I rented a 25ft Model J Class C RV to take my 2 kids and I to the Grand Canyon for a few days, and…read moreeverything worked out great! Everything functioned in the RV as advertised, and there were no issues that interrupted our drive or experience. The RV had 3 beds that were about full size each, but the kids primarily used the one in the back. We were able to connect their Playstation to the TV which made the kids (and I) especially happy. The RV did get warm from time to time considering we drove during a warm spell, so we just cooled it down with the generator before we started driving and then turned it off and used the main cabin vehicle AC to keep it cool so we didn't used much propane. The bathroom worked great, and the vents/ fans kept the bathroom and coach smelling normal. One of the very convenient amenities was having on-board WiFi which allowed the kids to have all the entertainment options they're normally used to at home. Also, Jane was great in giving me, a first-time RV driver/user, a thorough introduction to all the features and functionality of the RV. There are convenient QR codes throughout the RV that provide instructions on how to use everything. Well thought out. If I were to ask for any "nice to haves", I'd say maybe a little more engine power. The RV seems to be most comfortable between 60 and 70 mph, and you just have to be mindful during uphill climbs. Overall, it was a great experience that was relaxing and stress free for my kids, which is stress free for me. I'd recommend to friends or family. Thank you Chill RV for making my kids first long road trip a great experience.

Very convenient to off road with and the kitchen set up and fridge was great. I suggest bringing your own utensils & cook wear items as they provide you with minimal. I wish I had been told prior to driving there about the condition of the tent. At first sight, the tent is very beat up at best. The top part has to be held by tie downs in order to hold with the bottom part. The latches don't work at the front. The top also had a huge dent and finally, the tent had a hole as seen in picture. I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.

This is my third review of Airstream Orange County. The first review was quite favorable regarding…read morethe sales experience. The second article I submitted was very negative; and I still have to hold to my remarks. However, I will confess that I was rather frustrated and disappointed; and by luck of the draw, I ended up with an Airstream vehicle that was not up to the Airstream standard. By default; I realize every now and then there is going to be a bad apple in the bunch; or in automotive vernacular, a lemon! Since that time, I have cooled off quite a bit; and accepted my fate. I now own an Airstream Ridgeline; which I have used daily for the past six months or so. (I live in the Ridgeline full-time with my dog.) Having acclimated to the RV lifestyle; I have come to realize that the use and stress on the equipment is much greater when you live in the vehicle full-time; than someone who takes a trip four or five times a year. Even with the heavy use on the camper; I have only had one repair needed; which was probably more caused by operator malfunction; then by a defect in the workmanship or materials. So I wanted to write this third review and say that I am very happy with the service and effort put forth by the staff at the Orange County dealership. My sales representative is Bobby; and he has become a good friend. On his own time, and at his own insistence; he drove 20 miles after work and spent over two hours with me to get me situated after the malfunction that I mentioned above. Robert in the service department; has been flexible and communicative; and has been very courteous. Also, Candace has helped me a great deal with warranty information and insurance matters; which saved me a lot of hassle and time. It's too bad that I had a difficult experience; but, it wasn't a lack of sincerity or effort of anyone on staff at Airstream Orange County. This review is probably not the place to make the following comment; but I want to give a shout out to Matt and pray that he is doing well in his present challenges. Thank you, Bobby, Robert, Candace and all the staff at Airstream Orange County for your professional and courteous service.

It's easy to drive and all the functions work amazing. The RV was perfect and definitely wanna do it again . Having your own restroom, kitchen and place to sleep all in one place was so convenient and perfect. RV camping all the way! Here are my top experience with the RV aka Big Bertha. TV in the back helped with the long trip because my wife and daughter enjoyed some movies (DVD player only so dust off all the classics). Microwave & 2 top stove was great for cooking. The awning saved us during some rain. The Furnace at night keep us nice & warm (I suggest keeping the top fan on and open since it runs off of propane) All the storage space was perfect for blankets, luggage, and dish ware. The fridge was a perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :) The back couch turned into a super comfy King size bed that fit us 3 just fine with some extra elbow space. The list can go on and on. I can't wait for my next camping trip and I will definitely rent this RV again. All the best, Pulido Family
