It took awhile as parts are hard to get but it is beautifully smooth now. The staff there are awesome from Nora at the front desk who is always cheerful to Don who was so courteous to look at the MH again when I had a rhythmic surging of the engine on my way home. It was clearly not related to their work but he had me bring it back and on looking it over for me found the intake loose just behind the mas air flow sensor. Problem solved and saved me an expensive visit to the truck dealer. Thank you Signature Coach works for running a good business with legit care of your customers. Kind of rare.

After observing Chris advertising his work on Facebook, we reached out for a quote to re-attach and…read morere-seal the EPDM/TPO roof on our 30 foot fifth wheel. Chris came out, provided a quote for the roof and an upsell for the installation of a fan in the rear of our trailer and replacement of the dome over our shower. We were very happy with the quote, especially with the warranty. Given our previous experience with factory installed RV roofs, it was a no-brainer. Especially the lifetime warranty he offered for his service. Chris and his helper did a workman like installation, peeling back the existing roof, re-attaching it, installing a fan and the dome in the shower. The temperature of the bathroom and our fifth wheel overall dropped measurably and we were very happy with Chris's efforts. A very good job and it looked nice as well. All this for an awesome price. Less than a year later, the roof started to de-laminate on the perimeter and we experienced a leak. I took strips of blue painters tape and flagged the roof where the silicone product was bubbling, peeling away and the de-laminating material that Chris had previously re-attached. It took a few attempts to get Chris to engage us but eventually he came to our home to inspect our roof. After inspecting the roof, Chris declared the de-lamination he repaired was in fact a factory defect and he would not repair it. Chris also explained the silicone product that was bubbling and peeling up was the result of our RV cover abrading the silicone and this would not be covered under his warranty. Chris quoted a charge of $250.00 to come back in two weeks to repair the bubbling and peeling silicone roof. We agreed. Chris has not returned since and does not respond to our text messages, his preferred method of communication. In conclusion, Chris has proven to be an unreliable mobile RV technician. We thought engaging a self employed mobile RV tech that did a very good job of advertising in social media would be reliable and worthy of our hard earned money. Eventually I purchased a gallon of the specialty silicone product and sealant and repaired the leaks myself. And I watch the EPDM/TPO roof he re-attached incrementally become separated from the roof of my fifth wheel.

I'm wondering if he's even in business any more, but I decided to leave this review just in case. He is all talk, no action and certainly no follow-through. His "lifetime guarantee" is worthless. He did the roof on my RV and it failed within about a week. He came back on at least two occasions to "fix" his job and of course it kept being problematic. And then, like all the other reviews state, he goes dark and will ghost you. I think he really missed his calling. He should be a used car salesman or better yet, a politician.

After looking at reviews and calling several places I called Tony at Excellence RV in Beaumont, CA. After talking to him about the damage and insurance coverage, he assured me he could make me a happy customer which gave me more confidence about making the right decision. I made an appointment and took my RV to him in Dec of 2025. I felt good about his yard in that it could house probably 100 or more RVs if needed (although there wasn't that many there). Needless to say, he had room without cramming the RV's into a tight yard. He contacted my insurance and scheduled a walk around with their appraiser. As soon as the appraiser came and okayed the work, Tony got started on the repairs which consisted of ordering new parts, fiberglass work and paint work. I think it was 2 weeks later he called and said they were finished and just waiting on a new chrome muffler tip which was delayed. As soon as that came in, I went inspect the RV and I was delighted with the outcome. It was like nothing had ever happened. Exact paint match, fiberglass repair on a round corner of the RV was unnoticeable. Tony went above and beyond and even fixed a few other bad spots for a more than reasonable fee. In closing, I would highly recommend Excellence RV for body and paint work to your valued and cherished RV. They told me it would be cheaper to repair than to replace. A new one is $1,500.00. It only blows cold air. took it back and they said there's another part that needs to be replaced. When I questioned the first repair RICHARD kicked me out of his shop not to come back. Blessing in disguise. They stole money from me. I also showed them a part I needed on the back of the toilet. They said they had to take toilet out and it would take 1-1/2 to repair. It just needed a washer coming from the plumbing. I bought a washer for .35 and spend 10 minutes on the repair. Our after sales support was a very poor experience…read more After one outing, we took the trailer back for repair under warranty which was prearranged with the manufacturer. After a 7 hour drive to get there, they spent 10 minutes looking at the unit and said bring back another time and we will repair. We pleaded with them to leave it there so that we didn't have to make another 14 hour round trip just to drop it off. (Their lot is giant and had acres of space) We were very polite and respectful. The service manager was beyond rude and after we escalated to the manufacturer and had them talk to the service manager, he agreed to let us leave it, but was rude about it. We picked the unit up repaired several months later and they charged us to fill both our twin propane tanks which had been filled when we purchased it and we had only used the two burner stove once. Apparently he felt we had to pay for something. The older owners while they seemed nice, didn't seem to have much of an interest in customer service.
