-years old so needs more maintenance, but they are professional enough to say let's wait until the prices go down as the parts are extremely expensive with the issues in the supply chain. The car is safe and driveable, so the effort to save unnecessary expenses is appreciated. Good and honest service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. read more

Karin has always been professional and fair in taking care of my Audi Q5. Highly recommended!

I give this place a Zero. They said they repaired my car but didn't. I stalled on the freeway in dangerous intersection. They initially refused to refund my money and extra towing but once I arrived, I spoke with Karen and he agreed to refund me. Problem is, though he gave a receipt reflecting the refund, it never was credited to my account. I spoke with Sam, he said he spoke with bank and they sent it. In short, he did not process the refund and has refused to resolve. I had to file dispute with my bank. Don't trust them, Don't repair your car here. read more

The tow truck guy recommended this mechanic when towing my 2007 BMW 327i. They will diagnose and explain everything to you before doing any work. They are timely, prices are very fair, and do great work. Super nice guys and I would highly recommend them. read more

Been going years now, I always get more then what I ask for, and many times for free or cheaper than I agreed upon, This last time it was even better, I paid less in deductible, I got an extra tiny body fix for free too. This place so far is. 100 percent the place to go in a reliable manner. Ridiculous how it outdoes every other corrupt or cheap mechanic. read more

We were referred to Georges German Auto Repair by a Used Car Dealer just up the street from them. It was for some warrantee work. All I will say is the Used Car Dealer ordered the work, but did not tell them what was going on. A long story short, Georges German Auto Repair bent over backward above and beyond what we expected. The Used Car Dealer lost a customer. Georges German Auto Repair gained a client for other work. read more

I paid to have a complete oil change, the technician did not change the oil filter. That prevented the new oil from going through the old filter. Made the check engine light come on. I went to another automotive repair location. It was explain that was an old trick that auto repair technicians do. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

Would NEVER recommend this shop for service. Came in to have one tire replaced and aligned. The incompetent employee charged me for mouting two tires, messed up my rim and broke my air pressure sensor on a Tesla. George's did not accept responsibility for any of it. When I tried calling about the problems, I just got empty promises. If you don't want service that will end up costing you more, don't come to this shop. read more

Always honest and straightforward. I had a check engine light that came on and It needed to be checked out. I came at opening at 8 AM on a Saturday. He was able to check my car right away and told me there was an issue with the engine. However he advised me to go to the dealer so that my car can be fixed for free while under the warranty. I appreciated that he checked the check engine light for free and did not take advantage of me. He went out of his way to recommend I get it fixed for free instead of trying to charge me. I always take my car here and the work is done fast and affordable. I appreciate that he is honest and does not nickel and dime me for every little thing. read more
