Everything in California seems to be very expensive, so finding Universal RV repair was a miracle. They were very responsive with messages and texts. They sent a technician out to our RV site to give us a free estimate. Within a week of the estimate, they started working on our RV. It was finished in less than 2 weeks. Their work exceeded my expectations!!! They used new fiberglass when necessary and replaced all of the wood support and paneling on the inside. The bunk looks brand new. In addition to providing me with extremely efficient and quality service, they were able to give me a great price. I saved thousands by using this company.
