First time going to this establishment I was greeted by an employee and then met a nice lady She then got Ray to help me find a ac shroud for my Fleetwood Coleman unit. New in the box would be $218.00 ( another store quoted me $320.00 ) Ray found a used one and I purchased it at a fair and reasonable price. I washed it off cleaned it up and it looks like a new one now Got it installed with just a tiny modification to the holes where the posts/studs come up and through the shroud ( off about 1/8 of an inch no biggie ) I would recommend if you need parts to stop in here as they have many of them in stock or can get parts in a day or two if need be. read more

Ray's was very accommodating and helpful fixing some damage to the roof of my toy hauler and allowing me to leave it being from out of town until I could make arrangements to come back and pick it up. Straight forward and helpful, thank you! read more

I have visited this business several time for various needs and have ALWAYS been welcomed and treated with respect. Yesterday I went in looking for an " E-CLIP " but didn't have a new one available because they normally come with the awning roller bar. Ray walked me to the back areas of the business to look for one on an old awning but didn't find one. He then called his son Allen over and I showed him an image of what I was looking for and he says " I just saw one this morning on the ground !! " we looked and FOUND IT , he let me have it for NOTHING !!! Will I ever go back to them for anything , ABSOLUTELY YES !! read more

bought a travel trailer from Rays and was told he could not send the trailer out with used tires, so he put new tires on it. recently I took it out and had a side wall blow out. Come to find out he put light car tires on it so now I have to buy 5 new TRAILER tires (Also found out the spare tire was over 10 yrs old.) My fault for trusting this guy to do the right thing. read more

Ray's R V Sales & Service - Tire Size - RV Dealers Near Me - Banning, California

We were on the road last week and needed to replace our house batteries, which I could not do. Ray's squeezed us in despite having a full service schedule, replaced the batteries, installed them and at a reasonable price. We were back on the road in less than two hours. And we were treated kindly and professionally throughout our experience. read more

I have used Ray's RV 4 times now for various repairs and the installation of a second A/C unit. They do a great job in a timely manner and are good in communicating with the customer. read more

Second time taking our Class C into Ray's RV and we are so pleased with the service each time. Prices have been very fair and service prompt. We won't be taking our rig anywhere else. read more

We love this place. Ray and his wife Jane are so nice and Jennifer at the front desk is always so helpful and if she doesn't have the answers we need she always gets back to us or has our favorite head technician Jay calls us back. Quite often we can get things resolved on the phone but if not they get us on the books asap so we can get back out on the road. Sometimes it might take time to get an appointment because they are very busy. But do yourself a favor and wait because they are greatt! read more

I need work done on my RV and I am a couple blocks away from Ray's RV so I tried to reach by phone but they just pick it up and hang it back up they obviously don't want anymore customers. Don't waste your time. read more

Had a couple of little problems with our little motor home and took it over Ray's. They handled everything in a timely manner and charged us a reasonable price. Jay, the service tech assigned to my RV was extremely helpful. He asked me the right questions to be able to properly diagnose a pesky electrical issue and get it fixed! I whole heartedly recommend Ray's RV for maintenance and repairs. read more

A huge thank you to Ray's RV Service for the great collision repair work done on our travel trailer! Great company and great people!

Horrible treatment by the owner. Verbal abuse should NEVER be the response when someone politely asks a question. I'm in shock.

Rude. Not helpful at all. They are much more important than their customers and act like it. Don't waste your time with such arrogance. I gave them two chances. read more

I have gone to Rays a local place and I prefer to spend my money local when I can. But Rays is the reason that Camping World exists, Rays customer service is horrible, the excuses are long and I leave wondering why I didnt drive to Camping World in the first place. Get rid of the bitter woman behind the counter, you had a fire is not gonna work 4 years later for a excuse. I have had service work done there and liked it but storewise, go somewhere else. read more

If I could go lower than one star, I WOULD. The owner RAY wouldn't show me and my family one of their large RV's because it was 150,000 and he implied that we could never afford it. Our jaws hit the floor. HOW INCREDIBLY RUDE. Little did he know, we all have amazing high paying jobs and could afford that RV in a heart beat. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere. And I suggest you do the same. read more

Hello RV Peeps! Just had my 2011 Winnebago in Rays RV shop for much needed service. Gave them a short list of items I needed done. They kept rig for several weeks waiting on a part from HWH. While waiting I called them TWICE and added 2 things on the to do list. I am very pleased with the work done..and at a reseanable price! Jay Boyd and his service crew are pretty darn good in my book. Feel confidant to bring your rig in for repairs..knowing they will get it right!! Thanks Jay!! read more

Not your best spot to stop...their parts department is ancient. The place is filthy and the staff is not tremendously responsive. We have not done any service here but can't see how that would be any different than the front of house. Definitely skip this place!! read more

Took my RV to Ray's for a repair last month. Great job, start to finish, had a small issue which they took care of right away. Jay was super helpful. The ladies behind the counter provided excellent service as well. read more

Owner is often on the premises. Have had nothing but great service from this business. Locally owned. I appreciate someone trying to make a living and at the same time doing a great job. Our trailer was damaged by someone where it is stored. Ray fixed the damage and went above and beyond handpainting the stripe and fixing a couple of other dents in the same area. Gave us advice on how to best seal and coat the roof. Great personal service. read more

This place is a prime example of terrible customer service. Walking in we were already greeted with smug looks from two old employees like we were interrupting them as they watch their tv shows and reading the news paper. As we went out to look at RVs. I wanted to see the bigger models as I'm planning on taking a trip to Orlando for my business. Old grumpy Ray implied that I couldn't afford it and to stick to the tiny ones. Completely blowing me off.. I was appalled. So I took my money to Giant RV. At least the employees their don't assume and treat me like a well respected customer. read more

Excellent customer service!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone from the technicians to the gentleman that wrote me up, were super friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. Great place! They have a customer for life. Can't say enough good things about them! read more

What a great place to do business! Just had my motorhome set up for towing my CRV. Worksmanship was excellent with great attention to detail, price was reasonable, they gave great advice and did it all with good humor. They finished on time and gave us an unhurried 1 on 1demo of how to use the system. I've been going to Ray's for twenty years and every job, small or large, gets the same courteous, professional attention. It's a family run business that makes you feel right at home. I recommend Ray's unconditionally! read more

Always helpful. Ray is full of knowledge and willing to share it with anyone who asks. they have a good selection of parts and supplies and if they do not have what you need they will order it. read more

I've been in a couple times to shop in the parts department. They had what I needed both times. I returned a wrong part with no problems. The lady behind the counter was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I will be back again before I go to CampingWorld. I may even buy a new trailer when the time comes. read more

I have used Ray's service three times for various things that need attention on my Motorhome. I have been treated fairly and the work was completed on time. I am having more work completed next week. Ray's service is far superior to Mike Thompson or Giant RV. I have had work done at both of these dealers and it is never completed to my satisfaction or on time. read more

Entered the establishment. NO customers present. Two women behind the counter talking about wanting money refunded to her bank than on her credit card. We seemed to bother them so they retreated to an office to continue the conversation. We left. read more

I drove by last night and Ray's seems to have a good inventory but I don't understand why Ray and other dealers don't post their inventory and a price list? in this case, you just drive me somewhere else to look for a camper trailer and there are lots. Not smart business if you ask me.... read more

Rays is the best by far in the IE! We had the motor go out on our awning and being new to the RV world I took it to the closest places. Both Giant RV and Mike Thompson in Colton. After 2 months of them both having our RV and not fixing it. I happened on Rays because we have family in Banning. The Best decision ever made was to drive the extra miles because they were right on it had the part ordered sameday 2 days later it was fixed it within 2 hours. Wow. Can't say enough about good service. Plus Chris, the tech was very helpful as well as informative. Won't go anywhere else. read more

Have had great experiences with getting parts for our 2017 Open Range 5er here. People are nice, have found all parts needed over several times going there. Prices are a little higher than say on Amazon but I would rather pay a little more at a local shop than online. 5 solid stars...... Will go there again. read more

Horrible Service!!! The Service dept. is unbelievably rude. I waited a month for a scheduled appointment. When it was time to bring my coach in they pushed me another 2 weeks. when I questioned them they hung up on me. I will never call Rays RV for anything again read more

Horrible horrible horrible! ! I should have known walking in when not one person greeted me!! It was like they could care less that I was there!! When they finally acknowledged that I was there... the woman was so rude, finally got someone to assist me and he was just as rude!! I walked in interested in purchasing a rv... but I ended up walking out because of their rudeness! ! Come to find out they were the owners!!!!!! Unbelievable!! What great customer service! !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO RAYS RV! read more

My husband and I have had good service in the past from them until they sold our motor home for us on consignment. They have failed to follow through with getting the release of reliability completed with the DMV like they said they would do.We are still getting notices from the DMV 9 months later telling us that we still own it. Ray's RV keeps telling us that they took care of it . They did not tell us who the buyer was so we could file it. They say they are done helping us.. We are disappointed that they could not take care of business and have left us hanging in this situation that we cannot take care of. I would think twice about having transactions with them read more

STAY AWAY. These people don't care 1 bit about there customers , they lie and don't stand behind there promises. There repair work is ridiculous. They don't deserve 1 star, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and most likely take them to small claims court. read more

Been doing business here for over 5 years and world never go anywhere else. Very organized and knowledgeable! Boyd is especially always very helpful. read more

We bought our first toy hauler from Ray's RV and have been loyal customers since. This a family run business and they treat you fair, honest and do everything they can to get you back your repaired RV on time. I had a tear in my rubber roof and Ray said they could repair, instead of replace(like another shop wanted to do). The repaired roof is as good as new(waterproof). I would recomend Ray's RV to any of my family and friends and have NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE with their service or sales team. They have even gone out of their way to fix little items that weren't on the list. I'm sorry Robert T had a bad experience with them, but that is certainly not the norm. read more

This company had a fire that burned a few motor homes and trailers. The owner never even called the owners, who had to find out by watching the news. None of the motor home and trailer owners got even one phone call, well except from Ray RV Lawyers who after 3 months wrote a letter saying that Ray RV was not a fault. Imagine all your possessions you entrusted to this company burned up and not even a phone call. I say DOT GO NEAR THEM. read more

I had my 5th Wheel repaired there twice, I was treated extremely fair and explained every detail of my repairs. I will never go anywhere except Rays. Highly recommend to anyone. read more
