POOR REPAIRS AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM Heater problems Suburban NT 12S. last October I took it in and they replaced the parts in the picture shown and cost almost $600.00. They told me it would be cheaper to repair than to replace. A new one is $1,500.00. It only blows cold air. took it back and they said there's another part that needs to be replaced. When I questioned the first repair RICHARD kicked me out of his shop not to come back. Blessing in disguise. They stole money from me. I also showed them a part I needed on the back of the toilet. They said they had to take toilet out and it would take 1-1/2 to repair. It just needed a washer coming from the plumbing. I bought a washer for .35 and spend 10 minutes on the repair. Our after sales support was a very poor experience. After one outing, we took the trailer back for repair under warranty which was prearranged with the manufacturer. After a 7 hour drive to get there, they spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and said bring back another time and we will repair. We pleaded with them to leave it there so that we didn't have to make another 14 hour round trip just to drop it off. (Their lot is giant and had acres of space) We were very polite and respectful. The service manager was beyond rude and after we escalated to the manufacturer and had them talk to the service manager, he agreed to let us leave it, but was rude about it. We picked the unit up repaired several months later and they charged us to fill both our twin propane tanks which had been filled when we purchased it and we had only used the two burner stove once. Apparently he felt we had to pay for something. The older owners while they seemed nice, didn't seem to have much of an interest in customer service. read more

What a great Business. I called in for some TorkLift Fast Gun tie downs for my truck camper. They didn't have any in stock, but offered to get them to me next day. After further conversation about the tie downs, Bob Miller RV offered a "warehouse pickup" option to me. Super convenient for me, as I was close to the area to pick them up in Will Call. Paid over the phone and when I got to the warehouse, the Tie downs were there waiting on me! Fast, easy and made my day. I Call yesterday and asked if they could fix a leaking Shower Valve, another Leak in my Wet Bay and Install some Latches on my Sliding Mirror Doors so I could Hit the Road the Next Morning. They said bring in tomorrow which I did and they had me out by 2:30. The Parts & Service Manager's are Old School Guys That Do What They Say That They Are Going To Do! This business is now closed. I just came home from there (on May 6, 2022 at 1 P.M.) as I am getting my RV back on the road and needed some things for it. The building is obviously vacant, there are no RVs in the lot and there is a great big sign covering the Bob Miller billboard that says Richardson RV Sales and Service. I've been dealing with this company for 10 years and always had great service. I am just sick at this development. read more

Might have been a bad day for this business or it might be just the way they operate. Took the motorhome in to fill up on propane After an extended wait for service as everyone was somewhere but not in sight I made it to the fuel tank. More waiting, finally an employee showed up and it was discovered only two gallons went in the motorhome before the gas stopped. The employee banged on the gage and regulator trying to make it work as I knew I needed much more fuel than that! Told him to stop banging and check their tank to see if it was empty. Yup! They were out of propane. All they had to do was look at the gage on the tank! They were careful to charge full price for their propane even though it cost to drive the motorhome to their business They get one star for, Very slow service Poor attitude and customer relations Not being aware of the fuel status read more

I have been a customer for 4 years now. Today I took it in to get the jack motor replaced and the fan vent cover in the powder room in the RV. I have two toilets. I go to use the powder room when I got back and notice the fan cover was still missing. So I call and they pretty much told me it was my fault. Really? They said that my old one was broke, WHICH IT WAS NOT, and I would have to pay for the one that is broken and the one that was not. Now of course now they are saying it is broken, and as far as that goes, that isn't the one that was suppose to be replaced. They will not make it right. Maybe that is why Rays is always busy and Bob Millers is not. read more

Recently had our second toad fitted with the Blue Ox baseplate so that it's set to pull with our Ready Brute Elite towbar -- all purchased and installed Bob Miller RV. Bob Miller RV has been operated by the same owner and in this same location since 1977 (35 years). Overall, the grounds and maintenance areas of the facility show that the facility has been around a very long time. However, Mr. Miller is a nice guy. Nice to see that places like this have lasted this long. Mr. Miller employs a mechanic that has 30-40 years of experience working on RV's. Drop by and give the guy some business, even if it is to just buy somthing small for you RV from his retail showroom. read more

Horrible experience. They told us our roof leak was large and the wood on the frame was rotten and had to be replaced to the tune of $894.00. Two years later it leaked again. We took it to another shop. They took it all apart and we found out the frame was all aluminum!! read more

I will not be a returning customer. I brought my RV in for a roof recoated and we ended up with MORE STREAKS than when we brought it in. When we brought the RV back with pictures NOTHING was offered to remedy the problem. It was not recoated because he said we did need it. They did some "resealing so we didn't have anymore leaks" IT NEVER LEAKED AND THE SKYLIGHT WAS NEW. So we left and went to Ray's rv and we're treated great. read more

I have owned motorhomes for over 10 years and have never found a dealer that I would give a decent rating for their service. I finally reached a point where I have had enough and decided to try a small privately owned dealer in the town I live in. It is not one of these big fancy looking places but they are honest, trustworthy and most of all they care do the work right and on time. I know the owner Bob but deal with Richard who manages the repair work and they both treat you like integrity means something. I will never go back to a dealer. They have taken care of two major issues for me plus the normal maintenance without a problem. They handle extended warranty programs without any issues. If you live in the Beaumont area I strongly suggest you give them a try. Just ask for Richard and I am confident you will be very happy with the results. read more

Bob and his entire team are very down home type of people, they all treat you with respect and no pressure what so ever. We bought a used class-a there and feel we got a very good deal, we have had it for nine months now, been to Washington state and many other shorter trips, no problems other than a cheep part for the hot water heater that i fixed myself and the microwave was a $20. fix, but hay it is seventeen yrs old and we are thanking of driving it to Tenn. next year with no worries. read more
