Mr Leonel is amazing!! Our water was leaking and the house batteries wouldn't hold a charge. We came all the way from Ojai on a rare "getaway" family vacation and feared this would mess it all up. He came right to the RV park, checked over the RV and then asked we bring it to his shop so he can fix it all up while we enjoy ourselves. On top of that he stayed hrs past his shop closing time to ensure everything was fine and ready for us! And kept us updated while we were at the park! Wow, just wow. This is "small town" service in a big city! A little family owned business, so efficient, friendly and with high quality! read more

Took my RV in for an emergency brake job. The first question was "do you need it by a certain date for a trip" and of course I said yes. I asked Liana and Raziel If they could look ad the fridge too. They managed not only to fix the breaks but was able to fix the fridge, drawers, light switches, muffler and a few other nick nacks. They got my coach ready for my trip and blew my expectations out of the water. I will definitely be bringing it back for any other issues I get with it. read more

We have been using RV Solutions for almost two years now after a recommendation from a friend. Our first experience was in front of our home when our hydraulic slide out leaked all the fluid and the slide-out wouldn't go back in. We were surprised that we could get somebody to come out to our home to work on our motorhome. Since then, we have had other repairs and additional items added to our Motorhome. Leonal is very knowledgeable about motorhomes and looks at the "big picture" when a repair is done so that you don't have additional problems down the road. We have no reservations at all and highly recommend RV Solutions for your Motorhome repairs! Dianne + Allan Schaul read more

We highly recommend this place for your RV! Excellent trustworthy people! We feel like they are old friends! Very much appreciated!!!

Do not use these guys!!! Let me make a long story short. We "found" these guys via yelp a few years ago. Met with Lionel who promised us the world (should have been our first clue). Our class B spent several months with him for upholstery, stereo, indoor shades, exterior trim, upgraded propane access, plus a few other items. We spent thousands of dollars. And today the last of every single thing they have done failed. I am not kidding - every single thing they touched has fallen apart, flat out broken or just proven to be so poorly done that a redo was inevitable. We spent our money - there's nothing for the redo - these guys are awful. AWFUL. Now the RV we thought we would retire with is a mess. And I totally throw it in Lionel's lap. Do not use these guys. And I only gave them one star so that I could post this review So just so you understand my frustration: they put in a new stereo. We're out on the road in the middle of nowhere and reach over to adjust the stereo and it literally pushes through the dash because as it turns out it was never secured and was the wrong size for the hole in the dash. And the damage they did to the dash removing the original stereo I'm putting in this piece of crap is irreparable. They reupholstered some areas of the interior all of which have begun to peel back because it appears they used glue which did not hold well in heat. We wanted an outdoor speaker and we got one that only works if you have a cell signal on your phone which was the problem we had to begin with and had explained to him because we do a lot of off grid camping. Then there were the day/night shades we asked for because we have a small rig and when the sun shines in it's right on our face in the morning. What we ended up with were privacy shades which is just so nobody can see in but still allows the sun to welcome us brightly every single morning. The exterior trim work was not done correctly and the propane line extension they put in flat out didn't work. Not from the first day we went camping. That's enough to give you an idea of why are so frustrated and angry. Did I say do not use these guys?? And my husband just reminded me that I didn't mention the windshield which was leaking when we took it to Lionel . They were supposed to seal it to secure us in the event of bad weather. Well we were up in Alaska this summer where of course it was raining right into the lap of the passenger seat. And it was seriously leaking. So something else that we paid an additional several thousand dollars to have repaired (again) only to be told and shown where Lionel and his guys had not properly sealed or reseated the window which caused even further damage to the rig then we'd had to begin with. Really bad. read more

Leonel has come through for us on many occasions. We weren't the best at preplanning for our trips therefore our needs were always urgent. The work was always done well and in a friendly manner. We have done business with him personally since 2004 and truly feel he is a friend. He came out after hours to help even in the rain. We called him while traveling when we were learning how to operate the new motor home functions. He is always knowledgeable and kind. Awesome guy and so happy his business is doing great. My family highly recommend RV Service Solutions and Leonel. read more

RV Service Solutions is a real great find for anyone in need of work on their prized RV. I feel lucky I found them. Lionel, the owner, has been in the business for a long time and has a wealth of experience. But equally important, he is a gentleman and easy to work with. He follows thru and completes the service tasks to quality completion. I own one of the highest quality motor homes, and other than drivetrain issues they have performed flawlessly on painting, upholstery, special interior modifications, even a beautiful bra. Lastly, Lionel's pricing is fair. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!! read more

We take our rig to Leonel, RV Service Solutions, because he knows what he's doing and has integrity. He has never made a promise to us that he did not keep. He does quality work at a fair price. Just recently we called him from the other side of the US because we sat and watched a lightning storm from our window instead of going outside and disconnecting from the pedistal. Of course we blew out our power. We followed our manual & found a GFI that had popped. That took care of half the power. We spent the next few hours trying to figure out how to get the other half back on. No joy. That's when we called Leonel . He told us he would check the schematics for our rig and call us back when he found a solution. Of course he did! He walked us through the fix and we were able to get back on the road. He's the best! read more

If you want quality work at a fair price and a staff that is EAGER TO PLEASE then RV SERVICE SOLUTIONS is the place to go. I have been amazed at the expertise that Leonel, the owner, extends to his customers. He has helped me numerous times with everything from electronics (TVs and related issues) to jacks, slideouts, air conditioning units and everything else related to an RV. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he is willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. He has come to my home to fix an RV related issue as well as to an RV resort where we were camping. Several times he held a workshop for our camping group and fixed small issues our members were experiencing with their rigs. The peace of mind I receive from knowing I have someone to call when I have a problem with my RV is PRICELESS. Pam R. Oct. 10, 2016 read more

Two years ago we purchased a used 40' diesel pusher. We tried 3 different Rv repair shops that continued to disappoint us with either bad repairs or no repairs. While looking on Yelp for a new repair place we were referred to RV Service Solutions. We contacted Lionel about the problems we had and took the coach to him. Since then we have only used RV Service Solutions and have never been disappointed with any of the work we have had done. They have serviced our engine, transmission, re upholstered our seats, fixed slide outs, sticking doors, jacks, inverter, water heater, and electrical problems to say the least. Lionel has treated us fair and we have had no hesitations in referring our friends. If your looking for honesty and quality workmanship, call Lionel ... read more

Everyone at Rv Service Solutions were great !! Leonel and Liana really helped with the repair on our Class C. They ordered new parts and met my deadline without any problem, and then sent me pictures of the work they were during along the way.
