for Mat and his company I texted him with my initial problems on my heater and refrigerator. Within minutes, he was in contact with me through text. We talked about a few different scenarios. We then made an appointment for him to be at my trailer by 11 AM and he was very punctual. He even let me know he was on his way. After diagnosing the problems he was immediately on it and repaired it effortlessly. Mat is now in my contacts as my go to. read more

I initially talked to them concerning my generator turning off after an hour they told me that is the fuel pump so I ordered the fuel pump and filter and scheduled for them to come out. The wrong filter came so I ordered another one so we had to reschedule and now I've been calling him for at least two weeks and he's not answering at all and afterward, I put a bad review read more

Excited to have Mat install our 2nd A/C unit as well as some minor maintenance and service issues. He did an awesome job replacing our awning last year. Promised us that he would be able to come out to the RV in 2 weeks when his schedule cleared up. Two weeks later we got in touch with him and he said he couldn't do the repairs because it was waste management and his license wouldn't allow him to do the work. Why didn't he just say that to begin with read more

Mat is awesome. I gave him a call about an issue with my Dometic fridge in my 5th wheel. He immediatley knew what was wrong. Even tried to help me over the phone. When he came to troubleshoot it was exactly what he suspected. He didnt have the pary I needed so he ordered the part and came back a couple of days later. Took him about 15 min to replace the part and the fridge fans started working. Havent had an issue since. He only charged me $100 which i felt was very fair price. I highly recommend Mat for all your RV repairs. Especially that he is mobile and will come to you. Thanks Mat. read more

I requested a quote from MadMat because all the reviews were excellent. Everyone stated that he was efficient and reasonably priced. I'm not sure if the quote he gave me was because of where I live in relation to his address. Needless to say, after doing a bit of homework, the part I needed was only $20, the work was minimal, maybe 1 hour total for a guy (me) who has never done this before, and voilá, carb on jenny replaced, and jenny purring like a satisfied kitty. If $700 is his normal fee, maybe I should change jobs. I understand that it was only a quote, and albeit it was via Yelp, but personally, i think his quote was outrageous. ESPECIALLY since I did for under $50. read more

I have not even met Matt yet in person but I know he is the real thing. I noticed in reading all his reviews that in the seldom case a person was not happy Matt had the integrity and f wishing them well. I have two older motorhomes and look forward to Matt's expertise to get things done that I don't have time to do myself. Update: Mat just covered our motorhome's roof after a thorough power washing by one of his team members. It looks fantastic. Time will tell (Rain) if the leaks were all taken care of. The most important part is I fully trust Mat. My family saved saved thousands of dollars not having to put a new roof on. Mat used to be the service foreman at a notable large RV dealership. He has all the experience you can ask for. I am so pleased in having Mat as part of our family's story. God Bless Mat! read more

Due to the pandemic, I've had to renovate my vintage camper into an office for work. Mat installed an air conditioner unit and fixed the water line into the unit. He always arrives on time, is respectful, works efficiently, wears a COVID-19 mask, and is very knowledgeable about RVs and mechanical issues. I'm also adding a water heater and toilet to the camper and will definitely call Mat to install them when they arrive. There are very few mobile mechanics in the area, so I'm really grateful to find someone who is professional and willing to troubleshoot until the job is done. Highly recommended! read more

Because of my overall experience and value with hiring Mad Mat's mobile RV services for my Class A coach, I am certainly recommending his services. To be blunt, the mobile RV service option was initially unconventional, however, Matt has fully convinced me that I made the best choice for my RV service needs. Basically, I didn't have to drive the coach to a shop and wait for 2 weeks before a tech can begin to evaluate my service requests. read more

Will never wait for an appointment to have our RV fixed in one of the big dealer shops again! Contacted Matt on Monday and he was able to come out on Thursday. Took an hour to fix our generator issue. He had asked what type of RV we had and he brought the parts he anticipated he would need for common generator issues. Ours was the carburator due to failure to run it sufficiently. He answered questions about our thermostat that has caused us issues and he checked our roof without us even asking. He said most unsuspected damage starts in the roof so always good to check it and ours was in good shape. Used to work at one of the large shops so very familiar with recreational vehicles, all types. Would not hesitate to use him again. Give him a try. read more

You can read the exchange below with the screens I took of our conversation. We are new to pop ups and we're relieved to have someone come out so fast to fix our camper. Well, until he forgot to. I do not at all recommend this company / person. He tried charging me $700 for a window repair.... I have an old home so it's not jus a stop and go. Which I understand. But I called another glass company and they gave me a quote for $195 and I didn't even look far. They also came in as little as 30 minutes. Don't get robbed. Go elsewhere read more
