It's been a while since my last review and I am pleased to write another 5 star review for Signature Coachworks. I had just left on a trip and one day in it never fails I had a Motorcoach issue. I called Roger and told him about my coach issues and he informed me to bring my coach in and he would handle everything. He did just that. Signature Coachworks - Thanks Roger for taking good care of my bus. - RV Repair Near Me - Beaumont, California

Repair of Schwintek slide system which had to be replaced. Slide was out of square, roller support broken down, and slide cover had to be realigned. In other words, it was a mess ! It took awhile as parts are hard to get but it is beautifully smooth now. The staff there are awesome from Nora at the front desk who is always cheerful to Don who was so courteous to look at the MH again when I had a rhythmic surging of the engine on my way home. It was clearly not related to their work but he had me bring it back and on looking it over for me found the intake loose just behind the mas air flow sensor. Problem solved and saved me an expensive visit to the truck dealer. Thank you Signature Coach works for running a good business with legit care of your customers. Kind of rare. read more

We brought our 2000 Beaver to Signature Coachworks for diagnosis and repair of the Hurricane Heater system. Very friendly staff here and the tech "Bernie" was able to identify the problem and due the necessary repairs. They allowed us to stay overnight in the secured yard to make certain the heater was operating correctly. I would definitely return in the future for any needed work! read more

Taken it in for the same problem three times. Donald doesn't call back or email back. They just want your money!

Best place on west coast that I've found hands down no job to big or small. They are honest and fair priced. I would recommend for any RV repair you won't be disappointed. read more

I can not believe the way the manager of signature Coachworks in Beaumont, CA. Treated me. With no respect for the customer's opinion or questions. I had gotten an estimate from them with a prior manager who left the company. The shop that I usually take my RV to have it service had mentioned a discrepancy in the estimate so, I called signature Coachworks to clarify it but manager (female) would not have it. She said if you took it to someplace else they would not do the work and she would call my insurance to let them know that they would not do the work. I pleaded with her about just clarifying the estimate that I didn't have another estimate from another shop but, She got upset and would not answer any of my questions anymore and said "take your RV someplace else if you're not happy with us" what!!!! This was my first time dealing with this company, never again. I had it on speaker phone and my husband heard the whole thing. He could not believe it either. This was a 10K job, not a small job. read more

Amazing job. Roger and crew installed theater seating recliner and a fireplace. Comments from friends "it looks like a factory install" we couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend Signature to friends and return for further upgrades. Thank you Roger we are thrilled with your attention or detail and absolutely quality work read more

They replaced our Norcold RV refrigerator which had failed with a residential refrigerator. The installation included having to modify the space for the new refrigerator. I am very pleased with their work and the new fridge. Roger was a pleasure to work with and had the installation done in a timely manner. read more

Had new TVs installed and a complete new AV system with ipad remotes. The work was flawless. I could not be happier! It has been the best upgrade to the bus ever. I also had the couch recovered and it again is fantastic. Will be going back for future upgrades! Roger and his team are awesome! read more

I contacted Newmar about a couple of warranty issues on our new coach & was referred to a few local independent facilities that could handle the work. One of them was Signature Coachworks in Beaumont, Ca. Since they were the closest facility, I checked for reviews and found a few, mostly positive. When I first called Signature, I spoke with Jo Ann on a Friday. She scheduled the work for two weeks out & said that she would contact Newmar on Monday because she was leaving early. I was told that I would receive a call back on Monday after she spoke with Newmar. I was pleased with the lead time for service, although it did seem like there was a bit of an attitude that they were doing me a favor by accepting warranty work. By Wednesday I was concerned that I had not received the promised call back. So I called her & was told that she had not spoken with Newmar yet & that she would call me back. The attitude that they were doing me a favor for performing warranty work ratched up a notch during the phone call. Couple of more days go by & still no call back. When I called I was given conflicting information. The attitude toward warranty work continued to deteriorate. Again I was told I would receive a call back in a couple of days. Once again no call back was received & just two days before the appointment I receive an email from Jo Ann cancelling the appointment. When I called she told me that two techs were going to be on jury duty. When I asked to reschedule she told me that it would be 3 1/2 months out! The call ended with a promise to call me back with a rescheduled appointment after she speaks again with Newmar. It has now been an additional month & still no return call. Since I was on jury duty the previous month, I know that jury duty is only 1 week long & is on a daily call-in basis. I did not have to go in on even one day. Furthermore there is a one month notice before jury duty even begins. It is clear that Signature simply does not want to do the work. That is fine. Why not just say so instead of jerking me around for weeks? In a few months the coach will be out of warranty & I will need a service facility for non-warranty work. When that time comes I will not forget the business practices of Signature Coachworks. read more

We got excellent service. Pricing was fair and scheduling was right on. Very pleased with the end result. Highly recommend this company.

This is the only place I want working on my RV. Roger and all of his people are the best. Honest beyond believe. They can handle anything. Need something fixed, it will be done right. Want to update your Motorhome? They can do that too. Dent a bay, scrape a side? When they are done with it, you won't know it ever happened. Thanks to all at Signature Coachworks for all you have done for me. read more

RV Rescue!! Our basement a/c died in HOT Palm Springs. No help in that town. Found Roger and his meticulous staff online in nearby Beaumont. SOO capable and professional. Plus free overnight, secure hookups while serviced. If you are stuck in Palm Springs or anywhere in Southern California, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They even worked with my maintenance contract people on the bill. Those Palm Springs dealers should be ashamed. Happily there's Signature to the rescue! I'd give them 10 stars If I could. read more

Sorry I cant leave less than one star, We were there one previous time to get batteries replaced it our prevost bus everything went fine, after we had left we found out they're never turned our inverters back on luckily we have enough knowledge to figure that out, We called this year for some repairs to an awning they set up an appointment we drove three and a half hours out of our way, pulled into their business and hooked up to their electric to be greeted by them the next day, to make a long story short we ended up staying there 8 days and never had one thing completed they make you feel like they're doing you a favor letting you come in there, on the phone they said they were experts in the field on the zip Dee awnings ended up way too complicated for them. After 8 days there sitting doing nothing they told us it would take three and a half weeks to get the awning made and if it was wrong they would not take responsibility even though they are the ones that have to measure it, our father was with us on this trip in our bus he is 90 years old and would be out of his medication we live in Iowa, so Monday morning on the 8th day when the owner finally measured the 3rd or 4th time including his office manager and multiple employees contacted Zip Dee and then announced this to us we packed up our bus and left making the seven-hour trip totally worthless, also whenever we inquired on how the job was going or had any input we actually had an employee raise their voice to us and pretty much just tell us off, I have never seen anything like that in the business world and needless to say we will never be back,From the time I pulled in their business they made me feel they were doing me a huge favor ??? I had a choice of three other businesses two of them even being closer but I thought since I had been here once for my batteries I would give them some return business, Big Mistake !! read more

I was referred to Signature by a friend, he said someone he knew had a great experience there so I called about some remodel work I wanted done on my motorhome. I called to make sure I could come out so someone could look at what I wanted done. After confirming the appointment with Joanne, I drove out to the location. Joanne was nice and we went over what I wanted done, she brought in another employee to help with the measurements and everything seemed on track. She said she would call by the end of the week for pricing and availability and when they could do the work. I received no call by the end of that week so I waited until Thursday of the following week and finally called them. Joanne told me she was still waiting for further information on one of the items but when I asked about another item, she had no answer on that either. It was very clear that she hadn't done anything on my request. She stated she would get what she needed that day and call me by the end of the day. I'm still waiting, over a month later. I cannot understand how a business can treat potential customers with so little regard, if they don't want to do the work, just say so, don't string people along. I would never recommend this company, apparently they don't need new work and treat customers very poorly. There is no option for no stars otherwise that is what they would receive from me. read more

Roger and his staff were great. I had 2 roof heat pumps go out and Roger worked with Newmar and Dometic to get warranty approval for replacement. I took our coach into the Signature shop (very clean and orderly) early in the morning and had the coach back when we returned after lunch. The work was completed as promised and I was kept informed as he moved through assessing the problem and getting replacements authorized and received. I would highly recommend them for service!!!! read more
