I dropped my 2016 Jeep Wrangler off here for a repair estimate after a rear-end collision. The first estimate left out one of the two damaged parts entirely, and the bumper part that was listed was the wrong material and color for my vehicle. After I flagged this with my insurance adjuster, the shop issued a revised estimate, but the replacement parts were still wrong: a black bumper instead of my vehicle's original bronze one, and a red tow hook that does not match my Jeep at all. When I came to pick up my vehicle before authorizing any repairs, I was told I owed $138 for the estimate, though I don't recall being given a written estimate or signing an authorization for that specific charge when I dropped the vehicle off. My insurance adjuster ended up covering the fee so I could get my Jeep back. They did an excellent job on both repairs the work was clean, precise, and my car looked great when I picked it up. What really surprised me was how clean my car was afterward. What can I say? I was in a terrible accident when someone hit my precious Audi from the side. I've cared deeply for it for many years, always getting it detailed and trying to keep it in good shape even though it's 7 years old. I was devastated when I saw the tow truck hauling it away from the scene with a broken axle and caved-in door. So I took my car in and from the start one of the owners, Adrian, personally inspected the car and made me feel much better, saying he was sure they could fix it. Not only did they fix it perfectly -- it looks brand new -- but they went out of their way to keep me updated every few days, they detailed the car, polished it and had it ready ahead of schedule. I stopped in today because my hood latch would not work. My mechanic of many years could not fix it. He told me I needed a new latch and that the car was old and he couldn't find it at a dealer or at a junkyard.
