One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!

While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. I was contacted an hour later by the driver to confirm our reservation, and provided a contact number for any customer service needs. I needed fool proof , reliable transport in Los Angeles for traveling from the airport to Monterey Park , then from Monterey Park to San Pedro cruise terminal . Lyft malfunctioned and I couldn't even figure out for half an hour if they would come . I called John ( owner ) and he surprised me to say that he would send someone within twenty five minutes . The person came within twenty five minutes . We were so glad to get our transport to the double tree in El Segundo. The price was very reasonable. The person who came to pick us up at the airport and in Monterey park , arrived 20 minutes early for us !!!! This is the dedication and sincerity I'm talking about . All the drivers were professional , kind and helpful with our luggage . And when I spoke with John for the initial concerns I had , John was so courteous and eager without being pushy about my concerns . The vehicles were very spacious too. They also give you free car seats to use - many other services may tell you that you don't need it . False ! It is the law here to use one , I did check with law enforcement.
