They were gracious, I was van homeless and they let me stay on their property while we were negotiating. I bought an RV from them and In the process of buying, the owner (Roberto) tried to sell it to another person the day before the paperwork went through with the bank. He yelled at me on the phone that he needed the sale to move faster. My mother is high functioning cognitively impaired and non English speaking. Hence me being in this situation from the beginning. I was in a desperate situation and really needed a new RV. The RV I bought was in consignment, the original owner then took our payment and bought a toy hauler right afterwards. I was also told by the owner's granddaughter that they were so hospitible, because they were a family business and needed to make the sale to the other owner. So was sold an RV, and another sale was made off of my sale. $$$$ I was told by Roberto I could get the price lowered then told by his wife I couldnt. After 2 months of buying a relatively new RV. The door broke, the ovan doesn't work, there's a leak in the water tank and I'm scared to go back because they're always nickel and diming about something. In fact I was asked to go to another repair store by Carly (granddaughter) Once when the levelingjacks were stuck at the park, they came and reset my breaker switch for free. They have my old van in their parking lot it's about $150/month for 1 parking spot but it's not running so there again there's more money ... Idk if it's just me but if you're not in need maybe you'll have better luck

I was promised the 28' for the price of the 24'

This place is a rip off!! stay away. . . Customer service is the WORST!!! I initially called to reserve an rv over the phone. They took my deposit and later received a text saying my rv wasn't available if I was interested in a bigger one for the price of the smaller one. I replied within 5 mins to confirm. The day of my pick up they had the 24' they supposedly rented out ready for me. I asked the gentleman Gregorio who is prepping the rv if I can get the 28' like I was promised thru text. He called the front desk and Carly then comes out to say it's been rented out but they have a "newer, better and less mileage" one for $150 more. I questioned to why I would have to pay more for something they promised if I have proof they offered it to me. According to Carly she did not receive my text confirming so they rented it out. (Regardless they should've held on to it since I had already placed a $500 deposit) After going back and forth I agreed to take the 28' and headed home to load up my belongings and noticed the reverse camera was out . (No big deal I can live without it just makes backing up into a trailer alittle easier!) 2 hours into my trip it is now dark out and I get flagged down on the hwy for my trailer lights not working. (Took a picture just incase they say otherwise) according to Cheryl and Carly the problem is my trailer not their rv! (Gregorio and I were testing them out prior to making the return report) Since my trailer lights weren't working properly I had to plan accordingly and head back home during the day to avoid an accident. Worst idea ever it was 95 degrees out and stuck in 6 hours of traffic and the AC decides not to work!! Once I get back to metro the first thing they point out is the missing hubcap LOL! I asked how much would that cost me and pointed out the other flaws that came with the "bigger, better and less miles upgrade" We then go inside to mention it to Cheryl and she says it no big deal to focus on the hubcap LOL! (Because a missing hub cap affects the performance of the rv right?!) She then makes a comment saying I dont need trailer lights (driving down a pitch black road with a 20' trailer i definitely needed them!) She also said why didn't I run the generator to run the central AC since that's what everyone does. (So it's normal for a 2021 to not have ac?!) Point is I paid extra for an upgrade you guys promised me and got a major downgrade! She still had the nerve to charge me the $25 for going over the mileage and $85 for the missing hubcap which could've been prevented if I had a back up camera and trailer lights to see whats going on behind me! Cheryl then said she would look into the cost of the hubcap and credit me for the inconvenience and I would hear back from her the following day. (Of course she's not going to call me after they have to credit me for something) 2 days pass and no call so I reach out to her and she says she emailed me. OFCOURSE YOU DID CHERYL!!! She then said she would credit me the $110 for extra mileage and hub cap to make up for everything else not working LOL this place is a joke!! The least they could do was reimburse me the extra $100 I had to pay extra for an "upgrade" they promised and cover the $85 hubcap and $25 for extra mileage! Even then the 28' I got was quoted at $818 plus $100 for insurance not $958. The math ain't mathing LOL save yourselves the headache and go elsewhere!!

Taking care of RVs

Roberto and Cheryl are a real gem to work with. This is the best RV consignment place in Los Angeles and they have great service.

Glad they accept credit. This does look ready to be installed and so much stronger than the original.

They did such a great job on helping find services that can custom mold this shower panel I have that fits into toyota dolphin rv and I picked it up from their shop once it completed.

Sadly a lengthy experience that left me running...to never return again. Too many issues when "servicing" our RV. 1. They damaged my vehicle and had to keep it another month past the original date. 2. My catalytic converter was stolen and had to be replaced while in their possession. That was another delay. 3. Too many representatives at their location could not get my repair for a faucet correct, and had to deal with management, nice but still recieved substandard materials, which I paid a higher price for. 4. Trying to lie to me about the substandard materials for the repair and we finally gave up trying to rectify the issue. 5. More damage on vehicle but left as we were afraid they would want to keep it longer. We will take it elsewhere as it's not a place to bring your rv.

Thank you, Uly, and the team here. This is the best RV service I have ever had. I am under an hour away, but if I lived a day away, I would get a hotel and come here. It is nearly impossible to get safety recall work done. I have a Winnebago Revel. I called Winnegabo and they were horribly rude and nasty. And no other Carefree Awning dealer in SoCal would give me the time of day. This is a safety issue, people. I am so happy I found this place! I would give you ten stars if I could. And my Cookie Cav loves it too.

He didn't push us, didn't ask to run our credit, and genuinely encouraged us to take the weekend to think about it. That kind of approach is rare and truly appreciated. We decided to move forward the following Monday and called in to speak with Miguel. The entire process was seamless--we did everything online and over the phone. Miguel was consistently available, responded to texts (even after hours), and answered every single question we had. By the end of the week, we were picking up our new trailer. The walk-through was smooth, and they let us record the whole thing so we could reference it later (which was perfect for us as first-time trailer owners). David, Miguel, and Steven all made sure we were 100% comfortable and prepared before we pulled off the lot. Galaxy Camper feels like a family-oriented shop that genuinely cares about their customers. No gimmicks, no tricks, just fair pricing and honest people who want you to enjoy RV life with your family. We had visited some of the big lots before this and the difference is night and day--at the big places, you feel the pressure the moment you step on the lot. I'm sorry that I used them in the first place. Tinno has been doing this for a while, his fleet has grown and his experience shows in the service he delivers. Responsive to request, directly deal with the owner forget those other share platforms and go direct. No red tape, clean units fully stocked with the essentials. When I say essentials I mean for the setup itself. Latex gloves and top of the line dump hoses makes it so easy. The airstreams themselves are beautiful in and out. I highly recommend him, you won't be sorry. Don't be discouraged by the other posts. As a business owner myself, I know it's impossible to make everyone happy. Some people are just stinky-butts no matter what you do. This guy is good.

My experience renting from Tinno was literally the worst business experience I've ever had. I have always conducted myself in an honest manner. In this case, I was very upfront with Tinno about minor curtain damage (tiny dirt marks). And yes indeed there was some extra dust inside plus one small scratch on the exterior. I believe something from the road hit the side of the Airstream. The scratch in question was so small it was hard to even see. I find it dishonest and frankly offensive that Tinno responded to my review saying there were tears in the curtains (false!) and golf ball sized scratches that cost $4500 (false!). I would gladly swear under oath that these statements by him are categorically untrue. At the end of the day, I paid Tinno over $4,000 for an Airstream that retails new at $45K. The deposit he kept was $1500, a significant amount by any standards. And I had use of the Airstream for all of 9 days. Believe me folks, if you want peace of mind while on your adventure, go somewhere else because this guy has already done this at least twice now (read other reviews). Thank you for reading. I was there on Saturday, April 18, to pick up my car. Everything was great, my service advisor helped me out and gave me my paper work in no time. I was told to wait outside and someone will bring my car down. I waited nearly 30 minutes to receive my car. I saw ONLY one young man hustling the whole time. He was a slim, young man with curly hair. Unfortunately, he was the only one I saw getting cars down which could explain the long waiting time. Upon him delivering my vehicle to me, I saw another young man who I assume was his coworker bringing another person's car down. He was tall, and light skinned. Unfortunately I was unable to get either of their names. But the young man that brought my car down was literally sweating and breathing heavy from what I assume was due to all the cars he had been bringing down , the other young man was visibly relaxed without a care in the world. How was one worker able to bring down a handful of cars while another managed to bring only ONE down. It is beyond ridiculous how such a great dealership allows workers like that into their company! Pacific BMW do better! That inconsiderate young man needs to have a serious wake up call from management. We need more people like the young man that was hustling! To the young man that helped me, thank you, and keep doing what you're doing! That young man is the only reason I didn't give this dealership a 1 star!

He was transparent and overall great. Lucy in financing spared no details. She gave me all my options up front and was extremely patient and detailed. Didn't force anything on me and didn't push for any sale. She was and is so polite. Relatable and down to earth. Almost like I was talking to my mom. Haha Juan helped me to my car. Gave me the tour and walk through. Such a good dude. Friendly, polite and professional. He sat with me in the car and helped setup my phone to the car to personalize it for me. Customized the car to my liking and went over all the gadgets. In the end I felt extremely comfortable. I felt at home and was provided exceptional service. I was welcomed at the door. Greeted with a smile and left extremely happy and satisfied. I have owned the vehicle for a week and I have come to love my ride more each and every day.

Nick's Mobile came through when I needed it most…read more I was at Bonelli Bluffs the weekend before Halloween and my new trailer suddenly lost shore power. Not the kind of problem you want to deal with on a trip. I called Nick and he responded right away. He made time to come out the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. The automatic transfer switch had failed. Instead of delaying the repair, he tracked down the part himself, picked it up, and came back to install it. That level of effort matters when you are on a tight timeline. The repair was clean and professional. Power was restored and my entire weekend was back on track. What could have been a ruined trip turned into a great one. He did not stop there. He worked through the warranty process and made sure the repair was covered. I ended up fully reimbursed by the manufacturer. That saved me money and a lot of hassle. Nick goes above and beyond. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to taking care of his customers. If you need mobile RV service, this is the guy to call. Nick if you see this, I truly apologize for such a late review. My mother in law stills talks about how nice you were and was happy that you stayed for a meal with us!

So awhile back (June ish) I used Nick to check in on a refrigerator repair and he point out some…read morestuff quickly and had some solutions. During the process there was some wood that was jacked up around the fridge where it anchors to the cabinets. I'm not overly picky just like bare minimums for my rig..but I wasn't thrilled because the fridge didn't stand straight. Nonetheless Nick said whether it was like that before or from his install he'd handle it next time around. Welp 7 months later my roof is leaking, I found again for roof leak repairs and he quoted, came out in a couple days, had it worked up, threw a little extra seal along the roof gutter that came off at material cost only..and he honored what he said from 7 months prior by finding pieces to anchor the fridge while doing the roof work at no extra charge. Additionally, I found a small leak from a clamp when using the hot water heater and he stopped by the campground on 24 hour notice and found the origin of the leak and fixed that for me quickly too (no charge). I'm happy with his response to the previous issue and quick turnaround time and will use him for quite a few other projects moving forward!
