They have also repaired things in an emergency (same day) without an appointment when we were heading out on a trip and required their services. Because of the great relationship that we have built over the years, when they moved to Anaheim several miles from us now even though we have to drive it there, we still have the RV serviced by them. There have been a couple of occasions when they have done work for repairs under insurance warranties. Tony was instrumental in ensuring all was taken care of to our satisfaction and dealt with the insurance companies directly. We have known the EL Toro team for many years, and they have treated us very well and the services on the RV has been great.
