I have visited this business several time for various needs and have ALWAYS been welcomed and treated with respect. Yesterday I went in looking for an " E-CLIP " but didn't have a new one available because they normally come with the awning roller bar. Ray walked me to the back areas of the business to look for one on an old awning but didn't find one. He then called his son Allen over and I showed him an image of what I was looking for and he says " I just saw one this morning on the ground !! First time going to this establishment I was greeted by an employee and then met a nice lady She then got Ray to help me find a ac shroud for my Fleetwood Coleman unit. New in the box would be $218.00 ( another store quoted me $320.00 ) Ray found a used one and I purchased it at a fair and reasonable price. I washed it off cleaned it up and it looks like a new one now Got it installed with just a tiny modification to the holes where the posts/studs come up and through the shroud ( off about 1/8 of an inch no biggie ) I would recommend if you need parts to stop in here as they have many of them in stock or can get parts in a day or two if need be. read more

Ray and his wife Jane are so nice and Jennifer at the front desk is always so helpful and if she doesn't have the answers we need she always gets back to us or has our favorite head technician Jay calls us back. Quite often we can get things resolved on the phone but if not they get us on the books asap so we can get back out on the road. Hello RV Peeps! Just had my 2011 Winnebago in Rays RV shop for much needed service. Gave them a short list of items I needed done. They kept rig for several weeks waiting on a part from HWH. If I could go lower than one star, I WOULD. The owner RAY wouldn't show me and my family one of their large RV's because it was 150,000 and he implied that we could never afford it. Our jaws hit the floor. HOW INCREDIBLY RUDE. Little did he know, we all have amazing high paying jobs and could afford that RV in a heart beat. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere. But Rays is the reason that Camping World exists, Rays customer service is horrible, the excuses are long and I leave wondering why I didnt drive to Camping World in the first place. Owner is often on the premises. Have had nothing but great service from this business. Locally owned. I appreciate someone trying to make a living and at the same time doing a great job. Our trailer was damaged by someone where it is stored. Ray fixed the damage and went above and beyond handpainting the stripe and fixing a couple of other dents in the same area. Gave us advice on how to best seal and coat the roof. Great personal service. read more

This place is a prime example of terrible customer service. Walking in we were already greeted with smug looks from two old employees like we were interrupting them as they watch their tv shows and reading the news paper. As we went out to look at RVs. I wanted to see the bigger models as I'm planning on taking a trip to Orlando for my business. Old grumpy Ray implied that I couldn't afford it and to stick to the tiny ones. Have had great experiences with getting parts for our 2017 Open Range 5er here. People are nice, have found all parts needed over several times going there. Prices are a little higher than say on Amazon but I would rather pay a little more at a local shop than online. 5 solid stars...... Will go there again. read more

Rays is the best by far in the IE! We had the motor go out on our awning and being new to the RV world I took it to the closest places. Both Giant RV and Mike Thompson in Colton. After 2 months of them both having our RV and not fixing it. I happened on Rays because we have family in Banning. The Best decision ever made was to drive the extra miles because they were right on it had the part ordered sameday 2 days later it was fixed it within 2 hours. Wow. My husband and I have had good service in the past from them until they sold our motor home for us on consignment. They have failed to follow through with getting the release of reliability completed with the DMV like they said they would do.We are still getting notices from the DMV 9 months later telling us that we still own it. Ray's RV keeps telling us that they took care of it . They did not tell us who the buyer was so we could file it. They say they are done helping us.. We are disappointed that they could not take care of business and have left us hanging in this situation that we cannot take care of. We bought our first toy hauler from Ray's RV and have been loyal customers since. This a family run business and they treat you fair, honest and do everything they can to get you back your repaired RV on time. I had a tear in my rubber roof and Ray said they could repair, instead of replace(like another shop wanted to do). The repaired roof is as good as new(waterproof). I would recomend Ray's RV to any of my family and friends and have NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE with their service or sales team. They have even gone out of their way to fix little items that weren't on the list. I'm sorry Robert T had a bad experience with them, but that is certainly not the norm. read more

This company had a fire that burned a few motor homes and trailers. The owner never even called the owners, who had to find out by watching the news. None of the motor home and trailer owners got even one phone call, well except from Ray RV Lawyers who after 3 months wrote a letter saying that Ray RV was not a fault.
