If you shake hands with a Beaumont salesman, count your fingers after. Our salesman's name was "Winger." Sheisty, shady, slimy. These are the words that come to mind. We put a deposit on a '95 Holiday Rambler with them, thinking it had 45k miles on it. The photos showed 45k on the odometer. We mentioned that as part of the reason we were interested in it. They then changed the ad to say there were 188k on the engine. It was a "misprint." The explanation was that they had "installed a new speedometer that doesn't have an odometer." read more

After a lot of research and shopping we decided to buy a new 2025 Sabre 36FLX from Beaumont RV in March 2025. Immediately upon receiving the unit, the water pump broke, and 13 other issues were discovered. We submitted everything directly to Forest River as advised by Beaumont. As of today, 12/12/25 most of those repairs have not been completed and additional failures with the unit continue to occur. Our unit has been unusable since May and has been sitting at our local repair facility since September waiting on parts that Forest River/Sabre can't figure out how to approve and send out. You will probably have a great buying experience at Beaumont, but if you buy a Sabre product your satisfaction will end as soon as you take the unit off the lot. We've attempted to get help from Beaumont with these repairs but they direct us back to Forest River who continues to not care about any sort of customer service. Stay far far away from Sabre, and possibly any Forest River product for that matter. read more

BEWARE! If you plan on buying a trailer here make sure you are checking the Class trailer they are putting it under. I all of a sudden a year later in 2023 got my Registration renewal from the dmv and ended up paying $1600 for a 24" ft trailer. In my mind in knew something wasn't right as I took this renewal to the dmv and the clerk said the dealer put it under the MA class which is a trailer purchased for over 200,000 dollars, which I purchased for 24,000! I then called the dealership in Dec 2023 and spoke with the finance department and told them the situation , they then passed me along to the "DMV paper work ladies". They said they had a special DMV clerk and would get ahold of her. I call every 2 weeks asking for an update and well now it's 7 months later now July 2024 and still have not received an ounce of information nor a solution nor a refund. If I could give 0 stars for this I would because this customer service is terrible! They will be hearing from my attorney if this is not addressed soon! I guess I must be out of the loop for assuming a brand new trailer wouldn't need $1500 worth of repairs and cleaning when it's never been slept in. We had some minor defects to our brand new trailer and brought it here for some easy warranty work. Our shower leaked through the drain and a panel was coming off the wall. Upon receiving my trailer back this morning, my wife began packing it so we could move back into it for a few weeks while our house is being completed in Arizona. She went looking for some power tools we had stored in our pass through. A Milwaulkee SKIL Saw and an M18 Fuel Torque Driver. MISSING. Our firesafe was removed from the closet in our bedroom (where service work should not even have taken place). CONTENTS - MISSING. Her GoPro? My hunting back pack?? A bunch of camping gear??? You guessed it. All in all, around $2,500 worth of items are missing. No forced entry. I had to unlock the trailer for my wife to start working on packing again. They swear their team would never steal as if that means anything. Did they offer to do anything to fix it or make any part of it better? Nope. Con.. they sold us a tow hitch $1,000 more than if I were to buy it online. It's kind of my fault.. I should of looked it up but honestly I didn't think they were going to screw us over that bad!! Beaumont RV was recommended to us through the company we purchased our trailer from, as they were listed as a place we could have service done through our warranty. We called Beaumont RV, and asked a couple questions, followed by the question, "where exactly is Beaumont?" The guy on the phone replies "it's in Beaumont." We then said, "right, but whereabouts is Beaumont, we aren't familiar." The guy then says "it's in Beaumont, CA." To which we reply "I'm not familiar with where that is in CA." He again replies " It's in Beaumont." Each time as he repeated himself he sounded more and more irritated with us. Completely unwilling to be helpful. At that point, my husband says "you're kind of a dick." And he says "so are you" and proceeded to hang up on us. Amazing Service! I don't really understand how difficult it was to just suggest a surrounding city that is more familiar than Beaumont to give us an idea of where the hell they were on the map. Sure we could look it up, but we're on the phone with you. Be helpful, nobody was rude to him until it was clear he had NO desire to be helpful and we were more of a nuisance to him. Terrible experience. Our trailer all of a sudden had problems the second we signed the paperwork, while still on the lot! And when you buy from this dealership be prepared to be called for the next 2-3 years with timeshare bogus advertising calls. I purchased my trailer here and I am glad I did. This company is very honest in what they sell and advertise on internet. I been shopping for a lite weight trailer for about 2yrs. All the places been to said and advertised they had lite weight trailer but did not, not even the one they had advertised on the internet. What they where doing is playing "BAIT and SWITCH" game getting you to buy something else. Beaumont R/V advertised on the internet a small T@B before going in called and talked to MIKE, he told me he did have it and ask me to come down and look at it so I did. The next day I did, there was a 16 T@B I seen advertise on the internet I decided to buy it, I was told the would replace a window, replace battery (NEW), replaced smoke/CO2 detector (NEW), and safety check. When it was time to pick it up they did what they had promised. only one change in plan they replace TWO WINDOWS and they did a great JOB. and gave me a starter kit. Picked up a Genesis 2114 toy hauler for less than any other dealer I could find in the inland empire area. Beaumont is a smaller operation compared to some of the other big dealerships in the area but the staff was way more personable. Noah was awesome and got us a good deal on the trailer and hitch. This wasn't the first time we bought a trailer from a dealership but Oscar's walkthrough on the trailer with us was way more thorough than I'd had from a bigger dealership down the road. Walked around the lot and was not greeted. Eventually, I stumbled across a sales person who was showing a trailer, and they did not so much as acknowledge me. Mind you they looked right at me and looked away. I am very Mexican looking and was in gym clothes, but their actions made me think they was racist, or prejudice based on my appearance. I kept showing myself around disappointed for a few minutes. After 20+ minutes some guy, that I couldn't even tell worked there, was puffin on a smoke walking my general direction and said "hi there" . In all fairness, by this point, I had made my decision that I would not buy here, on principle. I have a loan approval letter, and can get whatever I want, basically. I am also looking to drive something g off the lot or by this weekend(it's Monday writing this). This guys asked me what I was looking for. I walked toward him, and in a very plain and unemotional manner explained that at this point I was just looking. I then asked if he was the owner, (since he was puffin a smoke 5' from me) because I wanted to explain the service and give them a chance to redeem the situation or at least give feedback. His reply was "what does that have to do with anything?". That was all I needed to hear to know what and who I was dealing with. (Though he never said he wasn't the owner, so maybe he was...) Again, very unemotionally, in a normal flat tone I said I would not buy from them. He answered with "well why not, we've been here for years" and I told him that I had not been greeted for 20 minutes. He began to explain that they had one salesman as he pointed out there. And then he caught himself and said never mind you're not going to buy here and you have an attitude. (I literally could tell how he was and maintained zero attitude, because I'm aware of his type and wanted to be righteous.) I explained I was in sales and that his attitude was not professional, and that he lost a sale. He said he didn't want the sell because I have an attitude. I said "thank you, you saved me by showing me your attitude up front". He then continued to raise his voice as he shewed me off waving his cigarette. "Get out of here!" To me what would have been fascinating to watch is how calm and composed I was, while this guy fell apart emotionally. And that, is why this place earned this review. And that is why I've taken 5 minutes of my life to explain this to you reading this. If I was the owner or manager, I would terminate this guy. If this happened to me, he has absolutely lost sales for this company, certainly more than his salary. And if he is the owner, then he does not resemble a grown man or someone with integrity that deserves such a business. Don't buy here. There are so many other places. read more

After spending HOURS going through the ones we were interested in, we narrowed it down to two. Josh was our sales guy and he was GREAT! Didn't push, provided the information we asked. Very straightforward and allowed us plenty of time to discuss amongst ourselves the pros and cons of the ones we were looking at. We ended up leaving to "think" about which one would best serve our family and needs best. His follow up was very professional, courteous and mindful. We went back days later and pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier with our decision.
