The collision center is known for their expertise with Tesla and Mercedes Benz vehicles throughout both Valleys. I felt the price was fair and wnet through my Tesla insurance, rather than chase down the bus' insurance company in Texas. Upon picking up my vehicle yesterday, I felt it was never in an accident, and possibly better, with shining new paint job and detailing. If there was an option for giving 6 stars, I would give 6. Today was my third time in the last couple of years getting work done on my Tesla at All City. The past two times were for body work due to fender benders, and today, the undercarriage-shield of my car was loose and flapping on the freeway. I called All City and they called me in and made time to help me out right away because they didn't want me driving in a dangerous condition. That meant a lot to me!! I was so relieved to hear that they had the part needed IN STOCK and they fixed it on the spot because I need to use my car for a ton of driving this weekend. As for the other two times I've brought my car in, I was super impressed with their professionalism and their communication. We all know how it feels to have your car in a shop and not know when it'll finally be done, but All City has always been so on top of accurate lead times, and communication. I particularly appreciate Kaitlyn and Jack. I'm sure everyone there is just as great! But these are two individuals who I've been most in contact with the three times working with them and I just really appreciate the way they do business, and their kindness. I took my car here thinking I would get an honest assessment of damage from an accident. What I received instead was a series of misleading estimates seemingly in an effort to get my car written off to their financial benefit. I have since had two other independent body shops tell me that my car is repairable for 9k instead of the OVER 18k that this shop said it would cost, conveniently close to the value of the car. They also falsely claimed they "spoke to my insurance company" saying they called them to say "the car is a write off". This is false. My insurance company confirmed several times they did not do this and that the car was never declared a write off. This call never happened. I am sharing this as a warning to people who choose to use this business. @Steve Update Jan 26th 2025 - Thanks for your note but I had my car towed to a different shop who have given me an estimate that is over 50% LESS than what your shop proposed for the repairs. I also had to email your shop to ask for my custom hubcaps back that were kept by your shop. No one from the shop even called me to say they kept them. It was only because I called myself to ask because I noticed they were missing. I have no desire to speak to you given I took my car elsewhere. I stand by my claim that your shop's estimate was over inflated and an intentional effort to get the car written off and I have the evidence of the estimate to prove it. I replaced the front bumper on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 about two years ago at this location and they did a phenomenal job. I was a happy customer. Well about three weeks ago I got rear ended in a parking lot and sure enough my rear bumper had to get replaced. Called All City Collision Burbank and spoke to Karo to get the process going. He was very nice and welcoming and he got started on the process right away. Throughout the repair, Karo and Kaitlyn kept me informed and as expected, I had absolutely no issues and no delays. Customer service was on point and car was in pristine condition when picked up. You could tell they are doing their absolute best and everyone is on the same page. The owner (Eric) was there when I picked up the car and he too is an awesome guy and made sure I was happy with the repair. The point I'm trying to get across is that even after two years, All City Collision has remained consistent as a premier body shop around the Los Angeles area and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Eric and the guys from All City Collision in Burbank took great care of my Red Tesla! They are Tesla certified and fix Teslas constantly! The multicoat red color is pretty tricky in general and the scratch was over the parking sensor and that brings more complexity but they fixed it super fast and without damaging the quality! Even if they were ordering a new parking sensor they are super close to the Burbank Tesla Service Center so that would save a lot of time as well! Definitely 5-stars and I would recommend them to everyone in need! read more

When I had work done on my car a year and a half ago I was impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I received consistent updates on the progress and felt that I was treated very well by the entire staff. Last week I had an issue with my body molding, the Tesla service center told me they couldn't fix it and to take it back to my body shop. I made an appointment to stop by to show them what was going on and expected to make an appointment once they were able to obtain the parts. Instead they took my car in immediately and had the molding, clips and sensors replaced within 30 minutes. To top the experience off, All City did this FREE OF CHARGE. Just bought a new 2024 Rav4 LE and already scratched the side of it on a yellow beam in my Studio City apartment. Our beautiful red Tesla Model Y has had more than its fair share of damage to the rear end in the brief year and a few months that we've owned it. First, we accidentally backed into a parked car on a stressful day just a couple of months into ownership. The bumper was barely scratched, but since the car was new, we wanted it repaired. We went to the body shop our insurance company sent us to, who removed the scratched bumper and repainted it. The color wasn't right, but we wanted the car back so we didn't make a fuss. Fast forward a few months and we're driving on the 101 and someone swerves into us from two lanes over, damaging the rear bumper and lift gate. This time we contacted Tesla since we didn't want to go to the previous place, and they referred us to All City. It took a couple of months for the parts to arrive and then two weeks for the repair, but the car came back in flawless condition. In fact, there was even less wind noise than when the car was new! And the color match was exceptional. Fast forward to this past June and UGH, we are rear-ended again, this time on Sunset Boulevard. The person behind us was banged into us by the person behind them! It was ridiculous. Once again, the bumper and lift gate were significantly damaged. We contacted All City and they worked their magic. We still had the long wait for parts from Tesla, but once they were in, the work itself took just a few weeks. The car looks amazing inside and out. All City's expertise and service are exceptional.
