My RV was supposed to be sent here by the insurance company for repairs. The person in charge there refused the delivery ( which was not arranged , dropped messages somehow which was fine ) instead of calling and telling me the mishap the guy was chewing me out when i had nothing to do with this arrangement it was between the insurance people. Then he replaced my AC but claims the hydro jack cant be found, on reorder, I found it easily at 3 locations, 8 months later I am still waiting, he has been PAID already by my insurance, he will nit return calls or answer texts...he is a nightmare, a con man, and rip off, he will not give you a quote so he can add extra $$$ to your bill over the amount insurance will cover!!! We arrived onsite at 9:45am for a 10:00am appointment. No one was there. We called/texted to inquire. Finally, at 1:30pm, we received a text from the business stating that they no longer want our business. We took the 90 minute drive to RV 911 because of the reviews. What a disappoinment. No apology or explanation... just a curt text 3 hours after our appoinment time to say, "we don't want your business". This is the text received from 911 RV Repair... it's one thing to not agree with the facts of a situation, but to insinuate a customer is stupid (when physically disabled - stroke) and threaten to "blacklist" them is crazy and out of bounds. .......................................................................................... Saw you drive out of the front gate. 6 other people checked in just fine. The appointment is at 10am and not 943am. We are no longer interested in working on your vehicle. Our RV was unable leave a campground due to one of the 4 leveling jacks failing to retract. We called R.C. and despite a booked schedule for the day he committed to take care of us. As it got to be later in the evening, we agreed to his coming first thing the next morning - but he was ready to come at 9pm after an already very long work day- standing by his commitment to help us. 30 minutes after arriving the job was done - the Jack was retracted and we could safely drive home. I chose these guys because of their fabulous ratings on Google and I wasn't disappointed. My a/c had not been working. I have a mobile pet grooming van and grooming dogs in this heat without a/c was unbearable. Basically my van is set up exactly like an RV so I go to RV repair guys when I have problems with it. These guys took me at the last minute, did a wonderful job and only took a few hours to do it. They even filled up my tires just to be nice. They saved me tons of money because I figured I'd have to replace the whole unit. But they cleaned out my old unit and now it kicks ass! I brought in my RV for a mechanical issue with my backup camera and the step cover. They kept my RV for about a week and called for me to come pick it up. They told me "it must be a mechanical problem" and charged me $450 and didn't fix (or find) where the problem is. I don't know how people sleep at night. This place is a ripoff. Called and told the guy we needed the power converter replaced, as the issue had already been diagnosed. He refused to give a quote over the phone, insisting we tow our 27' camping trailer to his facility for a "live" estimate. I tow my trailer there, leave it, receive a text message with an estimate of $1,194.96. It includes the power converter part at a cost of $571.15 plus tax on that part of $49.98. Labor at $180 per hour for two hours for a total of $360 to install this part I ordered for $211 online from etrailer. His estimate included a $165 charge for a "diagnostic fee," however when I realized what complete ripoff this place was and chose not to pay such an exorbitant repair bill, suddenly the diagnosis fee rose to $180. Beware of this place . Do not do business with this guy. He will rip you off. read more

After asking a few questions he was literally on top of the situation inspecting for points of entry and cracks in the roof. He could have charged me for complete roof and RV resealing (as another RV shop suggested), but he was honest and said the roof was generally in good shape and just needed sealing in certain areas. I can't say enough good things about 911 RV repair. RC really knows his stuff and is an honest and genuine person. I had a blown circuit board in my RV and no one would even look at it without charging a diagnostic charge just to tell me what was wrong even though you could clearly see what was wrong and they all ranged from 1 week to a couple months to do anything about it. RC had me bring it in and said he would fix it within 2 days and it was done same day and he charged exactly what he said he would. About two weeks ago the refrigerator in my RV stopped working. I began searching for a reputable business on-line and found 911 RV repair with numerous "five-star" ratings. I decided to try this business out to see if they could repair the refrigerator and/or replace it. I called their phone number; however, nobody answered so I texted them (per the website.) Around 15 minutes later, I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment to bring my RV to their business. I told the person on the phone there was no rush and we ultimately scheduled an appointment for me on July 23rd at 10:30 AM. Prior to hanging up, I verified the time and date with the man on the phone and he even confirmed the address with me. On July 23rd, I arrived at 10:25 AM at the industrial complex the business was in. I drove around looking for 911 RV Repair; however, didn't see any signs. A church in the complex was hosting a food drive, making it complicated to maneuver my Class-A RV around, so I ended up parking it along the north side of the complex. I exited my RV and began walking the exterior of the businesses looking for 911 RV Repair's office. As I was approaching a coned off area of the industrial center's parking lot, I was walking past a silver BMW with a man sitting inside the driver's seat. The man rolled down the driver's window and said in a rude tone, "Can I help you?" I explained to this guy I was looking for the RV repair shop. The man told me I was at the right location; however, he was busy talking to a customer on the phone, and I needed to wait about five minutes. The guy continued his conversation with whomever he was talking to on his cell phone while I stood around (about 30' from his vehicle) waiting. At one point, the man looked over at me, rolled up his window and continued with his conversation on his cell phone. I never approached his vehicle, or interrupted him while I was waiting - I just stood there quietly looking around and checking my cell phone from time to time. When approximately ten minutes had elapsed with me just standing by, I shook my head from side to side at this guy and started to walk away. He opened his door and told me he was still on the call with a customer and he would be done shortly. The second time this guy spoke to me his tone was better, and I figured perhaps there was some misunderstanding with our first conversation. I decided I would wait a few more minutes for him to end his call so I could get my RV repaired. About two minutes later, the guy ended his call, exited his BMW and asked if how he could assist me. I explained to this guy I had called earlier and had a 10:30 AM appointment to have my RV's refrigerator repaired and/or replaced. Just as I thought he was going to assist me, his cell phone started ringing. The guy looked at his cell phone and stated "Warranty" was calling him, and he needed to take the call. Prior to answering, I was instructed to walk back to my RV, wait there, and after he was done with this second phone call, he would come over and assist me. At this point, I figured this guy's phone calls were more important to him than my money, or getting a new (and possibly a returning customer). I walked to my RV met my wife (who followed me there in another vehicle) and explained to her what had just transpired. My wife tried calling the phone number for 911 RV Repair two times; however, nobody answered. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere due to the lack of service. Because of the food drive the church was hosting, there were numerous vehicles stopped in the parking lot, making it difficult for me to back my RV out. I walked down the isle and ensured it was clear and a member of the church even offered to spot me as I backed up. It took me about ten minutes to scout a path out of the parking lot and leave the complex. About fifteen minutes after my wife and I had left, my wife received a call from 911 RV Repair. The guy was very nice and apologetic when she explained we had left. After my wife said we had left, this guy started making excuses, stating he needed to take a call because his point of sale / invoicing system had gone down - and he was unable to bill or release RV's to any of his customers. Additionally, the guy stated he didn't have any reservations at 10:30 AM on July 23rd. My wife ended up telling him I would call him back if we wanted to reschedule our service, which I never did. I decided to write this review because I found the service I experienced from 911 RV Repair to be extremely substandard and downright unprofessional. Not only did they not have my reservation (which I confirmed with them) I was mostly ignored, this guy was very rude in our initial conversation, and seemed to think his phone calls were more important. Fortunately, there are other RV repair shops in the Riverside area I can take my business to. read more
