Paul the Manager is a straight shooter. I walked in and told him my situation and he basically only had one trailer that fit what I needed. We ended up making a deal in about 10 minutes. These guys don't serve you the bull crap like most other trailer salesman. They warranty work in house also, I unfortunately had warranty work almost immediately after I purchased. It had nothing to do with Trailer Factory Outlet, it was defects due to Dexter Axles which was taken care of in a timely fashion so I could be back to work ASAP. I would buy again from these guys. I was ready to buy a dual axle utility trailer and knew PJ makes a nice one due to a good friend having one, i just wasnt sure if i wanted to spend the extra $ on something that was just gonna hold my off road toy. I have had 4 Big Tex open utitlity trailers before and had no issues. I called and spoke to the manager Paul, he was straight forward, gave me an otd price and i told him i would stop by sat to take a look, and since they are super close to the Big Tex dealer. Paul is a straight shooter, no games, no bs sales tactics, showed me the trailer, confirmed the otd price but i still wanted to go next door and see what i can do on the Big Tex. Big Tex was having a sale, so i was offered a pretty good deal on a dual axle trailer, but the better quality built got the best of me and called Paul and made an counter offer which still was more than the Big Tex. Paul took my deal and he and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. I picked up my trailer the following weekend, it was washed, ready to go with the paper work all ready. This place is a total rip off. Left the old battery box in the trailer, which weighs a ton, and spilled oil all over the bed.
