Overall: Good, solid workmanship, trustworthy, friendly and supportive, and (don't tell them) reasonable prices. We have an old 2000 Roadtrek (a camper van) and needed the black and gray holding tank valves replaced. It's a PITA job which I tried myself and couldn't fix correctly. Mark laughed when I asked if he'd ever worked on these rigs. He's been fixing these things for years. Well, cool -- while it's in the shop, can you replace the fresh-water intake hose that's crubling and leaking? LOL -- of course they could. About four days later the van was ready and everything now works as it should. Mark is an easy-going, nice guy. He doesn't gouge on prices and does what he says he'll do. Mark & Scott take the dread out of having to bring your RV in for service and worrying that the job will be done fairly and reasonably. They are also pleasant to work with and are honest. We recently brought our Arctic Fox truck camper in for service because the stove oven would not light. They found that it was do to the ignition button that wouldn't compress. My trailer was leaking and it was still within warranty. We call a RV repair shop in Irwindale, nope. they don't do warranty. Don't waste your time over there. Wow! What a great experience. My 35' class A Winnebago has a basement AC unit. The fan was running fine, but as soon as the first compressor kicked in, the compressor would shut down. I thought it was the start capacitor so I replaced it as well as the other capacitors as due to age. Still didn't fix the problem. Brought it into Mark and he tested everything that day and told me it was the thermostat. Next day he replaced it and the unit runs perfectly again. Great service and very fast work. Couldn't be happier. I'm now working on a list of other things that Mark can fix. read more

Our RV's wheel broke on the freeway in the middle of the night last night...it was a nightmare to get it onto a tow truck! Finally we did and I looked up repair shops. This one had good reviews so I had it towed here hoping they could look at it in the morning. I called and left a message overnight explaining what had happened and called again right at 8am. The owner answered and started SCREAMING at me! He said I was "an idiot" and "selfish" and "how could I be so stupid" to think they could repair my RV. I couldn't really get a word in. So now I am having it towed to another repair shop. This has been the most bizarre and worst experience I've ever had. Please never ever go here. read more

I did the covid "buy an RV" thing a couple months ago and got a very cool old 1979 camper van which I knew nothing about. I had a mechanic check out the engine and mechanical parts, but then brought it to Lodgemobile and they were incredible. They did a thorough inspection of all the RV things, took care of what needed to be fixed (the propane tank) and were honest about what wasn't worth fixing (the 41 year old fridge). They then took the time when we picked it up to show us how to use the things we were apprehensive about trying to figure out ourselves (that propane tank). I also asked Mark about how I might be able to water seal the roof myself and he got on the roof with me and showed me exactly what to do and what tools and products I should get to do the job. I feel a lot more confidant taking it out for a trip now that they have inspected it. I can't recommend this place enough, especially if you are a new RV owner looking to make sure things are in working order but don't want to get ripped off. These guys know their stuff!! read more

Far, far, far better than any of the big RV Stores, Mark is the most capable RV Mechanic I know, twice as fast, half as expensive & extremely competent plus very honest & if you plan ahead, does everything in one shot, same day. Mark & his family have been in the RV Biz for over 50 years, if he can't fix it or cannot find the part, no-one can & he will tell you up front, in 5 years I always feel satisfied. He traced the A/C's original purchase to a Minnesota install, and got it all covered under warranty including installation!! And his shop did it quickly. Very impressed with the efficiency, reasonable rates, and integrity of mechanics. I had an urgent issue with my RV fridge which was not cooling on propane but worked on electric just fine. Most RV repair shops are expensive with semi-knowledgeable mechanics and long waiting lists. I got an appt easily here. Mark is the owner, and Ed is a mechanic. They both worked on my RV and were both very good. When I arrived, they had people already lining up at 7:30 am. A flurry of check-ins later, they worked on my RV. They checked the propane pressure from the inlet flue this was okay. They checked the fuses in circuit board and this was okay, saving me $200 for a new board, which I am sure other RV places would have tried to sell me. They checked the DC voltage power from batteries, and this was clocking at 11.26 volts and low. They tightened up the battery connections which immediately increased the voltage. Also tightened up some more battery connections and checked the converter fuses and connections. All okay after adjustments. Finally they checked the thermocouple and this was bad. Changed the thermocouple at a fair price, and fridge now works like a new one! Mark also told me what product to use for my window sash/ latches that had come off from age. This is the metal rib that you use to pull window open or lock it. Apparently silicone is not the best product. Mark said to get Sikaflex 200+ Polyurethane Adhesive and Victory Auto Glass down the road sells it for $10. You need a caulking gun with this and the color is opaque black. They use it for auto windshields for a strong bond. Very valuable info for all RV'ers to know. I got one right away. (Mark - please carry this product as every RV owner needs it!) Thank you, Mark and Ed! I am so grateful you fit me in right away, charged me a fair price and got the work done fast so I could beat traffic to get back home. You guys are the best!!! read more

I really didn't want to replace my old but lovely stove for just the regulator, and I was referred to Mark at Lodgemobile as the guy who probably had the part. Yes, indeed he did, and he installed the new regulator in a snap. His knowledge for another issue was much more complex, but it was also handled seamlessly.
