The person in charge there refused the delivery ( which was not arranged , dropped messages somehow which was fine ) instead of calling and telling me the mishap the guy was chewing me out when i had nothing to do with this arrangement it was between the insurance people. Then he replaced my AC but claims the hydro jack cant be found, on reorder, I found it easily at 3 locations, 8 months later I am still waiting, he has been PAID already by my insurance, he will nit return calls or answer texts...he is a nightmare, a con man, and rip off, he will not give you a quote so he can add extra $$$ to your bill over the amount insurance will cover!!! Finally, at 1:30pm, we received a text from the business stating that they no longer want our business. We took the 90 minute drive to RV 911 because of the reviews. What a disappoinment. No apology or explanation... just a curt text 3 hours after our appoinment time to say, "we don't want your business". This is the text received from 911 RV Repair... it's one thing to not agree with the facts of a situation, but to insinuate a customer is stupid (when physically disabled - stroke) and threaten to "blacklist" them is crazy and out of bounds. .......................................................................................... Saw you drive out of the front gate. 6 other people checked in just fine. The appointment is at 10am and not 943am. We are no longer interested in working on your vehicle. Our RV was unable leave a campground due to one of the 4 leveling jacks failing to retract. We called R.C. and despite a booked schedule for the day he committed to take care of us. As it got to be later in the evening, we agreed to his coming first thing the next morning - but he was ready to come at 9pm after an already very long work day- standing by his commitment to help us. 30 minutes after arriving the job was done - the Jack was retracted and we could safely drive home. I rarely take the time to write a review but when a business actually stands by their word and take the time to not only solve your problem but explain the what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again is truly extraordinary. I had called several RV repair places and they were all booked out for a month or more just for you to drop off your rig then wait another week or two before they even run a diagnostics and fix the problem. I chose these guys because of their fabulous ratings on Google and I wasn't disappointed. My a/c had not been working. I have a mobile pet grooming van and grooming dogs in this heat without a/c was unbearable. Basically my van is set up exactly like an RV so I go to RV repair guys when I have problems with it. These guys took me at the last minute, did a wonderful job and only took a few hours to do it. They even filled up my tires just to be nice. They saved me tons of money because I figured I'd have to replace the whole unit. But they cleaned out my old unit and now it kicks ass! I brought in my RV for a mechanical issue with my backup camera and the step cover. They kept my RV for about a week and called for me to come pick it up. They told me "it must be a mechanical problem" and charged me $450 and didn't fix (or find) where the problem is. I don't know how people sleep at night. This place is a ripoff. Called and told the guy we needed the power converter replaced, as the issue had already been diagnosed. He refused to give a quote over the phone, insisting we tow our 27' camping trailer to his facility for a "live" estimate. I tow my trailer there, leave it, receive a text message with an estimate of $1,194.96. It includes the power converter part at a cost of $571.15 plus tax on that part of $49.98. Labor at $180 per hour for two hours for a total of $360 to install this part I ordered for $211 online from etrailer. His estimate included a $165 charge for a "diagnostic fee," however when I realized what complete ripoff this place was and chose not to pay such an exorbitant repair bill, suddenly the diagnosis fee rose to $180. Beware of this place . Do not do business with this guy. He will rip you off. read more

I can't say enough good things about 911 RV repair. RC really knows his stuff and is an honest and genuine person. I had a blown circuit board in my RV and no one would even look at it without charging a diagnostic charge just to tell me what was wrong even though you could clearly see what was wrong and they all ranged from 1 week to a couple months to do anything about it. RC had me bring it in and said he would fix it within 2 days and it was done same day and he charged exactly what he said he would. I called on a Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m. from another business who are just completely botched the job of installing a roof AC unit. I was completely surprised that RC even answered the phone, as he was at a wedding. He politely listened as I explained our dilemma before informing me he was at a wedding. He called me back the next day and informed me that he could not get a new roof air with a heat pump until Tuesday morning, Tuesday morning when we arrived RC got right to work, diagnosed the Miss wiring problem, reinstalled a new AC unit and had us back on the road and under 3 hours.
