The dvd player doesn't work. The suspension on one side was broken. The leveler fluid was old and thin so Everytime a car drives by you feel like theres an earthquake. Missing ice maker. Propane leak especially when the water heater is on. Water damage throughout the ceiling. Roof leaks on all three roof fans. There's something wrong with the energy system Everytime power is connected (not using the microwave) the solar drops to 20% The water leaks behind the shower when you're using it For a $56,000 RV. This place is criminal And they'll make sure you come back and spend your money and "warranty" services here My $700 ecoflow solar battery was stolen out of my mini home here. I have been dealing with Metro RV for over a week as they have been amazing, patient and answering all of my questions being a first time RV rental. Cheryl in rentals is amazing. I have to say I am shocked at the reviews because I am not one to refer anything that isn't top notch. She is kind, patient, and on it. This company doesn't even charge for things 80% of rv rentals do on Rvezy, Outdoorsy, or RV share. I have lived in burbank for 40 years and I am beyond happy to support this company. Metro RV fixed up the interior of my RV and now I rent it out through them. It's worked out really well so far. The place gives off a family vibe. Old School. Not a lot of online web portals here, lol. But they are honest, that's the most important thing. In terms of the reno. They helped me pick out vinyls and furniture, had to custum build a couple of things. But we completely redid the inside. Skinned the command chairs, couch, swaped out a new couch, added a whole new kitchen dinette. They were upfront about costs. I did have to follow up a few times. The other thing is the rental consignment. After renovating the RV, instead of just storing it and paying for it to sit somewhere, I opted to sign a year contract with them to rent it out. I spent a bit on some premium insurance because I didn't want to deal with paying for any repairs. The deal is, they cleaned it, they repair it. It's 250 a month for premium insurance but that is covered by rentals (and less than the cost of my old storage). So far its rented well. They split profits with me 50/50 less the monthly premium. I made about enough to cover 8 months of RV payments in one month alone. Some months you get almost nothing. Some months you make bank. It's also nice that they keep it clean and take care of it. All in all I found this to be a great solution for what was essentially a money grendane that was just sitting there doing nothing. Glad I found them! read more

My 70 year old sister in law who has cancer and crippling arthritis got burned out of her house in the fire she only got out with the clothe on her back she was living in her car so I lent her my class A Motor home. It had a cracked windshield on the left side and a rock chip on the right side. sister in law went to have the cracked wind shield replaced. she was up sold to replace both wind shields. when she got the motor home back both wind shields were cracked and there was glass all over the dash board the inside had rat pop everywhere. was told wind shields cracked because the driver turned the steering wheel. wind shield was installed badly it looked like the wind shield would fall out and that the wind shield had been installed with a screw driver and stuck out about 3/4" the corner of the wind shield gaskets were about 4" from the corner.: has talked at me like I'm a idiot she says things that sound like facts but are total bull, and then because she said it she expects you to believe it. :Per our conversation this vehicle is known for pressure cracks due to floating center bar has tried every thing to not stand up for written warranty. the only response I've gotten has been deflection and denial. as of today I'm starting a case with small claims $6000.00 and I'm opening a case with the BAR I do not trust Carly Moreno the company and especially the service department.stay away its a dark rabbit hole with way more drama and monies lost. if they will do this to my sister in law they will do it to anybody. read more

It took 3 days instead of just half a day, but I guess that is the way it goes, kind of a pain since I had to sit in the waiting room the whole time. They kept the cost within the estimate. This place is a rip off!! stay away. . . Customer service is the WORST!!! I initially called to reserve an rv over the phone. They took my deposit and later received a text saying my rv wasn't available if I was interested in a bigger one for the price of the smaller one. I replied within 5 mins to confirm. The day of my pick up they had the 24' they supposedly rented out ready for me. I asked the gentleman Gregorio who is prepping the rv if I can get the 28' like I was promised thru text. He called the front desk and Carly then comes out to say it's been rented out but they have a "newer, better and less mileage" one for $150 more. I questioned to why I would have to pay more for something they promised if I have proof they offered it to me. According to Carly she did not receive my text confirming so they rented it out. (Regardless they should've held on to it since I had already placed a $500 deposit) After going back and forth I agreed to take the 28' and headed home to load up my belongings and noticed the reverse camera was out . (No big deal I can live without it just makes backing up into a trailer alittle easier!) 2 hours into my trip it is now dark out and I get flagged down on the hwy for my trailer lights not working. (Took a picture just incase they say otherwise) according to Cheryl and Carly the problem is my trailer not their rv! (Gregorio and I were testing them out prior to making the return report) Since my trailer lights weren't working properly I had to plan accordingly and head back home during the day to avoid an accident. Worst idea ever it was 95 degrees out and stuck in 6 hours of traffic and the AC decides not to work!! Once I get back to metro the first thing they point out is the missing hubcap LOL! I asked how much would that cost me and pointed out the other flaws that came with the "bigger, better and less miles upgrade" We then go inside to mention it to Cheryl and she says it no big deal to focus on the hubcap LOL! (Because a missing hub cap affects the performance of the rv right?!) She then makes a comment saying I dont need trailer lights (driving down a pitch black road with a 20' trailer i definitely needed them!) She also said why didn't I run the generator to run the central AC since that's what everyone does. (So it's normal for a 2021 to not have ac?!) Point is I paid extra for an upgrade you guys promised me and got a major downgrade! She still had the nerve to charge me the $25 for going over the mileage and $85 for the missing hubcap which could've been prevented if I had a back up camera and trailer lights to see whats going on behind me! Cheryl then said she would look into the cost of the hubcap and credit me for the inconvenience and I would hear back from her the following day. (Of course she's not going to call me after they have to credit me for something) 2 days pass and no call so I reach out to her and she says she emailed me. OFCOURSE YOU DID CHERYL!!! She then said she would credit me the $110 for extra mileage and hub cap to make up for everything else not working LOL this place is a joke!! The least they could do was reimburse me the extra $100 I had to pay extra for an "upgrade" they promised and cover the $85 hubcap and $25 for extra mileage! Even then the 28' I got was quoted at $818 plus $100 for insurance not $958. The math ain't mathing LOL save yourselves the headache and go elsewhere!! read more

Sadly a lengthy experience that left me running...to never return again. Too many issues when "servicing" our RV. 1. They damaged my vehicle and had to keep it another month past the original date. 2. My catalytic converter was stolen and had to be replaced while in their possession. That was another delay. 3. Too many representatives at their location could not get my repair for a faucet correct, and had to deal with management, nice but still recieved substandard materials, which I paid a higher price for. 4. Trying to lie to me about the substandard materials for the repair and we finally gave up trying to rectify the issue. 5. More damage on vehicle but left as we were afraid they would want to keep it longer. We will take it elsewhere as it's not a place to bring your rv. read more

I once again had a GREAT experience with Metro RV. I now am on my 6th Rv. Every time I get a new RV there are generally minor issues which they have assisted with. I had a vacation to Death Vally with other campers on books for a long time. HOWEVER, this time my RV was Ravaged by Rats. I had no idea they took over my RV in last 5 months. First my slide wouldn't work. Believe it or not I pushed them for a quick turn around and in 2 days during Spring break rust they solved it. No premium charge or fake upcharges. I returned home to start my fridge up to leave for vacation and Propane stunk to high heaven when turning on Fridge and propane. They turned that around in 1 overnight stay for next day leaving. Finally I put water in tank to test system and have it ready for restroom emergency on the trip and yes they got to 3 water hoses. once again an overnight return. I was a little behind schedule but with their team of experts pulled it together to join everyone a little late but worth the wait. I am so thankful to the team at Metro especially Roberto and Ulysses. They treated me very good on price and turn around nobody else could come close to. I have alway thought highly of them but they are full blown "rock stars" in my world now. They deserve your business they treat you fairly on both little and large issues. I'll be back. It was a 50$ part but the trouble Oscar went through to get me that part was some of the best customer service I've received in a very long time. I've been here twice because it is the closest RV shop to my house. This place is awful. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are one of the bigger shops in town. 1. We brought in our RV with a list of necessary repairs. We had an appointment and pointed out all the issues. We told them we needed it back in 2 weeks. They said, "no problem". 2. We checked on the progress 10 days later and they said they only had one thing left to do. We set a plan to pick up on Day 13. 3. Day 13 comes along and they still have not fixed the 2 broken drawers (last thing to do). They blamed their "cabinet guy" who didn't come in. 4. Day 14 comes along. No cabinet guy. 5. On Day 15, after calling multiple times, I drove over there to speak to them in person. They told me that they do not control the schedule of the cabinet guy. I come to find out, they were supposed to take the broke drawers over there and never did. So they do control the schedule, they hadn't done their part. 6. At this point I'm frustrated but controlled. The service guy, TONY, tells me I can take the RV as is. I tell him that I don't want to do that, I'm taking my RV on two big trips and I need them to complete the repairs they said they were going to do. He asked me what I wanted him to do, I repeated myself. Then, the manager overheard me and told Tony to go to the cabinet shop immediately and I would have my RV ready by Day 17. 7. We go to pick up the RV this morning. No only did they not finish the drawers (after they said that they did last night), they also didn't get the tires checked because they "didn't have time". You had the RV for 17 days!!! 8. They charged me $70 to change my wiper blades. NEVER work with Tony! read more

Trust your gut. This place has low star rating for a reason. Multiple issues, factual based problems. Roberto's techs ruined our new floors during a repair job in which they also flooded my basement, and incorrectly diagnosed a propane leak. Furthermore, they incorrectly installed an equiflex system and new leaf springs. Mid trip the leafs spread apart, shifting the axles and tires out of alignment and bending shackles AND leaf springs. This was caused by installing leaf springs that were too long, adding extra stress on the entire assembly and shifting the axles forward. Roberto and his team admitted it was their fault, paid for the labor of repairs but refuse to reimburse me for the parts that I sourced and picked up two states away. They asked me to carry a 100 bound broken suspension package for over 7000 miles. I had to then threaten Metro RV with a DMV report in order for shipping of said broken parts to be paid for by metro Rv. Pictures are my evidence. *Update - after arguing with Roberto for two days, another person took over the account from Roberto. I had to threaten them with legal actions BBB complaint and DMV threats to get my money returned. Roberto, who is the owner, passed the case to someone else after I threatened the company. I was then able to collect monies owed to me. In addition to this reimbursed me 50% of the original cost of the botched install. I will never go back to Metro RV. read more

Don't take your RV here. Ripped off for repairs that were not completed. Stated that oven wasn't working. Receipt says gas system checked everything functions. Not true. Asked for air conditioning service ... not done. How did we know? My husband had looked at it prior to taking in. Bolts had been left unfastened and it was in the same exact positions. Was shown dry bearings and said they needed to be repacked. I asked for return of bearings and was given bearings that were greased. This place is a RIP OFF. read more

My dad took his beloved RV here on our way back home, we were stuck and needed service. He was quoted one price and when he came to pick it up, we were told the total was more. We were furious, they insisted we were quoted more over the phone and we authorized the extra repair. We had no choice but to pay. With time in my hands I did some research of this shop. I could not believe all the bad reviews are spot on. Please don't go there unless there is no choice. Anywhere else but this place. The woman who answers the phone is rude! The service advisors are there to just make you spend more money and the quality of the parts or labor is mediocre at best. Checking out google reviews after I posted my own, I realized some of the good reviews were posted by the people of meet our team from their own website, name or picture gave them up. Went I first went in the customer service guy seemed cool and gave me my estimate 1600 I came in complaining of leaks and the transmission wouldn't move. Anyway, $1600 dollars later my rv didn't start but I have new brakes though that I didn't even really need. Also because I refused to leave without either my money back or them to fix my rv they called the police. Funny thing though. The police came saw them try to start it and didn't start asked the owner why would you charge me $1600 for a vehicle that didn't start? Smh it took a cop coming for them to give me half of my money back. Smh. Horrible horrible experience please listen to the reviews the owner is a terrible person. I'm renovating a vintage rv, he called me cheap and told me to get a new rv. If I'm lying please sue me for defamation I have it all on camera. Anyway, I like vintage rvs. I have the money to fix it. Just would have been nice to have someone with integrity and the ethics to do it without screwing me over. LET A HOMELESS MAN LIVE IN MY RV WHILE REPAIRS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. **READ*** One positive. Ulysses, service rep, does his best with what he has to work with. After that, its trash. Garbage. I had used them a few times and it was ok, but my last time using them they left my rig unlocked and a HOMELESS PERSON SLEPT IN MY RV. Used drawers, took dumps in toilet, drank the alcohol we had stored in it, used Chassis battery to run a cig lighter fan and burned out that battery, left trash everywhere. The kicker was they had no idea!!! Here we go: I dropped it off for minor stuff. Knew they were busy so said keep it as long as you like I need it back by "x" date. Was trying to be kind and let them know it wasn't a rush. It got close to date (a month later), I hadn't heard so I started calling. Ulysses got on it and said its done come get it. I come get it and we go into the coach together as they serviced AC and we were testing it. They also fixed the accordion door that opens between bed and front of coach. It was closed so when he opened it up to show me it was fixed I noticed trash and food wrappers and the blankets we had stored out and in disrepair all over the bed. I looked in the Bathroom and NO LIE noticed a big dump in the bowl (No WATER running to rig and tanks were empty so no flushing was being done) and there was trash ALL over. I initially thought that it was an employee being careless. Then I noticed the FEAR in Ulysses face. He proceeds to tell me that while he was on vacation, he was just told a couple homeless guys had been jumping their fence and staying in rigs at night. They caught them and they were arrested a few days prior to my call. But they had no idea how long it was occurring and "assumed" only the rig they were found in was the one they had been staying in. They made no effort to check other rigs on lot and notify owners of what had happened. They said they had a new "Lot boy" who probably forgot to lock and they would clean and sanitize asap. I was furious and the "manager/owner" wasn't in so I asked Ulysses to tell him what happened and I want to make sure he makes this right. I was already out a $35 uber. I go back to pick it up and I get to desk to settle my bill. Mind you it had been about 48 hours and I heard nothing from the owner. no call, no text, no apology, nada. So when I got my bill and it was not marked down AT ALL...They had adjusted nothing for my inconvenience so I asked to speak to the owner. The rep came back after a long time and said he will do 10% I laughed. "No, id like to speak to him. Now" 10% off my bill wasn't even $70 and I was out more than that for the extra ubers. He labored over clearly upset that I was requesting his presence. I proceeded to ask him why this happened and why didn't they inspect other coaches and notify their customers? I explained my wife and 2 year old daughter sleep in that bed and crawl on that floor. This is my home when we go out and we felt violated. And he ALLOWED this. We trusted our RV to their care. This wasnt worth a conversation? A call? a significant reduction to the bill? ANYTHING? He very nonchalantly told me that I SHOULD BE HAPPY BECAUSE I GOT A FREE CLEANING! I was stunned. I should be happy? I was like brother, I didn't want the cleaning. It became NECESSARY AFTER YOUR MISTAKE. I just wanted my AC's serviced. He treated me like I should be grateful for this gross violation because I got my towels and bedding washed. What a joke. I proceeded to tell him how would you feel? If I let a homeless grifter sleep in his house? Dump in his toilet and let it sit? Use his drawers? Drink his sodas and liquor? Use his cups? His PILLOWS? At this point I was raising my voice and using colorful language. I was F#$%ing mad yall. I told him he shouldn't make a dime of profit off this job and should have checked every RV ON LOT after they found this was occurring and let people know if they found they'd entered a rig. He said "we have too many RVs here to be able to check them all," as if this is a valid excuse. Not IM so sorry sir, NOTHING. So I told him maybe sell the business then to someone who gives a sh!t. At this point, he took my RV keys & said pay the bill or I keep your RV. (!!!) All I wanted was for this man to take responsibility for his business and act like he cared. He didn't. Then on top of this trauma he threatened to hold my coach hostage. I ended up going behind the counter and said give me my keys now or else. It got ugly and I'm not proud of that but we were the ones that were violated and as a business owner who eats humble pie when i have to it was gross to see someone not care AT ALL about his customers well being or satisfaction. ZERO POINT ZERO. He gave me my keys, reduced my bill to about half and said I was not welcomed back. The arrogance to assume that was going to!! LOL STAY AWAY YALL. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. These guys have helped me with 2 things on my sprinter van. 1. They installed CRL vented windows on both sides. 2. They did all my plumbing for sink and outdoor shower. They did both jobs fast and well. Uly is great at his job and was always professional. I haven't had any issues with any work they did.
